I helped my mother and father move into the springs about two years ago. My father's health was declining rapidly and I cannot express how thankful I am for the staff at the springs helping him navigate the finals months. Once he passed, my mother then had the financial opportunity to move to literally any other assisted living facility, but she refused. She stated that although the springs reminds her of dad all the time and that moving to another place would help with her loss, that she felt like this is the place she wants to call home because everyone is so kind. Staff and residents. Even as you enter the building, the front office staff sets the tone. As the sibling in charge of checking in on the folks, I can honestly say employees like Mary (if you've been to the Springs you know exactly what I'm talking about) welcomes me in the most comforting way that I totally understand why my mom wants to stay here. For those of you navigating Cari g for elderly parents, this place far exceeded my expectations.

I have lived at the Springs since 2022 and I like it a lot. The apartments are large and I have a view of Camelback Mtn. The desserts and soups are outstanding and I always get something I like to eat. The menu is quite flexible. But best of all are the people both residents and staff. They are warm friendly and supportive. The many and varied activities offer give one an opportunity to enjoy everyone. I would wholeheartedly recommend The Springs of Scottsdale.

My parents have lived at the Springs since December of '23. I cant say enough positive things about the staff and facility. From the initial sales process with Teressa to the everyday interactions with the front desk (Mary, Makenna & Britney) to the delicious food served in the all day dining room(Adam-chef, Craig the server). Catherine & Danny and the others in the nursing division are also so caring. The Springs of Scottsdale is exceptional in the Independent & Assisted Living industry! We are so fortunate to have our Mom and Dad at The Springs!

Researched 14-15 senior living facilities over four or five months and settled on The Springs of Scottsdale. Could not have made a better choice. Warm, friendly environment with an excellent and caring staff. Staff members address each and every resident by name and they are all very helpful and eager to please. Food is excellent and dining room and kitchen staff are all willing to make whatever accommodations are necessary to insure residents are happy. Many varied activities available each day - all designed to appeal to everyone. Live entertainment at least once a week. Transportation is available for trips to doctors, supermarkets, banks, post office, museums, restaurants, tours and special events. House keeping staff is constantly cleaning and each apartment is cleaned with linen changes twice a month. The Springs is centrally located in Old Town Scottsdale which makes many restaurants and businesses easily accessible. And a big plus is that Honor Health Osborn Hospital is about three blocks away, along with the San Francisco Giants spring training facility just across the street from the hospital. All in all, we could not be happier and completely satisfied with our good life here at The Springs of Scottsdale.

Overall, the Springs is a very nice place. The staff is friendly and helpful. I just wish that my parents had been given name tags when they first moved in. Now that my dad has passed away, my mom could really use a name tag so other residents would know her name.

I visit a friend living at The Springs a couple of times a week. I have never had a bad experience. Residents and staff are very friendly. Along with my friend I have participated in many of the activities and always enjoyed myself. The facility is well maintained and always very clean. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great vibe! Executive Director very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. She clearly is doing things right because the staff are happy and visibly enjoy being there. My uncle loves living there and the other residents i have come know have nothing but good things to say. Food is great! Heard a great entertainer there singing away too!

Ive lived at the Springs for 15 months and its the place for me. I cant give enough praise to the management and staff as they are friendly, call us all by our name and really seem to care. The dining room is staffed by excellent chefs who are always on the search for excellent receipts and welcome our suggestions. We have a choice of about four apartment floor plans Residents are friendly. Entertainment and planned activities are available. I cannot say enough good things about the Springs of Scottsdale. Its just a great place to spend retirement years.

The Springs of Scottsdale is wonderful. they food is delicious and there are always many many choices in the Dining Hall. the staff is caring and the director is always cheerful and informative. They have a putting green ad a swimming pool, and great exercise room, transportation, and several daily activities to choose from. There is a brand new kitchen and dining hall remodel and they are expecting new furniture very soon. Each resident has a full apartment, with one or two bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and full kitchen. The residents are of a variety of ages. My mother is 99 years old and is thriving at the Springs of Scottsdale.

I visited several assisted living homes with my parents before we went and took a tour of the Springs. There is a real feeling of community here that I didnt get anywhere else. The staff here is incredible. My folks love it, and I visit them on a weekly basis.
