I have lived at Ming gardens for approximately 6 to 7 years My apartment has been broken into as you could see my previous post from a couple of years ago, things have gotten worse. We are now being charged for parking to live there anywhere from 25 to $40 a month. There's no security to this day no cameras etc. this place is overpriced and there's a lot of vandalism that goes on. When I move there it was a decent place to live although within the first couple of months my apartment got broken into. I would think twice about moving it this location

I moved in June 1st and have had car broken into within the first month and now this weekend sept 1st my apt was broken into in broad daylight. I paid extra on my deposit due to a low credit score. I work full time make the amount required and have never been late or evicted from an apt...which I feel is very unfair ..No one told me this is a problem in the complex until it happened..i am also responsible for my security door if I able to afford one? There is no sense of security here..had I bought a security door well they didn't go thru front door. I don't feel price is worth it nor the safety.. this apartment is over rated.. only new items may be the floors and counter tops. My bathtub and toilet is gross and I requested it be cleaned and was told it can be painted?? Who paints a bathtub that needs replacement..i refused and said forget it.I don't recommend that a single hard working person live here alone..especially if you have anything valuable. I would definitely move if I were not on a lease and will not be renewing it come June. I'm now living in fear that it will happen again 5 yrs later is worse although moved in a different unit, broken into again. Bike taken from patio still no security or window screens on most windows.

I've been living here since May and every time I have an issue that needs maintenance our maintenance guy jerry is on top of it ! He's a great person all around very friendly. Glad the apartment complex has someone dedicated to their work like him. no complains from my end
