Park Senior Villas is not only beautiful, but a wonderful place for your loved one to call home. It starts with Janice the best marketing/Sales director that they have had, she is loving and actually takes the time to listen to what your loved ones needs are to make sure their community is the best fit. Our elderly population is so important to our community and Janice will show you just how important they are to Park Senior Villas on each and every tour she completes!

Love this place! My sister just moved in. Janice was wonderful and helped us transition my sister from an undesirable situation into a caring and beautiful atmosphere. The grounds are gorgeous and very peaceful. The staff are great and my sister loves “most” of the food. It’s a huge relief to know she is in a safe place and enjoying life.

The Villas are like home! Many times I've gone in a house and felt the warmth. By that I mean the positive feeling when you walk in. The laughter from the staff with the residents, the compassion they give to each resident, overall the feeling of being with family. The management is also involved with each resident giving and making sure they are getting quality care. The Villas are not just an assisted living facility...they are family and and home!

My mother lived there for a short time. It was the last 2 months of her life. She thought she was the richest person in the world and the villa was so beautiful. The staff and management there took great care of her. She loved to play bingo and dance in her room in her wheelchair. I am very grateful for park senior villas at Houghton and all staff being there in the last days of her life.

I started out doing private caregiving for a resident who lived here. The staff and managers were very friendly, responsive and compassionate. I was impressed and applied and have been working here for almost a year now.

I just recently moved my father into Park Senior Villas - Houghton. So far, so ... GREAT! The upper management and the rest of the PSV teamhteam been extremely helpful and responsive. It gives me peace of mind knowing my dad is well cared for by people who lead with their hearts. Thank you is what I say to them, but it does not seem like its enough. I appreciate the entire Park Senior Villas team and continue to be impressed and grateful for the work that you all so.

One of my clients has been there for some time. He was a flight risk when he was transferred from another facility. He did not sleep at night and took cat naps during the day. The staff was very patient with him and was with him when he was up. The senior staff always let us know what was happening with our client. If you are looking for a home that really cares about their residents then this is the place to go see. Personal Support Services

My MIL has been at this facility for almost 4 years and we are very pleased with her care. I am a 40+ year healthcare provider so I know it requires special caregivers to do this job. Thank you Olivia, Blanca, Krystal, Wanda and others for being our extended family in caring for Mom. We feel comfort knowing someone is keeping her safe when we are NOT there.

After weeks of considering all local options in search of the perfect assisted living facility, my family and I were referred to The Villas at Houghton. Following a stay in skilled nursing, my father moved into The Villas and quickly began to feel at home with the staff. The rates, food, spaces, and quality of care make this facility a top choice if youre searching for an assisted living arrangement. My fathers health did decline and he left the facility for hospice care, but The Villas management worked with us to gracefully handle some tough situations during a very tough time. Put this one on your list to visit if you have a need.
