I had to find a new place for my mom to live after she fell at the independent living community she was living in. She required rehab and was never able to walk independently again. I had looked at over 10 memory care communities and was extremely frustrated because none of them accepted pets. My mom's cat was everything to her. She also had some behaviors that I was concerned about. When I found Brookdale East Tucson and met with Brianne, their Marketing Director, I was reassured that they could manage her behaviors, they accepted her cat and took over the feeding and changing of the kitty litter, and the care they provided was top notch. She was let to and participated in community activities and they tried to keep her as active as they could. Thank you Brookdale East Tucson for all of the love and care you provided to my mom!

This assisted living is nice because there are no elevators, its a small community all on one floor. The caregivers are so nice. A lot of the staff have been there for something like 10 years. They have activities and exercise classes daily. Susan takes them for scenic drives on Saturdays and they have a nice set up for dining. The people all seem happy.

Recently my 94 year old mother toured Brookdale East with my sister and I. We were impressed with the friendly and professional treatment we received. We were especially impressed with director, Suzanne, and Breanne, in marketing and sales. The facility is a small, comfortable environment with a boutique feel. We were impressed with the friendliness of ALL the staff and their caring spirit. Now that mom is settled in, she continues to benefit from the outstanding care and supportive environment we saw the first day of our tour. The entire staff gives 100% and tries to make every person feel valued and loved. It is amazing to see their level of professional care. Susan, the activities director is simply amazing, and engages all residents in her creative ideas and programs. I appreciate her high energy level. I highly recommend Brookdale East Tucson!

Our mother recently moved to Brookdale East. We were very impressed with the hospitality, caring and professional treatment we received. Suzanne, the director, and Breanne in marketing and sales were informative, patient and very knowledgeable! Darlene, at the front desk, was friendly and very kind. Dale, the nurse at the facility, goes out of her way to meet individual needs. The staff was so welcoming and friendly and has continued to be so after our mother moved in. Given the stressful circumstances we were under, their helpfulness was exemplary! They worked very hard to accommodate our mothers needs. Anyone looking for a caring, friendly and wonderful staff should really consider Brookdale East Tucson.
