We refured to Orchard Pointe at Terrazza as the resort. My Mom's appartment had a desert view and was able to enjoy the sun sets. The food is outstanding! I can't say enough good things about the staff there! They are just wounderful people. From the care that my Mom got, to the suppot that they provided to me. This is a great place. Every day with my beautiful mom in your care, is yet one less day I need to worry about her wellbeing! When life piles up on you, I can’t sing their praises enough. Yesterday I was going to highly recommend; today, a milllion stars! It keeps getting better and better! So many services available. Their staff and their in house nursing care it stellar. My two aunts moved here last year into assisted living. I visited many communities before deciding on Orchard Pointe at Terrazza and I’m so happy to have found them. It is reasonably priced compared to other communities, but the staff and sense of community is far superior. The wait staff know my aunts names and know their favorite meals. The games and activities are especially great and staff is intentional about including everyone and creating a fun and inviting environment. I can count on staff to alert me when one or both of my aunts seem to be withdrawing or unwell and they are responsive to my communications when I’m traveling or am unable to stop by, physically, for whatever reason. Although they remain in assisted living currently, I chose the community after my toe of the memory care wing. I’ve found memory care facilities to be so disturbing. The memory care at OPT however seemed much different. Staff pearly works hard to find creative techniques to keep residents engaged and active in an effort to preserve their physical and mental health. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the love and care OPT provides. It’s made a significant difference in my aunts’ health and quality of life.

I am really pleased with the care my wife Bernie is getting. The staff is great & Bernie seems to like all of them. It has been two weeks today that she came to Orchards. She does have some bad days when she wants me to take her that is the hard part for me. Over all it is a great place.

I am not an employee here I work with hospice I wanted to take a moment and just let everyone know that this facility is one of the best and cleanest memory care facilities I have ever visited the workers are amazing and they all welcome you with beautiful smiles and good mornings the memory care director is Dayna and she is a higher up she’s the memory care coordinator I have never seen someone in a facility especially a higher up step up and do the work with her team members when their short of staff they are all such an amazing team that work together as a team and they all step up and get through their day regardless of how stressful the day was and at the end of the day their still smiling and having an amazing time with the residents and the team members you guys are amazing and I always look forward to coming here you guys can make a persons day with your guys attitude and amazing team that’s always smiling

I would like to thank DJ Bowls, Senior Living Counselor at Orchard Pointe at Terrazza for her understanding and advise regarding our living needs, present and future. She literally spent hours of her time helping, advising and showing us all Orchard Point has to offer. She exhibits great compassion and care for clients and residents alike. Dad lived in Memory Care OPT for for 2.5 years. No place is perfect but the caregivers and leaders like Lori Higuera (executive director) & Craig Kielpinski went above and beyond. We had our struggles as dad’s disease progressed but OPT supported us. When dad died, the camera in his room picked up the last caregiver to see him. He told dad goodbye & to rest in peace (as he wiped tears from his eyes). That’s more than a jobthat’s caring. Highly recommend OPT for your loved ones. Clean, excellent care, engaged caring staff and prepared to assist through hospice until your loved ones passes into heaven.

My 90-year old parents have lived at Orchard a year and a half and can’t say enough about how wonderful everyone has been to them. The staff is like family and are very caring. The food is wonderful and they helped us through many trying times with their health when one parent would be in the hospital. I felt better knowing the other one was being taken care of. It’s a beautiful facility and so many activities. Happy hour was my Mom’s favorite part of the week with the great music.

Very helpful and friendly staff at reception. We were made to feel welcome in a very warm atmosphere. Had lunch which was excellent; served by attentive waiter. While at lunch several residents walked up to say hello and introduce themselves. There was an attitude of acceptance and friendship not seen at other care facilities. I rate the Orchard as exceptional!

I attended the CareGiver Certification course that is housed at Orchard Point at Terrazza. The facility is GORGEOUS. Every employee I encountered while attending class was extremely polite and friendly. I wish I were able to apply for a job at this property. but I live far far away in a land called Mesa.

I recently had attended the Help My Senior caregiving and med tech classes and the atmosphere of the class room was amazing!! You can feel the love and the light from everyone you meet. Orchard Pointe at Terrazza is a very Beautiful place with The kindest staff. I attended a Help My Senior course at The Orchard Ponite at Terrazza and it was truly a pleasure seeing and experiencing the kindness of the staff there. I learned many life lesson from this class. Shelly & Alicia are so Professional, knowledgeable and efficient... not only did they make sure the whole class understood and retained the important information we all learned but they actually made it fun to learn. I took & passed my state exam 6 months after completing the course without studying. I AM So IMPRESSED with Shelly and Alicia's techniques of teaching... This course changes, saves and makes life comfortable for The Caregivers and The Seniors. Help My Senior LLC courses ; truly deserves More Than 5 Stars.

