The Victorian is devoted to expanding the enjoyment of our aging residents. We also giving them access to the best care and services possible. We designed the dining area at The Victorian to be a cozy, home style setting for our residents and family members. Our specialty is customized menus that provide delicious, home cooked meals that meet the needs of all residents.

This is an exceptional community, made second to none by the staff. Everyone from management, to the activities director, to the serving,housekeeping and maintenance staff are fully committed to making The Victorian more than just a place to live. With warmth and care, they welcome seniors who are making a difficult transition out of their own homes, and help them to feel a sense of belonging in their new place of residence. There is a program of activities that is thoughtfully planned to enrich daily lives, with the input and leadership of the residents themselves encouraged and welcomed. We are so grateful to Chris, Andre, and the whole team at The Victorian on Feltham for all that they are providing for our dad. Some renovations and updates would help to bring the facilities up to the same 5-star quality as the people who work there.

Care for the residence is just great the meals are always different and are never repetitive. There are a ton of activities to do and they allow dogs.

They desperately need to update the pictures that are hung in the hallways. They are almost all faded to a light blue.

My mother is an extremely strong, proud, independent person. Due to some major life changes, she moved to The Victorian over 2 years ago. It took some time for her to accept and settle into this new arrangement. The staff have been patient and kind, offering support to my mother and us, her family. My mom is settled and happy there. Recently, my mom, sister, and I required some extra help with an issue. Jake, the manager, is an extremely competent, compassionate person, and a great advocate for my mom. I must also commend Nicole and Neva for their additional care and assistance. Youre a lovely bunch - thanks for keeping your sense of humour!
