I really enjoyed seeing all that these apartments have available for their residents! Open floor plans, lovely balconies, lots of life and light in this place. The staff was very pleasant and helpful as well.

Ive been there only twice before

My mom is ok living here .But there has been a lot of changes with employees and staff. That is hard for the people who live there now and it is not fair for them to have to deal with that much change. My Mom has special people that help her so if that changes it will be hard on her. So the staff needs to get there act together to be on point with taking care of my Mom and everyone else in that facility. They need to think that this is there parent in this place. And realize that this could be your mom and want the Best for your family member.

I havent fully moved in my dad into the community yet, but thus far its been an incredible experience. The complex is absolutely beautiful; its not as updated as others, but overall its been such a pleasant experience. I have been speaking mostly with Bianca, and she has made this experience absolutely stress free as possible for myself and my dad, especially with COVID - I was impressed! She was able to show me a staged studio room from the outside, and answered ALL a LOT of questions. My dad is moving from Southern California; she took at least an hour to give my dad a visual FaceTime walk through of the entire community: fitness, laundry, dinning, activity center, etc... She answered all questions. Our room wasnt ready, so our move in date got pushed back. Herself and her manager gave us a prorated move in date, and they had some specials which was perfect to help subsidize with the entire move in experience as my dad want to move in ASAP-within 2 weeks. She sent us all the paperwork needed by expediting it down south; she was flexible on us expediting our deposit and first month rent to make the 31st deadline for the special. She has been a delight! Honestly, I was more observing the resident and community interaction between everyone, and everyone seemed so kind, friendly, and genuinely happy! Ive had a horrible experience with my dads past senior living. The compassion, sincerity, and efficiency of the community was what I believe exactly what we could ask for right now!

This community far exceeded my expectations with regards to customer service and quality of life. During my tour, I met several of the current residents. Each one was extremely friendly and made me feel as welcome as if I never left my house. The entire staff was extremely courteous and cognizant of my needs. Ive looked at several similar communities and have come to the undeniable conclusion that this community stands above the rest. I must say, though, there is another community with a similar name nearby that has terrible reviews. I almost posted my review on their site until I noticed that it was not the same community I toured. I hope that no one else makes that same mistake I almost did because this community is truly something you need to experience for yourself!
