I was over the moon with Tuscany. Beautiful on the outside, so clean. The inside is so warm and welcoming. The staff is like family, the residents were so welcoming. This is top of our list when mom returns back in October. It’s a must see and not to mention how delicious lunch was, activities galore, and plenty of exercise classes including a heated pool.

My mom moved in without visiting, I toured with Tyler, he allowed me to video and take photos. When I brought my mom back, we stayed for lunch and even bingo. My mom moved in 5 weeks later, best decision.

I have family members that work at this facility ( the Guerrero's) and the times i have gone to visit like for the Halloween carnival event and last years Easter event, the environment was so welcoming and the team was wonderful to the residents. Everyone looked like they enjoy living there. My family have truly connected with the residents. You can truly see the care they have for the residents and you can see the residents really care for them aswell. It makes me so proud that they can be there and make a difference for the residents and make the residents family feel comfortable with them staying there. Keep up the amazing compassion and care that you guys do!

I have been a resident at Tuscany at McCormick Ranch for three and one half years. The staff are very pleasant and have accommodated to my every need. The menu items are varied and tasty. The tables in the dining room have cloth table clothes and napkins. A number of physical, mental and entertainment activities are available. Above all I appreciate the friendly and caring residents that make up this small community. The facility is centrally located with groceries, a major hospital, medical offices and restaurants in about a six block radius.

My husband and I have been residents at Tuscany at McCormick Ranch for 3 1/2 years. We have never regretted our decision to leave our home in Fountain Hills and move here. The Greenbelt which we can see from our apartment was a special draw as we are bicyclers and had biked here many times. The small size of the community is very appealing and gives Tuscany a family feeling.

I was very impressed by Tuscany! The community is beautiful- love the colorful landscaping, elegant style, and you can tell the place is well-maintained. There are so many amenities available despite the community being a little smaller, and it’s nice not to have to walk very far to get to different things like the pool, putting green, theater, salon etc. Being right off the green belt is great too for easy access to the walking/biking trail. Beyond all this, what really set my experience apart was the people. The team clearly cares so much about the community, the residents, and each other. The atmosphere is joyful, kind, and positive. As someone who has worked in the industry, I know how important this is. I wish I had known about Tuscany years ago when some of the seniors I worked with were looking into community living options!

My mother lived the last two years of her life at one of the villas at Tuscany at McCormick Ranch and could not have been happier with the community. She found the staff helpful and responsive; enjoyed the residents tremendously; and took advantage of several of the offered programs, including advanced strength, balance, theatre outings and Scrabble. She always felt safe and secure at Tuscany, which provided our family with great comfort. I passed by this building a number of times and always curious what it was. The outside is impeccable and always a good vibe. One morning I decided to stop in. The door was locked, a woman greeted me with a big warm smile. I told her I was just curious, we talked and she explained it was an Independent Living Community and even offered me a cup of coffee. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tuscany at McCormick Ranch with my grandmother, who is considering selling her home of 52 years and I have to say, this was by far the most impressive community we’ve toured. From the moment we arrived, we noticed how well maintained the parking lot was and how inviting the entryway felt. It truly didn’t feel like we were in Arizona anymore more like a scene out of a movie, surrounded by beautiful trees and tucked away in a peaceful, serene setting. Even though the community isn’t gated, there was an undeniable sense of safety and quiet that really stood out. A special thank you to Chef Israel for being so kind and informative, especially when it came to answering our questions about dietary accommodations. It’s clear the team goes above and beyond to make residents feel cared for. We were also blown away by the events calendar so many fun, creative activities that I can absolutely see my grandmother enjoying on a daily basis. The exercise classes were a huge plus as well, since my grandmother enjoys staying active. Melissa, the fitness instructor, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to walk us through all the classes offered and even shared details about her personal training programs, which we really appreciated. And thank you again to Tyler for such a warm and informative tour. You helped us feel right at home. I genuinely hope my grandmother chooses Tuscany at McCormick Ranch as her next home it would be a beautiful, vibrant new chapter.

I flew out from Central New York to visit my brother and was so pleased to see where he was living. First of all my brother was at the airport to greet me and when we arrived at the front desk I was warmly welcomed and then introduced to several residents who were in the lobby. I found that everyone I met knew Bob and were very pleased to meet me and to visit with us. I spent five days with Bob and enjoyed the friendly staff and residents I met while there. We sat with different people at lunch or dinner and enjoyed the conversations as well as the excellent restaurant quality meals. I was also invited to join a team on Trivia night and thoroughly enjoyed myself. It's a friendly well run place to live and both staff and residents were welcoming and very interesting to talk to as they have come from so many different places. I was very impressed with everything I saw and all the lovely people that I met during my visit.

