Reviews House of Dignity Assisted Living
February 2024
this facility is run by [name removed] and [name removed], and many more. the facility named in this review is below. I would not recommend any of their facilities to anyone. I would not recommend this facility to anyone (35750 N Belgian Blue Ct, San Tan Valley, AZ). The care was not worth the monthly rent paid. my mother was not cared for correctly. Everyone was very nice when you're in the facility. Mom complained and did not want to be there. All they gave her to eat on a daily basis was water, pancakes/waffles, cookies, crackers. She was not turned every 3 hours, so she had bed sores with the skin torn. then, the facility was shut down by the Adult Protective Services in December 2023 and a case is open/filed. [name removed] has not returned the rent paid to her via Zelle.

This assisted living center, a commercial business enterprise, is using our neighbor for a parking lot. As many as three vehicles at a time have been parked in front of our home. These vehicles come and go all times of the day and night. They present a traffic, parking and safety nuisance. It is a detriment to our neighborhood and a hit on property values. If this is not rectified immediately I will proceed through the HOA, business licensing and if necessary legal proceedings. I am not against the facility, but I don’t think our neighborhood should be used by a commercial business as a parking facility.

Gloria and David do a fantastic job providing care to their residents. I assist them with compliance requirements and am always delighted at how well they perform during their mock surveys.

I love them. I am very happy with it. The communication with me is very good, and they keep me informed. They take good care of her, and the food looks good and is appealing, when I have seen it.
