Our dear aunt recently had a fall, which resulted in an injury to her neck. This necessitated her moving from her lovely apartment at Voralto Assisted Living to a room at the Voralto Skilled Nursing Facility. While she was there, she received wonderful care and enjoyed her stay. We watched her steadily improve, until she was up and around again. We are very grateful for the entire staff. The nurses and caretakers, activity director, and cleaning staff have built a safe, welcome and loving environment for the patients at Voralto SNF.

Presentation, and visual means alot... I received BOTH from Voralto; WARM WARM WELCOME from Staff, and the CLEANNESS through out the property !!! Dad was shy ,scared , in beginning of tour BUT Ms. Maricar, and Paul made dad feel WELCOMED and CARED about !!! Very peaceful, and feels cozy ,and homie !!! I'm putting it out here very bluntly CHOOSE THIS PLACE !!! , ....

My mom has been at Nazareth Vista/Colonial Oaks/Voralto of Belmont for over 2 years now. She had been in a large independent living/assisted living community. She decided she wanted to move when she needed more care. This was the best choice (of 3 nearby places under consideration) for my mom because of its smallish size and its sister nursing home on the same campus. Of course, shes not planning to go there! The past year has been a bit rocky, but new management is really good! I feel they are listening to the residents and family members. The caregivers are caring and professional. The food (always an issue!) Is really getting better under the new chef: she listens and adjusts.

My mother has enjoyed being a resident at Voralto (Colonial Oaks) for the past 13 years. During all of this time, she has received excellent, caring assistance with bathing, dressing, and administration of prescription medications. Her apartment is attractive and well-maintained and has a lovely view of the bay. Many different activities are offered including musical entertainment, which she never misses. Altogether, an exceptional residence staffed with exceptional people.

I have been a resident at Nazareth Vista now Voralto Living at Belmont for three years. I appreciate the small family-like setting where one is able to get to know other residents and staff if one chooses to do so. Administration and management are open to the concerns I have regarding the facility as well as the concerns of other residents. They rectify the concern if possible. The staff works very hard to accommodate our needs. I am happy to call Voralto at Belmont my home.

After thirteen years of employment at this property and several ownership/management changes I can finally say we have the team we need. Voralto at Belmont Management stands out from the rest because their staff put our residents first. They encourage us to communicate and care for our residents. If a resident has a concern they take all measures to resolve it immediately and treat them with respect and professionalism. They communicate closely with staff encouraging us to share any concerns or suggestions we have and give us the tools and/or resources needed to implement positive changes. The experienced onsite medical care is the most effective and efficient to date. This team has made vast improvements that seem to get better with every day.
