My dad has been there 2 years. He is loving it there. I feel totally comfortable with his health and happiness while he lives there. I love the staff. They are wonderful with the residents and their families. I dont worry about him anymore.

Solstice Senior Living in Bakersfield CA has the most amazing staff!! It is a warm friendly home for your loved one. I had my mom and my other mother there and I could not have been more satisfied and no I dont work for Solstice or related to anyone there...there are that good! From theme days all the time to AMAZING things they have done during COVID to try and keep their residents spirits up. Christopher and his staff are there best in the business and I highly recommend them for a place to have your loved one. The golden years can be scary for family, wanting them to be cared for, happy and safe.... Solstice is the place!!!

This is a beautiful facility. Very welcoming. Although I havent seen any of the residents rooms, the gathering area and dining area are beautiful. The reception staff are very nice.

I have a friend that lives here and she is mostly satisfied. There is a universal problem at this facility, that being, while this is marketed as independent living there are caregivers coming and going throughout the night.

Im not sure who the previous poster was describing, but I find the management team to be exceptional. I even sent fresh flowers to them as thanks. Ive been in several facilities both independent and assisted living. Carriage House is far and away the best of them all. Friendly staff, great food. I cant imagine a better place to live.
