My mom has been living at Deer Valley for 10 months now. every time I go there to visit she is busy. Always something to do. Happy hour is very fun and she is looking forward to it. every time I emailed the administrator she emailed me back right away. Did not matter what time it was. I am very impressed and I have to say she exceeded my expectations. Have not seen anyone hands-on like her. Nurse is very sweet, Staff actually care, room is always clean, they have been Covid free , and I am sure it has been very stressful. I never can thank them enough. it was a huge decision for my sister and I and I am so glad we found Deer Valley. My mom is very happy. THANK YOU!

What a beautiful facility and the staff truly cares about the residents. This is a wonderful pet friendly facility that offers a putting green, swimming pool, dog park. I was very impressed with the facility and the staff.

Everyone is super nice and welcoming. The facility is clean and I like the open concept. The activities director is always high energy and the residents are always so happy to be in the activities.

My 83 year old Mother in law has been at this facility for almost 1 year. She is very happy there and the staff has been attentive to any issues or concerns that She/I have had. The staff has been very caring and worked with me on several changes as her needs grew. ED is great ,and thoughtful. She is a great communicator. Management has been more than willing to provide accommodations to ensure she has the best possible care. I am very grateful to have found this facility for his home.

This is a great facility, they have a beautiful property. You can tell the food is made with great care and nicely plated for the residents, they even serve family that comes to visit. The staff is always so friendly and caring towards the residents.

I looked at several assisted living facilities in Phoenix and ultimately picked Deer Valley Senior Living as the community for my mom. The staff here are fantastic, they were very friendly and patient and the move in process was very simple. The food is top notch and my mom loves all the daily activities. Trusting the care of a loved one to strangers can be difficult but I have so far been very impressed with the level of care and dont hesitate to recommend this community to anyone needing assisted living care.

I was very impressed with Deer Valley Senior Living while my husband was a resident there. The facility was always clean, they took very good care of my husband, and he always had something Nice to say about the people working there. Recently my husband passed away, and the new director Harold Bermudez, made a very difficult time for our family bearable. Mr. Bermúdez went out of his way to help us anyway that he could. Finding alternative living for our loved one can be stressful enough but doubly so when Covid-19 was in full swing. The staff of DVSL couldnt have been more accommodating, patient and honest with our family as we began the journey of finding our dear Dad new living arrangements. From the informative phone calls, caring texts and virtual tours, we knew this was the place for Dad. The staff assisted us from financial, to medical to move in day. Everything went more smoothly than any of us couldve imagined. Our dad is happy, making new friends and telling great stories. We are confident he receives the best personal and medical care. The staff has gone above and beyond to make this difficult transition an easy one. Thanks to all who dedicate their lives to care for our elderly. Angels for sure!

Love this place! its so beautiful and brand new! Even though it an assisted living it doesnt feel that way. Feels more like an indenpendent living but where you can get care. The employees are so welcoming and the chef is AMAZING! He goes all out on the food. Its so nice to see a place that really cares about the residents.

Exceptionally CARING STAFF in a facility that FEELS LIKE HOME with Chef prepared meals. Full of fun activities, comfort and relaxation. All at an AFFORDABLE PRICE. A unique facility as compared to others in Phoenix and we checked most of them out. No others came close to what Deer Valley Senior Living has to offer. My father was a resident. Extremely happy and comfortable.
