Pepsi is a great activities director. I deal with a lot of them, as I am an entertainer that comes there to play their wonderful grand piano. She does a super job and is very easy to work with. I really enjoy coming there to perform and at the same time my 3 doggies give pet therapy. I hope to do a lot more at Avista. Tom Nickel

I cannot say enough about Avista. They worked hard to get paperwork done quickly as I had to leave town for an emergency surgery for my daughter. I was worried about how my sister will be taking care of while I was gone for 3 weeks. My sister was very angry about having to go to Avista, but now almost 2 months later, she is happy and has made some new friends. They take very good care of her and respond to questions that I may have. They have all kinds of activities and she loves bingo. The food is awesome there, not the types you find in other facilities. I happen to work with nursing homes in my my job and have visited many. None of them pick up here with Avista as they only provide a shared room for memory care. I really wanted her to have a place she could call her own in Avista's studio apartment. The facility is well maintained and the employees are friendly and supportive. I could not ask for a better placement for my sister.

I needed assistance with my husband who was on dialysis. We moved to Avista January 16th 2023 and my husband passed away September 12, 2023. According to contract I was able to stay if I wanted to. I love this place. Staff and residents are wonderful. This will be my home until the good Lord takes me.

I moved my mom to Avista Senior living recently. She was struggling with independent living and so far this has been the best decision I've made for her care. She has dementia but her aggression and anxiety has subsided, which is nothing short of a miracle. She is doing so well with the care she's receiving and I couldn't be more thankful

The care staff and Executive Director along with the administrative support staff are all wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and personable with residents and families. I love visiting Avista Senior Living it is always a pleasure interacting with everyone there.

I was in this building several years ago and thought the place was just horrible. It was recently recommended to me by a professional to take a second look at the place. Wow. It just looks great. There has been a new manager that started in Jan. 2023 and the feel is very warm and friendly. The residents are engaged, happy and clean. I love the new Executive Director/Lic. Manager. She is really on top of everything. Alyson and Pesi are the Life enrichment staff and they are really great!. Thank you… Thank you …. Thank you

Please contact me regarding overdue, unpaid invoices. We provided staffing because Foothills Place did not have enough staff to help its residents. I have been unable to reach someone that can resolve the issue. Update: (Resolution) Jade from Accounts Payable at Enlivant did reach out to me regarding the upaid invoices. She was able to investigate the issue and determine that the payments were made in 2022 but sent to the wrong address. She was very helpful.

When the decision to place our mother in assisted living came, there were many prayers, searches, and visits to facilities. Avista has never disappointed. The rooms are lovely, clean and homey. The safety that Avista has provided each time we visit or leave gives me such peace of her security. Every time I have been able to visit my mom each of the staff know where she is, whether it be doing an activity, at a meal, or at one of the many cozy sitting areas nestled on each floor. They even knew when she was at the end of the third floor hall where a pillowy bench sits under a picturesque window view, having her nails done by one of the staff. There's even a tv room, with a large tv for my mom to watch her beloved Wildcats! I couldn't be more grateful to the Lord for leading us to Avista, or to all who serve there for the exceptional, thoughtful care they have provided. Many blessings and much thanks, Avista!

When it comes to assisted living, I've been around the block. I've seen the worst of the worst and the best of the best. And let me tell you, Avista is one of the best! Management is on point, the building is gorgeous, the food looks phenomenal and don't forget the ammenities!!! The movie and pool room are an amazing addition to this wonderful facility! If you're looking for IL or AL, look no further!

Excellent, clean, and kind are three words that come to mind when I think about Avista and their staff. From the loving care they provide my mother, to the cleanliness of the facility, to the fun activities, and the delicious, healthy food, we couldn't be more thankful we found Avista. It felt like an almost impossible decision to place our mother in assisted living, however, the entire staff at Avista were extremely understanding and welcoming to my mother. It made the transition seamless. The staff as a whole is kind, patient, understanding, thorough in their care, and altogether lovely. The facility is beautiful. My mother's room is large and clean. I am able to visit her almost every day and it's always the same... clean, kind staff, and excellent care. It honestly feels like a gift from God to have found this place.

Kitchen/dining room is lovely as are the dining staff. Residents seem happy and content. I'd give it 5 stars but staff seems overwhelmed and overworked. I see more care safe than other staff and half the time it seems like care staff could be helping other people instead of standing around.

The staff at the Foothills Place are wonderful! They made the transition from Haven house for my father easy and seemless. With the help from Lori, the nursing staff and maintenance they made this stressful situation enjoyable. Thanks to everyone at Foothills Place we are so grateful!

I work in the senior industry. I have years of personal and professional experience. I know the only bad review was from a former employee that couldnt meet the new companies (Enlivant and the new Executive Director) standards and was let go. This was easily traced and this is why you dont want these people working with your loved ones.
