I'm back again here at haven. I once again chose to come back here because this facility is the place to be at. Everyone has treated me really great. Since I got here I've been working with therapy to improve with my walking. I feel like I've been progressing a lot with that.

Therapy has been helping me improve with my mobility. The nursing staff has been taking care of my needs. The food here is mostly good, they do offer alternatives which is helpful.

I was already pretty mobile when I first got here, but I still needed some help with my balance. I am now able to walk around the facility with a walker now. The nursing staff and therapy team all treat me like they truely care about me. At first i was scared of coming to a skilled nursing facility because of the stories I heard but its nothing like that.

I feel like therapy has helped me improve a lot since I first came in. I am able to move more than when I first came in. I really like the nursing staff in this facility, sometimes things take a while to get done but for the most part they're good.

I came here for recovery after kidney failure which was resolved in the hospital. While I was a bit out of it the first day or two I was quickly feeling completely normal. I was ready to leave much sooner than scheduled. The staff that worked with me were consistently professional and caring in every way. The only issue I had was the roommates I had to endure. My current one is by far the best one I've had. One of the others played the tv loudly 24 hours every day we shared a room. Another one constantly loudly demanded services from your staff. My current one is by far the best I've had though he also plays the tv all day long. I'd I were to make any recommendation it would be to provide headphones for watching tv. It is a constant irritant. The speakers should be disconnected where each occupant can watch what they want on each tv. It is impossible with the current setup. One other thing that should be mentioned is almost every meal I ate was cold or barely warm when served.

I have been here for 3 months and everyone has been wonderful. All staff have been very kind to me, they make me feel very welcomed. When I first got here I didn't have the best experience, but it was because of my attitude. I got here in a wheelchair from the hospital. Now I am walking, all the nurses stop by physical therapy and tell me how proud they are to see me improving. It makes me really happy and fills my heart with warmth. I can't wait to get back home. It's my second time here, everyone is very friendly. The therapists have been helping me regain my strength in my leg little by little. I already feel stronger and I can do better. I like going to the dining room to eat and meet people. They help me eat a lot.

My husband sees me doing a lot better since she first got here. I couldn't get up on my own and now i'm doing a lot better thanks to Haven of Yuma. I'm off oxygen as of right now and I'm truely grateful for that. My husband is truely grateful for the help Ive been getting. My mother-in-law has been here a couple of weeks. Nearly everyone has been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Heather McDermott has helped us many times, and she never seems to be rushed. She is a very involved administrator.

I was here about 20 days . I had a hip replacement , physical therapy dept was the best ever . They said you could get snacks btwn meals and that's a lie. If your gonna be here more than a week better plan on someone to bring in food , portions are super tiny. Just super glad I'm going home today

I feel like I have improved significantly since I first got here. The therapy team here really tries to understand what you can and cant do and they work you up to more difficult exercises. Medication arrives on time which is a must for a facility. I highly recommend this facility.

Everyone is very kind to me, transportation always takes me to my appointments and I arrive on time. They are all very professional and always keep my room clean. They have also given me my medication on time and they are very attentive to me.

I have enjoyed my time here. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. My medications are given as close as can be to the requested times as humanly possible. PT & OT are extremely efficient and they concentrated on the areas necessary to make me stronger and totally stable. I'm very happy with the meals. The portions are perfect. Overall my stay here has been wonderful, all staff have treated me very well. I came here for physical therapy and I have seen some improvement, although I know I still have some work to do. I was here six years ago, this is my second time here and I enjoy it! I got to see some familiar faces from my first time here. Everyone is really nice, all staff and the patients are kind to me. I enjoy looking outside and going to physical therapy.

The experience is good, I have had good treatment from the medical staff like Noemi and Maria. Just as a personal opinion, the bathrooms are not cleaned as they should. In my opinion, it should be at least twice a day to keep them clean and disinfected. Regarding the food, it is pretty good I hope they take the patients' opinion into account

I have been here for two weeks and physical therapy and occupational therapy have helped me out a lot. I want to try to do the most therapy that I can. The nurses and staff are always thereto help. Whenever I ask for my meds, they come at a timely matter.

The stay here has been really good, I really enjoyed it. The relationship with the nurses and staff was good. They are very informative, I felt really safe riding withtransportation. I was always on time to my dialysis appointments and my meds have been given to me on time. Physical therapy has also been wonderful, I am feeling much better.

Really liked the therapy here, they helped me improve since I got here. Ulises has been seeing me everyday since I arrived to make sure my needs were taken care of. The food really needs improvement. It could use more seasoning and could be cooked a while longer. Sometimes the food comes out cold. Besides that, I cant complain.

I have been here 5 weeks starting week 6 And my therapist are Jason and Brittany and my occupational therapist are nick and Taylor they are kind and encouraged me the staff who comes to my red button is great during the 6 am to 2 pm shift bcuz college kids will get ice so the cna doesn't have to come for petty things Victoria is wonderful she's the fastest Amber the nurse is like heaven very caring works overlap 8pm to 5am She changes my dressing and nurse practioner Nathan is a gem diamond in the rough use to take 1 hour to change my dressing and now it takes 15 minutes and the doctor nusom comes to my bed to say we are giving you triple antibiotics, nobody does that and gives me pain meds and sleeping meds overall great experience even housekeeping are good very nice and tidy I was referred here by 4 friend's come here the whole staff works together to get you what you need you wont be sorry I have about 6 weeks to go to go home I will come back I live 1 hour away in El Centro, CA and I love the night nurse with the braids

My Elderly friend arived at Haven Health yesterday and I went and visited her for 5 hours today. She is recovering from an illness that nearly took her life. I witnessed first hand the kindest, caring, compassion of the medical team of RNs, LPNs, Events, House keeping (Gloria, Daniela, Mercedes, Alana, and Kat) I witnessed the excellent care and respect they gave my friend. It is clear these staff members truly care about their patients. Thank you for your outstanding service!

All staff has been very good to me, i think the food is excellent. My room is always clean, whenever i press on my call light my cna is always there to help me. Physical therapy has also helped me a lot. When i first got here, i was not able to walk. Now i can stand and walk with some assistance.