I recently toured Tuscany at McCormick Ranch while looking for a senior living community for my mom, and I was genuinely impressed. The community has a warm, intimate feel”much smaller than many others we visited, which I think would really help my mom feel at home quickly. The staff were friendly, attentive, and seemed to know the residents personally, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The apartments are well-kept, and some even come with garages, which is a nice bonus. The grounds are beautiful”quiet walking paths, shaded patios, and a resort-like vibe. We were also able to sit in on lunch, and the food was excellent. It felt more like a nice restaurant than a dining room. Izzy is the Executive Chef and very kind! There’s a full calendar of activities, from fitness classes to social events, and the residents we met seemed genuinely happy and active. I also appreciated that they offer on-site wellness support and partner with home health providers if more care is needed. Overall, it felt like a place where my mom could enjoy her independence while being part of a close-knit and supportive community. It’s definitely at the top of our list.

I received such a wonderful welcome when I recently visited Tuscany. Before I even reached the entrance, each resident I passed gave me friendly hellos. The staff treated me with warmth and kindness, and the tour was informative and such an enjoyable experience. Everywhere we turned, we were greeted with smiles and welcoming words from staff members and residents. The community is beautiful. It is very elegant. The Executive Director, Teddi, couldn't be lovelier, and we had such an inspiring conversation. I was impressed by the beautiful setting made lovelier still by the clear compassion and dedication of the team.

I moved to Tuscany about three years ago from Tucson Az. My husband and I had planned to move to Scottsdale in the past mainly because we had children here, however his health declined drastically and he died in 2021. We did not do much research initially and were unaware of Tuscany but I think he would have liked it here. After his passing I was not in the frame of mind to do much research on senior living in Scottsdale, and when I did read about Tuscany just the name was intriguing since we had traveled to Italy and loved it and the Tuscany region. When I came here to take a look I was entranced by the charm of the place with all its beautiful trees, grassy area, the pool and of course its proximity to shopping, banking, doctors' and dental offices. I met with the very friendly sales person who showed me around and most particularly a villa that I thought was lovely. As it turned out, it was the one in which I am now living with the trees all around and a great view of the pool, which is kept in pristine condition along with its spa. I have found the staff to be absolutely helpful and ready to do whatever is possible to make living here a secure, positive and interesting place to live. There are many activities that appeal to varying interests such as fitness classes, bridge groups, book club, festivities such as special brunches, wine tasting, celebrations and special menus for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day, and a recognition of individual residents' birthdays. There is transportation for shopping, appointments and a bus for local outings such as happy hour at various restaurants and for special events around town. Tuscany is also located next to an area called The Green Belt, a tree-lined, grassy area with a concrete pathway that stretches for 22 miles where people walk, jog, ride bikes or take their dogs. No car traffic there. Residents here are from many places including from other countries, and many who have traveled extensively and have interesting experiences to relate. Quite honestly, there is something here for everybody: many activities, enjoyable lunches and dining, good friends, a well kept premises and complete security. Staff members check in with residents daily to assure that everyone is doing well.

My husband and I have lived at Tuscany at McCormick Ranch over eight years. It is a perfect location for seniors - lots of doctor/dentist offices nearby, adjacent to the green belt, and many shops and grocery stores in the vicinity. The grounds are beautiful, lots of greenery, a wonderful swimming pool and a putting green. It's a smaller community so I know almost everyone who lives here. Our apartment is cleaned weekly, something I don't have to do any more. Or cook. The food here is good and there are many choices on the menu. Management is very important - and we have the best! And you couldn't ask for better employees. Lots of activities if you want to participate. The residents are very friendly and new people soon feel at home. While her primary focus is on strength and balance, she also does classes on meditation and most recently, mind matters. I personally work with Alyssa two mornings a week one on one. I visited 6 Independent/Assisted Living facilities in my search for an independent living apartment to move into to try to escape my wifes death. Several were really nice but Tuscany at McCormick Ranch was tops. The staff calls the residents by name when they meet them. They are all friendly and most have been with Tuscany for years. The entry is inviting, the facility is clean and the food is great. The residents also are happy, friendly, and quite willing to tell you about Tuscany. Cathy Leonard, who I think makes Tuscany run as well as it does, always looks like she just left a party where she was having a lot of fun. Her smiles come quick and easy and they light up the room she is in. She is there with a helping hand when you need one. Suzy is in charge of the activities and is easy to talk to. The Piano concerts she set up were great. I couldn't believe it when Clare De Lune came out of that piano. My daughter lives in Tucson so I am moving to Yucon. In the chance that the owners (MBK) are partly responsible for Tuscany, I am moving into a MBK facility in Tucson. All my best to Tuscany and the staff.

Tuscany was the only Senior Living Community that my family and mother toured. She expressed to us after our visit that Tuscany was where she wanted to move to when she was ready. We looked no further. Well, ready came a couple years later when our mother finally got tired of the responsibilities of owning a home and was wanting more socialization. Our mother moved into a one-bedroom apartment at Tuscany in March of 2017 and is very happy she made the move (so is her family!). It is comforting to know that our mother is living in a community where she is comfortable, safe and has the support of new friends and staff. Not only does she live in a beautiful apartment with weekly cleaning service (YEAH!) Tuscany has a lovely dining room where she can share a great meal with friends (DOUBLE YEAH!). The only problem is now we never know when we can call and reach her at home!..............is today yoga or trivia club or water aerobics? The wonderful staff and residents at Tuscany made our mother's transition to the community a very pleasant experience. I would highly suggest that if you are looking for a senior living community for yourself or a loved one, you visit Tuscany At McCormick Ranch. You will not be disappointed.

