My sister and I inquired about assisted living on the website and Steve Martin was quick to respond to us. We met up with him at Morningstar to look at apartments for our parents who live out of state. Dad is sick of California and our mother needs more help with day to day things. Steve seemed more interested in listening to what we had to say and learning more about our parents, which was very refreshing. He helped us narrow it down to two apartment rooms and then we had our parents choose which one they liked. Steve even emailed videos of both apartments to our parents so they had a better idea of what they looked like. Mom and dad made their choice and made the move! Morningstar was a little more money than some of the group homes and other places we went to, but it has been worth every penny. Thank you Steve!

My Aunt and Uncle recently moved here from out of state. I was impressed with the staff, food, activities and wonderful ammenities they offer. I was lucky enough to meet the executive director that put my mind at ease knowing that they will be safe and healthy. I would highly recommend checking this community out.

My sister and I came to tour MorningStar for our parents and the staff was wonderful, we were very impressed with the professionalism with the sales and marketing team because they took the time to understand and get to know my parents. We are not being rushed into moving in and made my parents feel like this would be there home. My parents are very excited to move in and to create new memories. A big thank you to the executive director for taking time to speak to my parents and making it known that she is available for any questions or concerns they may have.

Savannah was extremely helpful in what is an often difficult process. She and her team went above and beyond what we expected and added personalized touches to our tour that made all the difference for my family and I, and helped us feel that Morning Star would be a great fit for my Grandmother.

MorningStar at Arcadia is a wonderful Assisted Living and Memory Care community in the Arcadia neighborhood. The building is fairly new (only open for 5 years), so the physical premises are beautiful. When one enters the building the team members and people who work there are so kind and willing to help, which is just the icing on the cake!

My Mom had a stroke a year ago and we tried to take care of her 24, 7. After a couple months of taking care of my Moms needs; it started to put stress on my fiancé and I financially and emotionally. We knew we had to look into assisted living care. Then you start to think of all the horrible stories youve heard over the years about elderly abuse on the news and in the papers about elderly care.... When I walked into Morning Star @ Arcadia I was greeted right away by the nicest staff member Ann and felt at ease. She introduced me to the Community Relations Associates Mindy & Ashley who are extremely nice, polite, knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions and made me feel welcomed and at home. Then one of the ladies took me on a tour of the facility, showed me the rooms and introduced me to the rest of the staff members, care givers. Then all those things Ive heard or read over the years about elderly abuse in care homes just went away. I knew my Mom would be treated well and taken care of and would enjoy living there. Its been a year now and I visit my mother every week and she cant wait to tell me about what activities she did that day, week or about the new friends she made or what events are coming up. Morning Star has activities and outings planned for the residents and family members for every day, week and month. They also have a Movie Theater, Beauty Salon, Gym, Library, Snack Bar and so much more. Best of all is how helpful and nice the Staff, Employees are there and how they make you feel like you and your loved one are part of big family. Thank You Morning Star..... M.D.

I currently work at Morningstar Arcadia, I enjoy working here the staff are all very helpful and loving towards the residents, families and each other. The community is beautiful with great amenities. The leadership in the community are very loving and have a strong background in the geriatric community and relate to our senior population very well. The staff at Morningstar Arcadia care for our residents as if they were our own families. This is a great please to work, a great place to house your loved one and a great place overall.
