You can choose from any one of the private or semi-private rooms offered at here. All residents have access to all of our common areas as well as our landscaped grounds. Our 24 hours staff is some of the best in Phoenix, they're always available when needed. We are determined to help every senior resident thrive. Holiday Madison Meadows meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

I need to move here because at Imperial Senior Suites my apartment had a home invasion while I was sleeping last October 2020 and Jill, Kim, and Lisa refuse to fix my door now it is May 11 2021

My 90-year old dad is a resident here, and we (his children) are all scattered elsewhere across the country. To the extent that he currently lives far away from any of us, we are so happy that hes at Madison Meadows. The residents units are comfortable enough, the resident life activities and available support services are great, and the friendliness of the community and the staff is outstanding. These photos are from my dads recent 90th birthday, and include a card with well wishes from his many MM friends!

The staff is so caring and tolerant. My father in law has a traumatic brain injury and sometimes can be very rude and insensitive the management is both understanding and so kind. Glad my family is here!

Weve been here since Dec 2017. Staff is very good. The food is usually pretty good but more variety would help. Its a great place for those who need a safe environment and help available during the day. As caregiver to my life partner, it was a great choice for us. Large bathrooms are handicapped accessible. It would be better if they had higher toilets though. I also wish it was a non-smoking property so I dont have 2nd hand smoke coming in when windows open in nice weather. Overall, its a good place.

It used to be a very good retirement home, but after my grandma moved in, we saw a different side of it. It is still a nice place to live, although some of the food is not as good as it used to be. Also its very expensive to live here, even though its not worth the quality.

This is a great place. The price is extremely reasonable, with apartments and services comparable to, and in some areas better than, more expensive facilities. The building is older, but updated and maintained. It is single story, and each apartment has a patio. The location is convenient to a Walgreens and a Safeway, in safe North Central Phoenix. The Walgreens pharmacy has a standing delivery to the facility, for those who need or want that. It is small enough that the staff knows every resident, but large enough to allow for making friends and going on outings with a group. Included are 3 daily meals, weekly basic maid service including change of sheets (if you use the free linen service), linen service, communal washer and dryer, personal panic button, Cox Cable, and soon, wireless service. There is a Holiday subsidiary present that will provide extras such as laundry, medication set-up and distribution, well-check, and other services that are more in the vein of assisted living. You are also free to bring in the service or health care providers of your choice,Thanks primarily to the example of the caring and highly competant head management team, Carl and Tracy, it is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I am so grateful to Madison Meadows and their superb staff for providing my father a nice and safe place to live.

Living here has been a real treat. Staff has been terrific, food is great, needs are met, and we can be as supported or independent as we choose. Handicap transportation is provided. Activities and outings are scheduled. Im home!
