You will find everyone here friendly and helpful in every way. They have daily activities and trips for shopping and/or groceries. Plus transportation to Dr. Appointments.

We are VERY happy with the decision to move our uncle to Brookdale Riverwalk. The facility is clean and secure and all of the residents seem so happy when we are there visiting. He is extremely happy with this decision as well, especially the food (options and recipes) which are much better than his old place. 7.2022 UPDATE: Still absolutely loving it. My other uncle is now in the memory care building and my aunt has referred 2 more friends that are very happy as well. So far 4 happy people that have nothing but good things to say. Keep up the good work. They are a family here and treat your family just like that. It cannot be an easy job and no place you find will be perfect but if you find anything that makes you unhappy, just give them a chance to make things right. LOVE IT!!!

This is about the dining room at Brookdale. Christie and her team are amazing! They always serve very good food and a variety. I'm a picky eater and from day one they have been more than accommodating to me. All this is done with a smile and caring. They truly look at each resident as family and strive to make everyone happy. I'm thankful for everyone who is working so hard everyday all day

My mom loves it here, she’s been a tenant for about a year now…she loves the food and the people and she loves that her room and laundry get cleaned every week. She is always telling me how wonderful and caring the staff is. We have zero complaints! The landscaping is beautiful and inside of the buildings always look, smell, and feel very clean and fresh. From the sales/billing team to the nurses and front desk staff - I’ve always been met with the utmost kindest of people. Please check it out for yourself and don’t go off of negative reviews because Brookdale has been an absolute blessing to our whole family and gives us the peace of mind we’ve been needing.

I live in Building B. Its been a wonderful experience because its like having a family. Youve got caring people who are there to assist you when you need assistance. Ive never been so content since making such a difficult decision, having to sell my house, and make the transition to Assisted Living. What I have experienced here surpasses anything of living alone and not having full social relations. I recommend Brookdale as an ideal place to make a second home when and if the time arises to do so.

This community is great! They love the residents and treat them with the respect and affection they deserve! Throughout the pandemic, they took the best care of the residents and made sure everyone was being safe and secure. The events are amazing! Its so nice to see everyone coming out of the buildings and connecting with one another. Go Brookdale!

This is the Best Facility Around! But.... That being said.... I urge any and all family of a loved one that ever has to go to the Hospital, or a Skilled nursing facility to be involved!!! Period!! Know what is going on? Learn! Be present, ask questions!! Know what you can do to help, bath, feeding, visit, wash clothes, restroom visit?? Be involved in the care and you will see results! Please don't be foolish as to think all is done, because it is not, there ALL OVERWORKED! I promise!! They work!! But they have a lot of sick patient's and alot to get done, and everything takes time when you're in there! So please help out!! Be kind, be visible, and be quite for the other patients. Oh and Most of all LEAVE YOUR KIDS HOME! ITS THE DIRTIEST PLACE FOR SICKNESS GERMS, THE FLOOR IS NIT CLEAN PEOPLE!!!! STOP!!!!!!!!! SOMEONE PLEASE STAY HOME WITH THE KIDS!!!

I have had some issues with different people, residents and staff. They have all been resolved. I have made some wonderful friends as well. The kitchen staff and their food are always good, I have often said if they threw sand on the table I would eat it too. Nursing staff has seen me through several critical diabetic issues, and the outcome has always been positive. My trust in them has grown. House keeping and laundry are perfect! Activities staff are creative in planning things that will spark the residents imagination and keep them interacting positively with each other.

Visiting my mother, who was placed here for physical therapy. This was her second stay, and I am grateful for the staff and treatment she received during her stay. The facility is always so clean and the staff really provide a great atmosphere for the work they provide.

They have iPads you can check out and use free of charge. I watch Netflix's and you the many computer games provided. It keeps me occupied during any down time I may have. Also bingo and other actives are provided.

I want to thank you and your staff for your services to our mother at ClareBridge. We see and appreciate the thousand reassurances you give her along with the constant cleaning and organizing for what has become a scattered mind. Our mother does not understand what a tremendous job it is to enable her to feel settled. It took us a while to understand how much care she needed. We see a tremendous difference in her demeanor from Assisted Living to Memory Care. Most of all, we feel at peace knowing she is safe and well cared for by professionals. In that respect you are caring for us as well.

I, myself, had to be treated at this facility. I had fallen and broke my ankle, required surgery. I was very reluctant but knew I need some assistance. It was the best decision I ever made. All the staff very attentive to my needs, willing to help, very nice. I spent 5 days and had the best experience I could have ever asked for. I was the youngest one ever to be admitted, but I also came out of it with a new friend. My roommate and I hit it off. The only reason it doesn't get 5 star is the food is not that great. But other than that. Just want to thank everyone for a job well done and helping me with my recovery..

I gave Brookdale Riverwalk 5 stars because their nursing and caregiving were excellent. I was there often at all times of the day checking on my mother. The residents are well taken care of in all aspects of care including social activities. Our mother had diabetes and the registered nurses were on top of her sugar levels at all times. I do not have words to express the gratitude we feel for all the employees in the assisted living and the skilled nursing facility. Brookdale Riverwalk became our extended family. If you are looking for care for your precious loved one, you need to visit Brookdale Riverwalk.

Our mom lived happily at Brookdale Riverwalk for 7 years in the independent living facility. When she needed more help in her daily routines, we transitioned her to assisted living in building B. At first, we were concerned about how she would adapt to unfamiliar surroundings, but the empathetic medical staff (Blessing, Shaft and Donnalyn, to name a few) made my mom and us feel at home. There are six of us siblings and Im sure we disrupted many daily routines with our questions and concerns for our mom. However, the administrative staff (Jeff and Cherie) had an open door policy and answered all of our questions. When our mom could no longer eat in the dining room, her meals were brought in on a tray. The night staff would enter her apartment quietly, using flashlights, to check on her and to administer medications. My mom died peacefully in her bed last Sunday with our sister by her side. Our sincere appreciation to the entire staff at Brookdale Riverwalk.
