I have been working for ACOYA TROON for the past 18 months. This community is like my second home because it is an environment where I get to love and serve residents with a heart of care and compassion. Working at ACOYA TROON gives me the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents by meeting their personal interests and needs; physically, emotionally, spiritually, environmentally, vocationally, nutritionally, with health services which gives residents added purpose in all these dimensions of wellness while enhancing their quality of life. I take great pride in being at ACOYA TROON and love what I do knowing that the residents appreciate my time and involvement in their daily lives. Thank you ACOYA TROON for the privilege of serving such wonderful residents. My life has been richer as a result.

Excellent senior housing facility located in Troon area. Excellent finishes and amazing views all around with very friendly staff and amazing service. Would recommend.

The only thing stunning about this place is the views. Although the facility is nice senior resident do not enjoy the amenities. Such as pool, gym etc. Residents are really friendly, except when the kitchen disappoints. THE KITCHEN ALWAYS DISAPPOINTS & it’s probably the most used amenity. most are independent but all are awesome. As for the staff it’s hard to say they seem really dysfunctional. The General Manger Krista doesn’t know how to hold order at this facility I seen it with my own to eyes she acts as if she doesn’t care. But good luck & put your coins to good use

I have loved working for ACOYA Troon over the past 10 months. I have worked in the industry for over 10 years, and I have never worked for a company that treats its employees with such dignity and respect. And, I must say my blood pressure lowers every time I drive up to this community. The surrounding views are breathtaking, and are the perfect backdrop to such a vibrant and innovative retirement community.
