Mountain Park is such a beautiful place. My mother has Alzheimers but she always had a beatiful home and aesthetics were always important to her and still are, luckily Mountain Park is a beautiful environment, and Mom notices. The staff is awesome! So welcoming and friendly. Always greeted with a smile. Mom, like most, was very hesitant to leave her home but she comments on nearly every visit how friendly people are and how beatiful the surroundings are. Shout out to all the wonderful people who work there and make my mom feel welcome and safe.

I found Mountain Park to be a very friendly place. Staff and residents have a good relationship. It was clean. The rooms I saw were nice sized. It is in a great location with shopping near by and close to major freeways. The activities were plentiful and a good variety. This is at the top of my list right now.

We moved my mother in law about 5 months ago from another state to be closer to us but retain her independence. She has a beautiful small apartment with a balcony. The staff are so friendly and helpful. She is on the independent living side but there is an assisted living wing and memory care wing as well. There is a hair salon on site and a physical therapist. The place has plenty activities that she participates such as weekly painting class, bingo, exercise classes, games, movie nights and various activities. They have a shuttle that takes residents to supermarkets, stores and outings. She is adjusting well and we are so happy to have her close by.

I was so relieved when I found Mountain Park Senior Living. I hadn't looked at other places, this was the first stop and I immediately knew "this is it." We recently relocated our (91+ yo) Mom back to AZ. Brenda, Mackenzie, Omar, Mitzi, Inez, Michael...the entire staff have been so helpful to not only myself getting everything ready for her arrival, but making for a smooth transition. To top it off, the apartment is absolutely gorgeous with a view of South Mountain. Everything is clean. Mom (Barb) fits right in, she says the food is great, and everyone there is very helpful and accommodating. My family could not be happier nor more grateful to everyone at Mountain Park Senior Living for furnishing a nice and safe place for our Mom.

My mom loves this place. They provide activities every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 3 meals a day. The pool is a plus also. They also provide transportation to stores

We moved our 90 year old widowed mother from out-of-state to be closer to us. She had a lot of trepidation about re-locating away from her home town but has been very pleased with her new home. She comments several times a day about how friendly the staff and the residents are. There are many outstanding activities and amenities to suit the interests of residents. The staff has been very accommodating about working with some of her established habits and the chef & dining staff met with us to figure out good ways to address her dietary restrictions. The setting is in a quiet area so she has been sleeping very well. Mountain Park Senior Living is a very well cared for and a very clean home for the residents and we have felt that the care provided in assisted living has been a good value. Our mom is content and happy and that is always the best testimonial of all!

The transition from rehab (following a fall and broken femur) to a placement at Mountain Park could not have been easier. The staff welcomed us, outlined the basic flow of the facility and we were settled in no time. Everyone from the executive director on down provided support and guidance in our first days and weeks. They were always available.

Mountain Park is incredible! If you're looking for the perfect place this is truly it! The staff is amazing, the culture of the community is friendly and like a big family. Everyone who lives and works there really wants to be there. My mother has recently moved in to the independent living and it felt like home immediately. I would like to preface my review by saying Mountain Park has some amazing and very caring employees and residents. Unfortunately, like many businesses today, they are understaffed and it is apparent in the maintenance of the facility as well as the food quality and selection. Therefore, they really are not able to provide the level of service presented during the sales tour. My husband and I were residents at Mountain Park from May 2021 until he passed away in early January of 2022. After he passed, I moved to a nearby group home. Per the rental agreement, Mountain Park requires payment for 30 days following notification. During that time, my son and daughter-in-law were periodically moving our belongings out of the apartment. With 8 days left in our rental period, Mountain Park entered the apartment without notification or my permission and repainted it in preparation for the next renters. This was done while I still had personal property in the apartment. The next time my son and daughter-in-law arrived at the apartment, they found it was left unlocked. Although, Mountain Park management was very apologetic and admitted that what they did was wrong, my request for reimbursement based on the time they had entered and started working on the apartment was declined. Mountain Park’s management’s conduct reinforces the reality that maximized profit is Spectrum’s primary objective.

