I have had the privilege of seeing the love and dedication that goes into caring for the residents at Rose Court in Phoenix. One person who truly stands out is Angela. She is passionate, hardworking, and genuinely caring. She treats every resident with kindness, compassion, and respect, making them feel valued and at home. Angela goes above and beyond every day to ensure the residents are not only well cared for but also feel loved and supported. Her commitment, patience, and warm heart create a positive environment that families can appreciate and trust. It's clear that caring for others isn't just Angela's job it's her calling. I have lived here for a few months now and at first I expected something different . I came from another assisted living facility which was run badly. This place was nice. Clean the rooms were smaller but I had a porch and more privacy. I wasn't happy with the dining hall because I have a special diet and the manager won't listen to concerns but I'm sure that may change. Things have started to show improvement so I'll hang in there and hopefully the few things that need to be worked out get improved such as more staff and a full time nurse on staff days and night.

After living in different crapholes,assisted living, I truly found my happy place here. The staff is wonderful, no problem attending to my needs. The residents make it even better, very diverse, yet everyone gets along perfectly. Ginger by far is my favorite, she handles any problems that may arise, this is my last place I'm living at because I have no reason to want to leave. Very awesome place to live. Add an extra 5 stars if you ask me.

Those people there are friendly. As I am currently doing a load of laundry, the employees here are very accommodating to my needs. I greatly appreciate their kindness and grace!

I recently moved here and at first didn't know what to expect and was a bit scared. After arriving that fear quickly disappeared. I was greeted as soon as I got to the door by ginger who cheerfulness made me feel at ease. My very first hour I was able to meet all the caregivers who are very attentive and Comforting. Annie made me feel like family and took any fears I had away. The food is excellent andhas a wide verity. My room was spacious and the facility is well kept. Dorian the director is very kind and is always around in case you have questions. All the staff here is wonderful and Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The kindness and compassion I've seen these people show to there memory care residents should be rewarded with Oscars! I would definitely trust my parents care here anytime. Thank you rose court, you guys honestly make life better.

Rose court is a beautiful place. The staff are all very friendly and keep the place clean and the residents seem very happy. The food is delicious and the new management are wonderful with years of successful experience. I would recommend rose court to anyone and would definitely place a loved one here.

I have read all the reviews, and I see that the reviews from 3 years ago were great. But the ones that are current from a month ago are awful. My Mom lives there and hasn't had a shower in a days. She would like a shower. This is awful. And she says the place is dirty the floors are gross and they ignore people there. I will be calling the Ombudsman. And reporting you.

This place is an older building, but the care is unbelievable. They’re doing renovations slowly. Their caregivers are some of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met and they truly care about us residents.

I love this place the workers are great and especially the residents here they are amazing! The management here is always working on improving to make things better regardless of the issue. Your opinion matters, the culture here is plentiful, everyone cares for one another and help each other out daily. This whole place functions because of the great team that is in place.