The residents are kind and the staff is incredibly helpful and caring with respect to the move ins at the community. Tuscany is one of the best Senior living places that I have visited! My mother lives there and she loves this place. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming there. I would highly recommend Tuscany at McCormick Ranch to any one looking for a warm, welcoming, safe and fun place for seniors. My parents moved into Tuscany in November 2016 after living in Indiana for most of their lives. They were a bit nervous about the change, but we've had nothing but a great experience since the day they arrived. The staff at Tuscany at McCormick Ranch has gone out of their way to ensure that my parents have had a smooth transition into the community. Throughout the move in process they were there whenever needed to assist and ensure that went well. They introduced my parents to other residents and encouraged them to become involved in various activities where they would meet new people and begin to feel more a part of the community. They also keep an "eye out" to ensure that they are well and happy. Every staff member makes a real effort to call the residents by name and to ask about their needs and desires. Anytime I've had a question or concern they've been quick to respond and are always cheerful and considerate. The residents are also very welcoming and make an effort to ensure that new people feel comfortable. Thank you Tuscany for taking such great care of my parents!

My sister and I was given a tour by Cathy. The facility feels like a beautiful home, warm and friendly. All the residence we met seemed happy and pampered. There are many actives and social groups to keep even the most active engaged.

My mother and father moved to Tuscany at McCormick Ranch a few months ago from a different senior living place. The difference between the first place (which I will not name) and Tuscany is night and day. Tuscany has exceeded my expectations, as well as my parents expectations in EVERY way. The homes and apartments are beautiful, the staff is truly incredible, and the food is like eating at an upscale restaurant everyday. The people working at Tuscany have consistently helped my parents, in more ways than I can count, and always with kindness and true compassion. My parents have a good live at Tuscany...and I have peace of mind knowing that they are happy and well taken care of.

My father moved into Tuscany earlier this year. I cannot even begin to describe how wonderful the community is at Tuscany. EVERYONE we encounter is friendly and helpful. Dad and I were both very tentative about his making the move to a senior community ... life at Tuscany has exceeded both our expectations. Thank you to everyone at Tuscany for helping BOTH my dad and me during his transition. One of the best decisions we ever made!

My mum and I first visited Tuscany at McCormick Ranch 8 years ago when we were in the early stages of looking for a suitable residence for her ... it always stayed uppermost in our minds as the perfect place for her to call home. When she finally decided she was ready to make the move to independent retirement living last year (with all of the great perks), the first place we went to was Tuscany! She went on the waiting list in order to get just the right apartment and it was worth the year's wait. She is thrilled -- as am I. Not only does she love her apartment, but she and I got to know the community in the time we had been waiting, as we made many trips there to attend events and just visit to see what was going on during that time. The staff are always incredibly friendly, genuinely interested and amazingly helpful! Cathy Leonard has been an absolute angel ... we love her and cannot say enough wonderful things about her!! She is the best representative for any retirement community we have ever visited (and we visited many over the years). After seeing over a dozen places for Mum, Tuscany is by far the tops. Now that she has been living there for a month, she has been treated so well, I feel very relieved that she is in great hands and has many of her needs attended to so I can rest easy knowing she is safe and happy. She has made nice friends and there are always fun and interesting activities. We cannot recommend Tuscany at McCormick Ranch high enough. You will not be disappointed. From the moment you walk in and are warmly welcomed, to the fine dining experience, the rich decorations, beautiful grounds, cozy small family feel, and all else, there is everything to love!

Tuscany At McCormick Ranch is such a great senior independent living community with beautiful grounds, location and amenities. This would be a strong choice for me if placing a family member or friend.

Tuscany at McCormick Ranch hosted a meeting in which I had the pleasure of attending. Upon arriving, I found the grounds beautiful, well-maintained, and quiet. Inside was elegant and inviting and I felt as though I was at a resort. The lunch and dessert were absolutely delicious. The staff was welcoming, delightful, and courteous. I also had the pleasure of seeing one of the villas and found it bright, open, and spacious. I liked the floor plan and the full-sized kitchen. Thank you Tuscany at McCormick Ranch, I really renjoyed my experience.

Tuscany is an Independent Senior Living Community, that is in Scottsdale and provides easy access to the Residents living there. The Staff are kind, considerate and caring toward the residents and if you talk with any of wonderful people in Tuscany they genuinely love living there! Tuscany is a beautiful place for Retirement Living and truly makes you feel as close to Tuscany, Italy as you could ever be. The warmth and welcomeness you feel immediately when you walk in the front door. The Staff and the ambience of Tuscany is truely one of a kind Independent living.
