My mom was a resident at the Emerald Springs Assisted Living Community in Yuma AZ. I was extremely pleased with the excellent care she received from the nurses, med aides, activities director, the dinning room staff and all staff in general. Everyone there was genuinely caring and compassionate. She loved living there and enjoyed all they had to offer. When I came to visit I could not get over all there was for her to participate in from arts and crafts, music, bible study, to fitness classes. She truly enjoyed the outings and trips around town. She really felt at home. When she was moved to memory care unit, she continued to receive the same exceptional and compassionate care. I never had to worry about the care she was receiving. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The facility itself is very clean, organized and well staffed. The food prepared in the dining room was great with good healthy choices to choose from. My personal favorite was the pot roast. I just want to say thank you to everyone for the exceptional care you gave our mom from the beginning till God called her home. Again, thank you!!! Barbara Dunbar

I have been visiting Emerald Springs since third grade. It's a very special place to me because we used to perform here for residents. Now I am an employee and continue to admire and appreciate all the work they do! Not because it's my job, but because I see how they enrich and improve the quality of life of the people they care for. 10/10 experience. They had a clean and organized facility. Today I got to play bingo with some of the residents and it way super fun. They have ducks and cats that make the place more lively.

Emerald Springs Senior Living is a truly exceptional community. From the moment I walked through the door, I was met with warmth and kindness from the staff. The level of care and attention given to the residents is outstanding. The facilities are top-notch, providing a comfortable and inviting environment. I had the pleasure of working with Chris, the Director of Sales and Marketing, and I must say he is incredibly professional and exceptional at what he does. My mother-in-law recently entered Emerald Springs and my wife and I spent a week there with her while we were helping her close down her old apartment and move in to her new ES home. The staff and the residents are extremely warm and friendly. The facility is well kept up and the food is quite good. Lots of activities, and good transportation for shopping and medical appointments. The facility is set up for both independent and assisted living, and is a pleasant mix of the two. (There is also a separate wing devoted to Alzheimer's patients which we did not see, but assume is of equally high quality.) The facility recently won the "Best Retirement Center in Yuma" award from the local paper, and we can definitely see why! Both my mother-in-law and we are very pleased with her decision to live at Emerald Springs!! :-))

The staff at Emerald Springs took care of my mother for a little over a year before she passed. They were always friendly when we visited. When she was in the final stages of her life, they were very supportive of her needs. My family will always be grateful that she lived in such a caring atmosphere during her final days here on earth.

For the past four and one half years Emerald Springs has been a practical and learning experiance for us. We left our four bedroom and three bath home for our two bedroom apartment which is attrative and pleasant. The grounds are lovely which enhances the looks of our apartment as they are park like with lovely lawns, bushes, trees annd flowers. This is a good fellowship of residents where one canbe busy if they wish to be . I do the Resident Councils' Monthly Minutes, do the shorthand, typing on the computer and have them read for Managment Staff and all the residents the next morning. I collect the money from all residents who wish to contribute, keep all the records, including all the banking and writing the Christmas checks for the 60 plus employees by early December. Those of us who contribute is for all of our hard working employees. Many times i get the correct telephone numbers for new residents for Emerald Springs telepone book or changes in numbers if nessary. Our Activities Director provides us with a great amount of enterprising projects. I enjoy the exercise each morning, keeps an 88 year old woman's exertion rate high. We have excellent programs, several each month, singing groups in the Jade room and our very popular Wine and Cheese social in the Queens Court withich includes fun singing groups. Have birthday and icecream socials for the birthdays each month,have popcorn ond day a month and have Current Events Each Friday that includes gourmet coffee and donuts. We have a bus that takes us to and from church of our choice on Sunday mornings. Iy takes us Shopping and to the Bank on Tuesdays and Saturdays and to doctors, dentists and other requirements on the other week days. The dining is a perfect area. After all of my time here, it still reminds me of a lavish hotel's fabulous restaurant. Our food is excellent. We have a good selection of foods to choose from. Ther are seven othert selections a person can choose from if the menu for that day doesen't suit him/her. The Dining room has pretty vases of flowers on each individual table and each holiday the entire dining room is decorated for that special occasion. I am pleased to be here as my husband passed away after we were here for four years. I can't explain how good the Managment Staff were to me. Each one of them came individually and expressed their concern for my loss and I recieved a lovely bouquet of flowers from them. We have great residents amd they surely showed their concern too. With all these wonderful things done for me, I have nothing but love for my Emerald Springs Home.