Surely was not looking forward to Having To set in a room with people I didn't know and take a class that I've already taken. Granite, it was in another state and have to give 62 hours of my time to take a class that I was already Well aware of.... Shelly Drews, who is the instructor of the class, She Is one of the most energetic happy genuine people i've ever met. This is not your typical class where you just watch a bunch of slides and videos and fight to stay awake.. Shellys teaching style makes this class so interesting. It's more of a hands on kind of teaching that is actually fun to participate in But still very informative. The second half of the class was the medications part. I can't say that it was nearly as interesting or fun as the first part of class, but it was definitely informative. And Alicia the instructor of that who is an RN knows her stuff and definitely gave a lot of useful information and I look forward to working in the field. Thank you to Shelly and alicia and all our guest speakers. I definitely learned a lot and will carry a lot of the information if not all of it with me. I definitely recommend taken class. Thanks again shelly and Alecia for all the information, laughs, good food and for making me feel like I can do this and I can be great!

My mom moved in to this place on May 26, 2023. Within one week, she insisted that she had made a huge mistake and wanted to move. Her decision was not based on a transitional emotion! It was based on the living conditions in Independent Living at Orchard Pointe. The decision was based on an ant problem, long walk to the dining room, the fact that the facility is built at the base of a mountain in the desert and that people enter your apartment with a master key! There are more issues that I will not share at this time. My mom is moving to an Independent Living Facility in Gilbert before one month's time living in Orchard Pointe. If you are looking for a place for your loved one to live in Independent Living, I strongly suggest you keep looking!!

I had the privilege of touring Orchard Pointe at Terraza yesterday and meeting several staff members. The facilities are beautiful, warm and inviting. The high ceilings, large windows and beautiful grounds were so refreshing and beautiful. I was particularly impressed with the memory care facilities. It was very evident that the staff love the residents and that they are mindful of their needs and have a sincere desire to attend to their comfort and care. More impressive than that was the many little details that attest to a culture of wanting to help the senior residents who are dealing with memory challenges to have an enjoyable, meaningful, active, and purposeful life despite the cognitive health challenges they are facing. There are many beautiful facilities in the valley and Orchard Pointe at Terrazza is a beautiful facility. The most beautiful feature of this facility is not the buildings. The most beautiful and attractive feature is the people. Every member of the staff I met from the sales team to housekeeping and maintenance were smiling, seemed to be happy and all had a genuine love for the residents they were serving. I’m not currently looking for a care facility for a loved one but if I were looking Orchard Pointe at Terrazza would be a place where I would be very excited to have them be.

The main experience that sticks out for me was the Caregiving Class.Shelly put a lot effort making the class feel welcome. Shelly made the class fun and entertaining while learning.She would answer all our questions. No matter what the questions was she would never look down on a person or make that person feel bad. I think that Shelly was a very good instructor and she cared for the class and every one in it.

Orchard Pointe at Terrazza was "home" for my father in law and mother in law for over 2 years. My father in law was in assisted living while my mother in law lived in the Memory Care unit. They both passed away while living there and could not have had better care during their time there and in their final days. The facility is very nice and staff on a whole were very helpful and attentive to our needs. My husband and I both felt that the staff members truly cared for and about our parents. Our only concern was the quality of food at the time they lived there and cannot account for it at this time. There were several turnovers in the chef at the facility and we do realize that it is hard to please everyone all the time. There was also a turnover in nursing directors and administrators which made it difficult for communications. Shelly, the director of the Memory Care Unit is a gem and kept us informed on a regular basis. We can't say enough for the end of life care that we received for both Dad (died in 2019) and Mom who just passed away in November, 2021. We feel that they went above and beyond to keep our loved ones comfortable and were of great support to our family. We would not hesitate to recommend Orchard Pointe at Terrazza.

I am so impressed by the management and staff of Orchard Pointe at Terrazza, and eternally grateful for the care they have shown my family in the last year. My parents moved into the Assisted Living facility in April 2021. From the building tour and speedy assistance with their move in, to the daily attention I observed being given to each of my parents, to the welcoming dining room staff, I have seen excellence every step of the way. Most recently, I have seen the leadership and staff in the Memory Care unit show great care and expertise, after the loss of my mother and the need for an immediate relocation and increase in services for my father. The medical technicians are warm and humorous. Activities are clearly enriching and a highlight for participants. The unit leaders have a great understanding of each person's unique needs, and work tirelessly to ensure that those are met. I can't say enough great things about this beautiful facility, and appreciate being able to have genuine confidence in the care my loved ones are receiving.

I cannot say enough about the staff in memory care. Caring for an elderly resident with memory care needs takes a village, including the family. The entire staff was with us side by side when my mother was a resident. They would take my phone calls any time of the day or night when I couldn’t be there, and the love they had for my mom was truly amazing. At the time in her life when my mom needed more care, they were there and I will be forever grateful.

We’ve been here since the middle of January and couldn’t be happier! This is the friendliest, happiest and most organized facility in which we’ve lived. This COVID-19 has thrown a few loops into the routine but the management and staff have been phenomenal in ensuring that our lives are disrupted as little as possible under the circumstances! I just can’t find the words to describe how safe, protected and loved we feel here at Orchard Pointe at Terraza!!!
