My father in law was here a while back. It is such a plus to have your own room, which is really more like a studio apartment. It is also great that they have a 6 foot fence around the entire property so that their residents with memory issues can walk around freely on the lovely grounds there—lots of trees and a well tended lawn. My FIL loved that. There is a big window that looks out onto the central area, so that residents see folks walking to activities and the cafeteria—again a plus for those with memory issues. Food isn't gourmet, be he didn't like that kind of food anyway. He enjoyed his meals. At one point my father-in-law was in a very expensive place but all the halls and doors looked alike! Really bad idea for people with memory issues. They wanted us to pay a lot more for an escort so he couldn't get lost due to their bad design. Oasis, on the other hand, seems to be planned with a real understanding of supporting independence and dignity.

The Oasis Assisted Living Community is VERY well managed. The staff are extremely focused, caring and responsive. My brother has been in their care for well over a year and I feel he is very safe there and we can always get a hold of the staff if we have any special needs, questions or concerns. One thing that means so much to my brother is he has his own room which is quite spacious. It has multiple windows for him to enjoy the view of the outside grounds. It includes a bathroom with shower, a kitchen nook for a coffee pot, a sink, cabinets, etc. This unit was remodeled for my brother prior to moving in which we really appreciated. The food quality and variety has been a challenge but I know the management is working diligently to correct that. Overall I highly recommend this facility and thank them for their excellent care.

If your family member or long time friend needs a place to be this is the one. All rooms are private and the staff and management are wonderful. My friend moved in at the end of August and with a short adjustment period she is thriving and making new friends. Also the grounds are absolutely wonderful. Thanks to everyone at the Oasis.

My neighbor was moved into Oasis 8 months ago. I loved coming to visit her. The caregivers truly cared and the Administrator, Tamara Taylor, was amazing. She created a beautiful team and a beautiful dream there. She answered my personal texts or messages within 1-5 minutes. However, the son-in-law of the owners came in, figured he could do better and fired Tamara! We were in Shock!. Now I don't like visiting there. He's trying to take Tamara's place, but he is not doing a very good job. I can't get him or anyone to call me back. Finally, I have to call one of the caregivers to get a question answered even though that's not their job. What a shame. Tamara brought in so many new clients and saved this business in her 2 yrs at Oasis. She deserved better. We all do. I still love the caregivers but they don't seem happy now. I'm not either. Too bad.

They treated my friend with respect and dignity. They arranged on-site services for her when she needed them, such as medical care and hospice. The grounds are attractive, inviting, and always well-kept. I visited my friend several times per week and always she and her apartment were clean and cared-for. I recommend Oasis highly and without hesitation.

I t this facility is nice and most of the staff was nice and polite. But my friend was there and the manager [name removed] was rude and very unprofessional it would not let any of my family be put there. My mother was at Mountain View and was so happy there, all the staff were very caring and concerned.

My mother moved into Oasis 11 months ago. The process was concise, simple, hassle free, and instructions were clear. At the onset I informed Tamara, the manager, of my mother's "issues." Tamara kindly informed me that she had many years experience and was up for the challenge. My mother's room was spacious and it was especially comforting that my mother was encouraged to bring personal belongings. The room was well maintained. The grounds are spectacular, well manicured with multiple seating areas sprinkled among flowers and trees. The dining room serves as an area for residences to eat, as well as, lounge. The staff are well trained, very kind, and truly are compassionate about their residences. Problems were addressed quickly and consideration was given to each issue. I applauded that a "one size fits all" remedy was not the standard solution. Unfortunately, my mother''s "issues" escalated requiring her to relocate. Nonetheless, Tamara and her staff handled it all with finesse and professionalism. I highly recommend this facility.

