Our parents recently had to be placed in assisted living and after touring the facility with Brianne we chose Brookdale North Tucson. Brianne couldn’t have been more helpful and compassionate. Any communications were responded to extremely quickly and she was more than happy to answer any of our questions and assist in any way. The facility itself is extremely clean, the rooms are modern and well appointed, the staff is amazing, and my parents are extremely happy with the quality of the food. Obviously when you are forced to get family members into assisted living it isn’t easy on many levels, but Brianne and the Brookdale staff made the experience unbelievably easy and we’re incredibly supportive. Brookdale cares about their residents. I’d recommend them to everyone.

The heart of a community is their staff. The dedication and love the staff has for their residents and families is second to none. As for the customer experience, some people will have problems anywhere they go and North Tucson deals with these situations well. When visiting, I overheard some of the unreal and strange expectations other families had. The administration was gracious and implemented solutions for these people to make them feel better. It's a scary situation we find ourselves in when placing a loved one in assisted living. Brookdale does everything they can to make the transition easier and less scary.

My 92 year old father recently moved to Brookdale North. He was previously living in an apartment, so moving to an assisted living facility was new territory. Lorell went above and beyond to help us navigate through the entire process. Every staff member is warm, friendly, caring and attentive. They really treat the residents like family. My father says he loves Brookdale and the staff are fantastic. I feel happy knowing he is in a safe environment. I highly recommend Brookdale North.

hospital after suffering from covid. It was costing more than $1000 per day at her independent living facility.Lorell contacted me from Brookdale and made the transition seamless. She is so helpful along with the staff nurse, Stacy. They were able to quickly assess mom’s needs and sprang into action. They are extremely supportive. I know our loved one is safe and well cared for. The staff I have met so far is friendly and always available when you need them.

I have been a Health and Wellness director at Brookdale North Tucson and I have never worked for a company that cares so much. 2020 has been a hard year and everyone locally and corporate has been here for me the entire year. I have worked for a few other companies in the area and I personally can say this place is clean, has a warm personalized feeling and is truly HOME for so many. a second home for me even.

My mother has been living with my family for 4 years since my father died. Her needs have increased to the point where I am unable to provide the level of care she needs. After extensive research, we found Brookdale North. What an amazing home for assisted living. The staff- from the Director, to sales director to nursing director to maintenance are all so caring and so personable. We moved my mother in last week and I honestly was overwhelmed by their care and compassion.I am at peace that I could find another home that will care for her like I would want. Especially during COVID- and they have had 0 cases! - because of their amazing diligence.Thank you to everyone at Brookdale North. You are a Godsend!

North Tucson has been always going through a lot of changes particularly in management. Their newest bellwether ED started during COVID and seems to be affecting things for the better. We are in unprecedented and extremely difficult times right now, and despite that, the level of care doesnt seem to suffer. The entire staff are dedicated and everyone is doing the best they can with what theyve got right now and it shows.Most reviews that tend to denigrate North Tucson seem fairly hollow. Is the company perfect? No. Has there been some fumbling as we all have learned how to live during a pandemic? Of course. But the bottom line is North Tucsons amorphous leadership throughout the years has never affected the love and caring staff possess for the residents. I would highly recommend.

I wonder if the people giving bad reviews are confusing this facility with some other place. My dad has been here for two, 2-week stints and loves everything about it. Good food, service and facilities. Limited number of residents, so patients seem to get a lot of attention.

Over the last year and a half this community has seen some major changes and improvements. The staff is top notch in care and compassion. The residents, staff and management are outgoing, friendly and happy to be there. The recent remodel has brought a very homey feel to the community and when you walk in you are greeted by a feeling of calmness and happiness. This is a great community if you are looking for a place where your mom or dad wont get lost in the crowd, where they will get individualized care and be treated like they are a member of the family. There are weekly outings that the residents vote and choose on and several clubs. The food here is the best in any community Ive visited and at meal times you will often find family and friends of residents visiting and eating the fantastic food. The secured community allows you to feel assured that mom or dad will remain safe in good hands in a convenient northwest side location. Many of the residents have lived there for several years and have great things to say about the changes that have taken place. But by far the best thing about the community is the staff! The caregivers are kind dedicated people who get to know the residents and treat them like they are part of their own family. I would recommend Brookdale North Tucson to anyone looking for a quiet intimate setting for their parents golden years.

Im not quite sure where the poor reviews of the new executive director are coming from. Every experience I have had with the new director, Trish, has been wonderful. She is compassionate, caring, and very attentive, even when doing things that are not usually in a directors job description. She has taken a very bad situation and made it much better. I would place my mother there now, if she needed care.

Im giving this place a 3 star since they did ONE smart thing by getting Becky outta there! She was as incompetent as they come! How she even ever got hired is beyond me. She had gotten multiple GOOD employees fired due to her lack of inconsistency and complete disregard for being a good manager. There were many sketchy things going on being the scenes about a year ago between the managers who worked here, which unfortunately came through on the other side and also affected residents. A lot of INNOCENT people were fired because of her. She started running this place on a downhill slope. Good employees were let go who really would have made a difference if it werent for BECKY trying to deflect her poor choices onto others! Hopefully this place can try to head back up after she tore it to the ground.

Well, I cannot say enough good things about Brookdale North Tucson. My mother has been there for 2 years and 11 months. They have done a great job helping and caring for my mother. I appreciate their care and concern for my mother. I highly recommend Brookdale North Tucson, if you are looking for a professional, caring, safe, and concerned assisted living facility for your loved ones. Thank you Brookdale!4 stars

We are so pleased to have Mom here. The facility is safe, easy for her to get around and has a wonderful interior courtyard where she can take her dog. Mom loves the food - she couldnt quit raving about the BLT she had for lunch one day!! The staff has been great to work with helping her adjust to her new home and listens to any concerns or questions we have.

As a business owner, I can tell you some of these reviews reek ofdisgruntled employee and are far too intimate with the inner workings of the business. I seriously doubt their veracity.I have had someone who is a close friend of the family here for a few years and Ive never felt there was any negligence in regards to their care. Have there been many changes here? Yes. In the last few years I have seen three different EDs, a couple of different nurses, three different activity directors, multiple marketers, and at least three different maintenance men. But these issues are typically indicative of incompetence at the corporate level or lack of involvement.had no personal problems with their previous ED Becky and dont know why, if she chose to leave. But if it was termination and whatever issues with the higher ups she may have had, I didnt find them representative of her personally.And now that she has been replaced, I find Trish to be a wonderful and supportive successor.I wont deny the claims that there have been many changes in recent months but this is nothing new for this establishment in my experience and it only suggest to me they will be changes for the better. These changes wont happen overnight and I believe the new staff are genuine and sincere in their pursuit of care for the residents there.Im only giving four stars because theres always room for improvement anBrookdale North Tucson is no different. Particularly from the aesthetic side as it could use some new paint and carpet. But Im seeing other improvements and I always leave with a sense of security knowing my loved one is there.
