We have had the BEST experience here so far with my dad and his wife. From the beginning, Alek was attentive and wonderful, answering texts and calls, jumping through hoops to get paperwork signed, ordering what we needed so our parents had everything when they moved in. He worked after hours dealing with us and never hesitated to respond quickly. I knew the minute I walked in and was greeted so warmly that this was going to be the best place for our parents. I cannot say enough good things about Alek and Bethesda Gardens, if I could give them more than five stars I would!

Bethesda Gardens is a charming community for seniors with a caring and competent staff. The Director of Sales and Marketing, Alek could not have been more friendly and professional. He was extremely responsive from our initial meeting to my parents' move-in day. Alek went above and beyond to make sure all of their needs were met. My parents are extremely happy in their new home at Bethesda Gardens.

I was looking for a home for my mother who has recently progressed with her dementia. When I reached out to BG they were nothing short of accommodating and friendly. The staff answered any and all questions and I was able to get Mom into her own room. Since then she was given a room in memory care and working with the staff in memory care has been amazing. I feel like the staff truly care for my mother and she is well taken care of. I feel much more at ease bc and know that the staff are doing everything they can to make Mom comfortable and cared for. I would highly recommend Bethesda gardens.

I provide occupational therapy services at several assisted living facilities in the Phoenix area, and Bethesda Gardens is easily one of my favorites. The facility is clean and has a lot of great outdoor patio space for the residents to enjoy, complete with natural desert scenery. Additionally, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to offer a hand whenever needed. I enjoy every day I get scheduled to work here and will happily keep coming as long as they'll have me.

Bethesda Gardens has been an amazing place for my family. We lost my dad In December and they were so kind and helpful through that difficult process. My mom loves it there and the staff are professional and kind to her! We are very thankful to have found such a wonderful assisted living facility for my mother. We highly recommend Bethesda Gardens!

To begin, I never thought I would need the help of an assisted living. Five years ago, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. Unfortunately, it wasn't my first. I always bounced back, quickly. After two and a half months in the hospital, I was transported to a rehabilitation hospital for another 3 months. I thought I could pick up my life and live on my own. Big mistake! After living in three assisted facilities, I've found my home, here. I haven't let go of the hope for one day living on my own, it keeps me motivated. What makes Bethesda Gardens so special? The staff! Katie, LPN always goes out of her way to make our lives so much easier. Danielle is the same, with her help always comes a bright smile assuring me I'm not asking too much. Sisters Karen and Jennifer from housekeeping are happy and detail oriented. There are two employees who need an extra kudos; Medication Technicians, Gina and Zaheta are very well trained and always come to work with a great attitude. We have gone through many changes recently, all to benefit both residents and staff. Thank You to all of the staff, you're awesome!

My mother was a resident at Bethesda Gardens for two years. The staff at Bethesda helped us with her journey in every way possible. The head nurse Katie advocated for her during her stay in regards to her many health issues and was always available. Having such great communication was key in keeping mom comfortable and well taken care of. Mom was in Bethesda during the pandemic and Bethesda did everything possible to accommodate the needs of the residents and their families. Being greeted by the same warm faces at the front desk always made my day. Hillary, Karlys, and Vikki were always a pleasure to see. Any needs such as maintenance or transportation were met quickly. As mom’s condition worsened it was a relief that Dragana the lead night med tech and floor med techs were checking on her and would call me with any concerns. Bethesda Gardens is assisted living but they went the extra mile in caring for mom and we were blessed that she was able to pass in her apartment at Bethesda with her family at her bedside. Hospice of the Valley was the greatest treasure and they were always there for her. It takes a village to raise a child and it takes a village to care for your aging loved one. My village was Katie and Joy, the ENTIRE staff at Bethesda, Nurse Jodi from Hospice of the Valley, Jenna the Hospice social worker, Kristi her case manager from Mercy Care, all or her med techs and of course my family. My village came to mom, not her to them, and they knew her well and they grieved for her along with us. We wish to thank all of you from the bottom or our hearts.

I was disappointed that although this facility has an assisted living side that graduates to a memory care side, they were lacking in accommodating someone with worsening memory issues. The majority of the staff on the assisted living side were not trained in how to deal with a resident who did not quite need memory care but still needs redirection. Also, their outdoor space was limited because it had a gate that lead out onto the preserve so someone with increasing memory issues could not enjoy the outdoor space.

The wonderful staff at Bethesda Gardens has made a difficult time in our lives much, much better. They treat my Mom like gold and they are always on top of everything. They communicate with me often and keep me in the loop. I feel much better knowing she is in a loving and caring place. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found this place. Its also a beautiful place inside and out.

We had to move my mother in law during the Corona Virus quarantine and the entire team went out of their way to make the move as seamless as possible. They helped set up her room via video, met with us outside to go through each question, and helped set up her Facebook Portal and television. We returned home feeling relieved that our mother is safe in a loving environment.

Dawn Rizzo was incredibly professional, kind, and very focused on helping us find aplace within Bethesda Gardens for my mother. She knew we were under a lot of stress at the time and her efficiency in getting back to us was on Point. I would also like to give a shout out to Joy the Head nurse. Our experience with Bethesda has been fabulous! My dad is a young stroke survivor who needs a safe and positive place to live. We found this amazing facility and were so happy when a room opened up for him. We have been so pleased with the staff, the intake process, and the overall atmosphere. He stays very busy and he enjoys the residents and the staff. He especially enjoys the gorgeous views from the verandas as well as the close proximity to the church. Awesome residents and friendly staff! My company provides a weekly fitness class for their residents, and all of the wonderful participants are always smiling and upbeat. The Activities Director Linda and other staff have always been welcoming and helpful also. Facilities are very nice. Keep up the great work!

My mother lived in the memory care unit for 7 months before she passed. I spent a lot of time visiting her and had the chance to observe the staff several hours a week. I can not say enough kind things about how we were treated and the care my mother received. I was so impressed that they were proactive. One time a staff member found a class ring on the floor and called to see if it belonged to my mom. I always found my mother, and all the residents, well cared for and treated so respectfully. We were blessed to have found them.

Beautiful resort like entry. Wide hallways and abundant lounge areas with an apartment style give it a very relaxed feel.

The staff here are all wonderful as are the other residents. I would highly recommend the place. At Bethesda the grounds are beautiful. Right outside my window or out on my balcony I can sit and watch the birds fly into a tree and eat some kind of pod. The rooms are very lovely too.