I went on a tour of this community it was very clean and the staff seemed very organized and attentive. When I spoke to the caregivers they could answer all of my questions. The kitchen was nice and clean. Any questions I asked for administrator she had the answer and was very helpful. The grounds are just beautiful. My brother will be moving in The Oasis the middle of next month. Thank you Tamera for the nice tour

I am an employee at the Oasis Assisted Living Center. Tamara is one of the best bosses I have ever had. She’s compassionate and caring and always has an open door policy for her staff as well as the residents. She was a caregiver for several years before becoming a manager so she is totally understanding as to what it takes to have a heart for us employees as well as the residents. She has gone shopping for staff as well as residents that don’t have money for clothing. Tamara has also offered financial assistance for new hires that don’t have money for gas as well as expenses. She has personally picked me up from my house when I didn’t have a car to get to work. She does have high expectations for staff to take good care of the residents. Since Tamara started as The Administrator the food is a lot better, the quality of all the staff is by far the best it’s ever been. She had cameras installed, has updated and upgraded the community. Tamara is very specific about how she wants medication management handled and does not accept medication errors. She is stern but fair. The Oasis is an awesome place to work!

I have read the reviews and understand that you can't please everyone no matter how hard you try. I have been associated with The Oasis for the past year. The administrator is a very caring person who has all resident's best interest at heart. She gives her all to help feel respected and a part of the community. The food is prepared by people with experience in food preparation. Technically they are called cooks. I have eaten meals at The Oasis and the food is very good as well as nutritious. My experience with the staff is very positive. The administrator has given the staff every opportunity to succeed as a care giver, housekeeper etc. Some staff who are no longer employed at The Oasis have written reviews that contain inaccurate information. The residents receive great care by the caring staff. I know for a fact the administrator has purchased clothing and other personnel items for residents who do not have funds and needs clothing. There are not very many administrators who are willing to go out of his/her way to do this for residents. When speaking with residents, they tell me they are happy and like living at The Oasis

I work here as the receptionist and I have to say this is my new family. Tad the owner goes out of his way to make sure all residence and staff are happy with how things are running. This was best decision to come work here. Tamera is the Administrator here at The Oasis. Tamera works very hard to make sure all residence have what they need for comfortable living. Tamera is great boss and show appreciation to her employees. Let me tell you about the food here. The Cooks make homemade meals. The dining room servers assist residence with meals and refreshments. Dinning Room was remodel with bright colors and gorgeous wall frame portraits. The bright green grass, flowers, water fountain is great eye catcher. The hummingbirds and butterflies always around. Makes the residence very happy to sit outside and enjoy . The residence are protected by secure gate and visitor ,medical staff have to be buzz in. The Oasis is best place for your loved one.

My wife and I in August of this year made the decision to move my 86 yr old Father from an assisted living facility in Illinois to here in Arizona. Needless to say making that decision was not an easy one to make taking in consideration his health challenges and deciding where to relocate him to. We of course would of loved for him to live with us. However we realized he needed more attention than we could provide for his well being. This created a serious issue for we had little time to plan, locate, and interview facilities and then relocate him. How blessed we are to have found Oasis Assisted Living on our first call. I initially spoke with the administrator and was invited to come by and visit. I was so impressed on the mature landscaped beauty of the grounds and the layout and design of the rooms in living area. I had the pleasure of speaking with several of the residents who have been living there for 10 years plus ...happily. As they say "you never get a second chance at a first impression" Oasis easily won us over and were so helpful in getting my father transitioned and the best part he told us recently he never felt more at home than he does now.

The Oasis is a beautiful community, that doesn’t have a corporate or hotel feel to it. Residents have their own private spacious apartments, even wood beamed ceilings. The outside courtyard area is secure and quite large. It has green grass, roses, flowers, a nice fountain, and fruit trees. Very peaceful setting! The management team is some of the best I’ve worked with. They are down to earth and will advocate for your loved ones! As a referral agent, I like to refer to communities where the owners are on the premises to handle the day-to-day business. Tamera is the manager and has lots of experience in the senior industry, and she’s on property most of the time. Having been in the business for a long time, she knows what to look for when hiring staff. Caregivers can make or break a community…and she has hired some wonderful, caring folks.

Our family member loves Oasis and had nothing but good things to say about staff and really everybody. We are so happy she is taken care of.

Second assisted living facility my mom has been in and she is very happy there. Grounds are beautifully maintained. Food is good and staff takes great care of her. She stays busy with crafts and is able to rest between meals.
