My mother lived at Hayden House for two short months before the Lord called her home. In those two short months we found a new family. The compassionate care my mom received during her final months was beyond anything we had experienced in her four years in assisted living and Memory Care throughout the valley. They probably knew better than we did that she didn't have much time left, yet they treated her as if she would live there forever. So grateful to have found this little gem. Catherin and her husband (owners) were incredibly accommodating and Pam was extraordinary, especially getting us set up with Hospice of the West. She treated mom like she was her own. We are so thankful that we chose the Hayden House family for Mom in early 2023. What a blessing these caregivers and management team are to their clients and to our family and friends. Mom is treated with respect, kindness, caring, and love by all staff and management. With their guidance, we engaged recommended medical providers, who visit Mom in house, eliminating our need for scheduling transportation to doctors and clinics. The House managers Pam Vance, and now Melissa, continue above-and-beyond actions to keep us informed and up to date. We trust them completely, and are confident they ensure Mom is happy, pain free, and comfortable. They regularly send updates in text messages, add photos, and do not hesitate to answer our questions and concerns, whether by phone or text. When Mom was away in rehab last year, the staff and Sunrise Care Homes owner, Lida Cubillos, called often to express concern, and to share they missed her and looked forward to her recovery and return. They encourage my aunt (and any family) who cannot visit to make FaceTime calls to the manager's phone. We highly recommend Hayden House and Sunrise care homes! Thank you for everything you do!!

Sunrise Care Homes *Hayden* provides amazing care! My grandma has been there for over a year now and we have been very pleased with them. The staff is wonderful and they treat everyone there like family. In addition, they provide excellent meals and activities and are exceptionally clean. We highly recommend them!

The staff at Sunrise Care Homes Hayden provide not only excellent care services to their clients but do so in a caring manner. My wife has been in their care for the last 11 months and she has received the best professional care possible. Housekeeping in the facility is impeccable. The staff is attentive to the needs of their residents. I don't think I could have found a better care facility.

I am Debra Lovoy and I'm so pleased with Sunrise Care Home on Hayden. My Mother is well cared for by the caring staff managed by Pam Vance. Pam has been a constant source of comfort and communication...Photos, updates and phone calls on Whats App! This means the world to us because our family is separated by many miles. Mom has been there over two years and the care has been consistent. I recommend Sunrise on Hayden.

Sunrise has been such a fantastic experience for my family and I during one of the more difficult moments in our lives. I'm so thankful for the service and care my family receives. Pam is such a huge help and always goes above and beyond. Even when Covid restrictions have halted our in person visits she still makes sure to FaceTime us to get our personal time in. I am a Hospice Social Worker and would highly recommend Sunrise Care Homes. I have gotten know know a Group Home Manager Pam well. Management is kind and attentive, and the homes are kept clean and neat. There are many group home options in the valley, but Sunrise Care Homes stand well above others!

Sunrise care homes *hayden* has been absolutely wonderful for our family. My grandma is a current resident and the staff has always been phenomenal. I have worked in the medical field for years and been in various assisted living homes and this one is by far the most friendly, welcoming, and caring place I've ever been to. They truly treat their residents like family.
