Im a hair stylist with HBP & I work on Tues in the Desert Ridge Brookdale location Salon.Been at this location since beginning of August 2019 & think that it is a wonderful assisted living community where all the staff are doing an awesome job of making sure a residents are well cared for & happy. Kudos to all who give 110%.

Brookdale has provided my Mother with the most excellent care. Under the professional guidance and direction of Cindy Borski, Cindy Freeman, and Cole Williams, I am greatly impressed with the staff, nurses and caregivers keeping my Mother alive. My Mother has surpassed her life expectancy diagnosed by her doctors. The management and staff in theAlzheimers and Dimensia wing, treat my Mother like their very own. I can not express in words how truly grateful I am to everyone at Brookdale. When I am out of town, I no longer have to worry about my Mothers care, it is a huge relief to me. Thank you Brookdale !!!

I spoke with Cindy a couple of weeks ago about the prospect of placing my mother there. She was warm caring and had lots of information so I set up a tour. Everyone I met that day seemed to love being a part of the community whether it being staff or resident. It was then that I knew it was for mom. She took a tour herself and had the same feeling. Mom moved in on 3, 28 & though nervous & afraid they found a way to comfort her. This place is a God send from the moment I made the call.

Beautiful community! I played piano for the residents who were very sweet. I had some great conversations with them. The staff were friendly.

I work at Brookdale Desert Ridge. We are currently under construction and renovation and some days are very busy, but its looking great! The residents living here are wonderful! We have a crowd that faithfully play bingo, we have a blackjack group, a book club, a gardening club is in the works and most recently a request for a sewing, knitting, crochet group as well. Our activities are based on what our residents want to do. They go on frequent outings such as restaurants, plays, and shopping trips. The staff are friendly and have a focus on safety and customer service. Any issues that may arrise we address quickly. Our caregivers are certified with Arizona State and our nurses have varying shifts for good coverage. Each employee has a heart for our residents and the senior population, and we enjoy creating a fun environment. If you are interested in Assisted Living for yourself or a loved one, you are welcome to come on in.

My mother has thrived since Brookdale took over this facility. Everyone who is employed in this building has strived to work hard and always shows respect to the residents and to there families. Iam so happy and so is my mother.

I really need to speak about my experience with Emeritus at Phoenix. I live in Chicago and my mother lives in Phoenix at Emeritus, and has been there for several years now. It was very hard when my Mom got to the point where she could not live on her own and had to have some assistance to be safe, and enjoy quality of life. I looked at many different places. I wanted the best for her and I needed to feel good about her new home, I have to say... I was feeling a bit frustrated. And then I walked into Emeritus at Phoenix. I was blown away by what I saw and felt. A place that was clean and comfortable....friendly. Everything I saw from the rooms, meals, activities, assistance and care, put me more at ease. The more I saw, the more I liked. And it seems they are always striving to get better. And then I met and got to know all the great people that would be there to help my Mom. I cannot express the my feelings enough about that experience. The entire staff is top notch, competent, friendly and willing to help in any way to assist my Mom and myself, and in doing so, I now consider them a part of my family. The day I had to leave my Mom and go back home was a sad one, but I felt so at peace that my Mom was where she should be. This is the first time I have ever given a review for anything, but I really felt I needed to say something about my experience. I want to thank everyone from Emeritus for taking care of my Mom and keeping her safe and happy. With all my heart...Thank you.
