I love it here with my wife Lisa The people are nice , love all The care takers Richard ! The cleaning people do a super Job of cleaning there are super Great people also Evelyn and Jessica they great In the activity room and they are great people also!!! Also Richard the transportation guy is wonderful at his job. He's so helpful and kind. Debi the care does a great job Richard and Lisa !

Took awesome care of my Aunt who was able to come home today. She just lived Serena a Nurse & Jazmin in Social service. Numerous other staff was very helpful but we she could remember all the names

I lived here for two years and moved away to another state. When I came back to Az I moved back in here. I really like the people who work here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I like the Director Cheyenne he's very helpful and caring. He's always here to help when needed.It's a good location.

I count myself very fortunate to live at Boulder Gardens Assisted Living Center. I am so happy here. The setting is beautiful. Boulders on one side, and gardens and fish ponds on the other. Occasionally we see mule deer, coyotes, and squirrels on the boulders. The staff are wonderful, friendly and efficient, one can see they really enjoy their work and support each other. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The caregivers do just that and do it very well. The maintenance staff are extra helpful. One can request anything and they will do it, fix it, buy it or make it. The kitchen staff are kind, helpful, very patient, and most important are good cooks. The day's menus are posted and there are always alternatives. If you wish to eat in your room they will give you your meal to go. Snacks are available. Vending machines satisfy your candy craving's. The cooks are baking experts and there is always cake or fruit. Our activities director keeps us busy if we wish. The activities are many and varied, one can always find something that appeals. We are able to make suggestions for an activity. There are outings including shopping and others if you chose to go. The accommodations are very livable. In every room each person, usually two per room, has a fridge, a microwave, vanity and ample cupboards and drawers. Bathrooms in every room are well equipped. Housekeeping staff are wonderful. Everything is clean and fresh, and washing is done weekly. Of course not everyone is happy all the time. People grouse about everything. Food, activities, and the staff, but mostly, from what I see about their roommate. But as Winston Churchill once said "you can please all of the people some of the time, and some of the people all of the time, but you cannot please all of the people all of the time."

My brother, 71, arrived at Boulder Gardens from California, after having lived much of his adult life in group homes, independent living facilities, a few closed facilities in his earlier years. At this time of his life, Boulder Gardens was the right, caring place for his home, when we moved him back to his hometown of Prescott. Well treated, well cared-for, well-watched to make sure he was safe, he felt at home with the care-givers and activity planners, loved his walks, and was happy with his apartment with shelves and cupboards for so many of his beloved music and writings and art. But most importantly, he was individually attended to...with no more than 40 or so patients , they all knew him, his needs, his quirks and his small joys. Most importantly, when he did run into trouble because of an oncoming dementia, the new manager, Cheyenne, was all about keeping him safe and me posted, along with Kathy, Susan and the other warm care-givers. Cheyenne turned out to be a great listener, a dutiful problem-solver, and made a huge and continual effort to work with me to get him enrolled in the state programs that have made such a difference to me and our whole family. He was there for us to make his stay at Boulder Gardens a space for a stable, needed Home while he was undergoing some changes in his life. Cheyenne was direct, and honest, and, in the end, when we knew that his new needs dictated him go to a facility with memory care, he was there to help make it easy for us in the family to get him moved to a good place that could handle those needs. For those of us who care for our loved ones and worry about them, Boulder Gardens offers a homey, relaxed assisted living for the right individuals in need of help, but also, some well-defined independence to help these folks there feel they are living a natural, comfortable life.

I have resided at Boulder Gardens for the last few years due to health issues. Since I have been here it has been a wonderful experience. Anytime I need anything all I need to do is contact a staff member. They are more then happy to help. Our activity department provides adequate activities to keep everyone busy and happy. What a joy it is in the morning to open up your windows to see deer, hear the birds, and see other wildlife. Flowers, grass, and a fish pond make for a relaxing patio. In the patio resides tables that you can eat at and enjoy the area. The management is available when you need help. Last but not least is our wonderful kitchen. They are more then helpful in everyway to accommodate, suggest, and willing to professionally serve in a timely manner. The staff is always happy to help you and very willing to help with any problem that may occur.

We found this community for my friend and it's been a blessing. She is 100% better now that she is there. They take really good care of her making sure she gets her medicine and they bathe her. She loves the food and and the people are so kind to her. There are daily activities that she is starting to enjoy. The price is right too. I would recommend this place and I have.
