if i could give this rehabilitation center a zero, i would. this facility would have caused my mom's death had i not been advocating for her. they tried using the fact my mom has Parkinson's as to why her health SEVERELY DECLINED IN 5 DAYS. She was severly dehydrated and having hallucinations on a level she has never had them. she was there for a broken humorous bone and a fractured neck at the age of 80 these idiots pulled on that broken arm and were not moving her according to protocol. the CNA's and probably many others are NOT qualified to work with patients that can not speak very well. are coherent enough (like my mom was) DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE IF THEY ARE NOT COHERENT, NOT ABLE TO TALK VERY WELL OR HAVE ANYTHING BROKEN. they do not even bother to call a doctor when they are declining. i am filing a law suit. had she died there it would have been 'natural causes' when it really WOULD HAVE BEEN NEGLIGENCE ON THEIR PART, THEY DO NOT CARE.I have reported them to state licensing. i bet many have died there under 'natural causes' when its NEGLIGENCE ON THEIR PART

Thank you for accepting my mother, all the staff from each dept was great . Very friendly and helpful. I would have loved to keep her there. If it was not so difficult of a drive. And I can not say enough about all of staffing in each dept, they are all great.

My mom has been at Rosewood for about a year now and is very happy there. They have been careful about Covid care both with visitors and employees. They have been great with her for everything she has needed.