My Mother is a resident for the past 7 months. She is in the independent living part on the 3rd floor. I was very nervous in the beginning because this is her first stay out of her house. It did not take long to see she is in a wonderful place. The facilities are wonderful and the staff is super friendly

I went to the Mountain Park facility in a fact finding mission for my mom. I arrived with the preconceived idea that a place like this would be an absolute last resort for my mom. After my visit, I came away feeling this could not only work, but be a great benefit to moms psych because of the activities, chances for social interaction as well as a place to meet her physical needs when she is no longer able to live on her own. What a great facility! If mom’s time comes where she is no longer independent at her condo, the Mountain Park facility will be my first call.

We would have chosen Mountain Park except there were no one bedrooms available. Brenda has been excellent throughout the process. She introduced us to Nurse Terri which was very positive and informative. We ended up chosing another Spectrum property, Enclave.

What's not to like about Mountain Park Senior Living? Provide the sense of love and security for my mother and extend it to all of her family members. Plenty of activities, including games, trips and music along with celebrations galore. Great staff! Mom passed away this year 2020; I’m still very appreciative of what this place did to make her last years respectable and fun even though the current pandemic. I’ll always appreciate what this staff meant to mom and her family, all of them are fantastic!

As we were looking for a living space for my Mom friends told us about their delight in their living arrangement at Mountain Park. Brenda was awesome as she gave us a tour and introduced us to some of the residents. She made my Mom feel welcomed and was very patient as she showed us the facility and described all they had to offer. Mountain Park exceeded my expectations. It is very well maintained, great attention to details throughout the building and a very caring attentive staff. My Mom went from being hesitant to commit to excited about moving into her new place. I have no doubt she will enjoy being at Mountain Park.

We found the perfect place Mom! After touring other Senior Living facilities in the valley, we decided on Mountain Park. After meeting with Brenda, we knew we found a home for Mom. Mountain Park is a perfect fit for my mom, who moved here from Florida after Hurricane Irma. The facility is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly! She loves everything from her studio apartment to the activities. It's amazing how she has transformed from being depressed to a very happy and active Senior! My mom absolutely loves living here. Thank you Mountain Park! Review update July 2019: Mountain Park is still a wonderful place for mom, but I have to lower my rating to 4 stars because of the food. Corporate needs to stop making cutbacks to the dining. The activities have also suffered after losing David (the former driver) to Generations. I suggest testing the food before making your final decision.

My dad lives there and he is happy and the people there, the people who live there, seem to be pretty happy. I think everybody's complaint is always the same, they wish the food was better. The brochure says that they have a chef on staff, I wish he would work in the kitchen more often

We looked at several facilities before choosing Mt. Park Sr. Living and we were so happy with our selection. The staff is just unbelievable. They were so nice to my mother (as well as all the other residents) in every way. It was nice that we were able to enjoy the facilities as a family. For example, we had our family birthday parties in the beautiful upstairs kitchen, dining area and outside deck that we were able to reserve for celebrations. We were able to enjoy having dinner with our mother and her friends and it was nice to have a selection from the menu. Mt. Park is very well-maintained and it has the look of a really nice hotel, with beautiful hallways, libraries, computer facilities, weight room and more. The place is great and I would highly recommend it.

When our Mother decided she would like to move to a Senior Retirement Community, my husband and I took her to seven different places to evaluate, before going to Mountain Park. When she toured Mountain Park Senior Living she loved it. The staff greeted her warmly, the facility was bright and clean, the apartments were just the right size and she found active people her own age that she could do things with. After living there a few months, we noticed she was happier, her health improved, and glow returned to her face. The staff is wonderful with all the activities they plan and how they interact with all the residents. When she leaves for family functions, she always tells everyone how enjoyable it is at Mountain Park, she absolutely loves it there. She maintains her independence, self esteem and enjoys her friendships that she has made. We highly recommend Mountain Park.
