Over the last few years Park Terrace has been very important to my husband, Jerry Foster, and me. It was the perfect place to meet all of our needs. The apartment was spacious enough for special helicopter displays 🙂 and personal needs. Jerry loved the beauty of the grounds and the lovely common interior. But what he loved most of all was the staff. They were like family to both of us. They showed us love and met every expectation and concern we had. Jerry passed away in March...but Park Terrace will always remain in my heart.

I've worked here a few weeks now as a server in the kitchens! I love it here, everyone's so nice! All the residents are so kind, funny, and interesting! The staff engagement is great and the place really just feels like a great big family. I couldn't ask for a better opportunity to be goofy, happy, and helpful! Love my job! Autumn

Park Terrace staff have been diligent in keeping us safe during the COVID Pandemic, the grounds looking especially beautiful this winter, along with the Lobby. Only 4 stars the food needs work

This is Marlene writing this for me and Roy. We have lived here at the Terraces soon to be a year. Generally speaking we have found the surroundings (residents and staff) offering an ambience of family ; thereby, we feel very much that this is home One very different trait which we have found to be very evident here at Park Terrace is the friendliness and caring attitude of the Owners of the property. We have experienced many additions to this facility since we have been here; i.e. new laundry facilities including public laundry rooms on each floor in each building. Other places may offer laundry services for additional coin fees. That adds up over time. Our laundry services inside our units and in the laundry rooms are included in our contracts. The Activity Director is very accommodating in that she works very hard to honor any and all requests or suggestions for Activities. All services we receive are with a caring attitude by the staff.

Resort style living. Lavish landscaping throughout the property and well maintained. Helpful and friendly genuine staff that go out of their way to fulfill residents needs without being asked. Great daily activities and beautiful residents.

I am now living my dream! At 82 my bucket list was completed. Id done it all: marry, had 2 children, travelled the world, published a novel with Random House. But there was one thing not on my bucket list because I never thought it could happen. Over the years I would tell my family and friends that if I had enough money, I would live in a hotel. I thought that was a far-away dream, never to be accomplished. But lo and behold, less than 2 miles from where I lived, The Embassy Suites became Park Terrace Senior Living. I walked into the lobby and said to myself, This is it. I moved in the end of February and all I can do is humbly thank the person who turned this beautiful hotel into a senior living experience. I was one of the first to move into Park Terrace (independent living) February 2017 and I love it here. Cant imagine living anywhere else. Everyone is kind and caring. They are careful not to let my cat out when they enter the apartment. More and more activities are being added. The food is good and plentiful. The owner is a real, live person (not a large corporation you never see) who is friendly and visits often. What more could you ask for?

I live here and truly like it. I Can have the privacy of my apartment or join in any of the ongoing activities. I have a cat who is and indoor cat. Close to shopping services with a schedule for the trips if you dont drive or cant drive. Everyone is very nice whether a resident or a staff member. It is great independent living but does have some assisted living also.

We toured Park Terrace today, and were hosted to a free corned beef and cabbage lunch. What started as simple curiosity has evolved to we might just be interested in looking into this place in a few more months.
