I would like to start talking about the quality of care and customer service displayed by Immanuel Campus of Care especially David Salgado. I was in the area looking for a Respite care for my recovering senior mother. David's facility was referred to me by another outstanding individual. Although we did not get a chance to be taken care of by Immanuel Campus of Care, David's care and concern touched my heart. I always thought Arizona heat was world famous but after dealing with kind and considerate individuals like David, I felt the warmth. Thank you David and Immanuel Campus of Care!

This facility provided an excellent level of care. My father-in-law stayed there for several months and made significant progress in his recovery. The entire staff demonstrated professionalism and were very accommodating to our family. From the admissions team, who made the intake process smooth and efficient, to the medical staff who provided daily care, encouragement, and support, and the transportation drivers who ensured timely appointments. While entrusting a loved one to strangers can be challenging, the staff created a reassuring environment that felt welcoming and supportive. He recovered remarkably quickly, and I believe the dedicated care of this team played a significant role.From my entire family, Thank you Immanuel.

The new memory care addition was a nice change of scenery. The lower level is set up like a park scene where they can walk around and enjoy the outside freely. The prices are competitive and the staff was very nice. The rooms are like little apartments and seemed more pleasing instead of being in a facility. Troy's vision was to have a non traditional memory care style so it is an easier transition moving from AL to memory care. Seniors dislike change it this would be more a a pleasing option for them. I recently attended an Open House for their Memory Care unit and I was definitely impressed! Their Memory Care definitely offers something unique and special with their newly upgraded appliances and counter tops and not to mention how large they are. Their from doors open up into their courtyard to allow for self access outside. Ideal for someone who's adjusting to their diagnosis and in beginning stages. It definitely gives a feel of being able to maintain some independence. I work for another community not far from them and I definitely plan to refer to Immanuel should our community not be the right fit. David and the rest of the staff seem to really care about their Residents there as well!

I was no longer able to care for my friend when her dementia progressed. I was referred to Immanuel Campus of Care Assisted Living Facility. She was eventually moved to their Memory Care Facility where she passed away. I found staff to be professional, compassionate and they met her needs at all times. I visited often and received communication from staff anytime, day or in the middle of the night with any change or update in her status. She was well taken of and provided for. I thank the staff and appreciate them for making her end days as comfortable as possible. Any issue I had was immediately taken care of. I am thankful for the unconditional care and concern she received.

It's a truly amazing place! Our son has been a client for about two months, and the care, attention, and cooperation he has received are outstanding. Many professionals need to be thanked, but all have done a remarkable job. In today's economy, Immanuel has and is doing a remarkable job considering the clientele, size, and staffing required to give the care needed. Well done!

I wish to apologize to Miss Lola and Miss Grace. I was diagnosed with a rare form of severe autism at St. Luke's by doctors Zafar, Brewer, and Buber four years ago. I.am also fully psychic and what is known as a kinesthetic empath, meaning I feel exactly what others feel as though I was them. As for the rest of my rant, I beg every staff member, resident, and guest nothing but the absolute best, may the Blessed Saint Germaine the seventh ray of the Blessed Ain Sof (the absolutely infinite) heal and unite us as we enter into the age of Aquarius! People are friendly, Campus is clean, pool exercise room. The apartments are nice size. Utilities and Basic Cable are included in your monthly rent payment. Nice Bistro and cafeteria. Maintenance has been timely and friendly. They are always willing to answer your questions and improve anything that might not be up to par. Over all the Gardens Apartments and the Immanual Campus are a really nice place to live.

I gave the place a I live a 3 star because I am undecided on my opinion of here. This would be like rating your housing development based on your neighbors and everyone who works there. As a place to live it's better than most but it often feels as if many treat us with sympathy rather than empathy. The difference between those two words is much wider on the receiving side than it appears from the spelling

C***** or D***** L***** D**** and E***** 100% people persons who understand and help make it a better environment Also the rest of the Team and Staff in other areas of the Department that Contribute to this Company still running and being successful here Today. I've Experienced this AND I can honestly say that the Director's and Owner's and CEO try and do Thier best to make a difference in Innovation and Improvement in Quality of Service To meet these Client's Standards and make this more than a Five Star Status review. I am blessed and Happy to be a Member of this facility oh yeah and can't forget Night shift personal they are also so hardworking dedicating endless sleepless nights and great to help and support the sleep and safety of each individual that is present. Definitely not my 1st choice. They are short staffed at least half the time. There are some people there that are amazing and really do care but it's not the majority. I'm very fortunate to have friends and family that stepped in and helped out occasionally. Other people might not be that lucky.

I have lived here for 8 years, the buildings and other outside areas were in need of work then, nothing much has ever been done to improve them, until recently. Our parking lot has been repaved, our common buildings such as lobby, meeting rooms, etc are finally getting much needed upgraded air conditioners. The dining area in the Gardens is being changed into a bistro, and the lobbies are getting face lifts. Hopefully soon our buildings will be repainted. They are repairing the roofs of the Gardens buildings, something that has been needing done for a long time. It does take time to repair all the neglect. At least something is finally being done.

Staff is wonderful but the buildings are run down & need a lot of repairs. My dad was in the independent living section & had a wonderful apartment. It was spacious & very clean. The upstairs landing outside his apartment was in terrible shape though & the wood looked completely rotten from underneath. He lived there 3 years & it was NEVER fixed! After a fall, he was also in the rehabilitation center & had a hole in the wall next to his bed. They never even tried to patch it & he was there 6 weeks! Staff again was fantastic however, but the food mediocre. Everything was still very clean & there were no foul smells.

The campus consists of three levels of care. The independent living apartments are decent, not great, but decent and the price is reasonable and there are a few services like grocery store trips and monthly maid service that is convenient. I can't speak for the assisted living side because my mom has never been in there. As for the skilled nursing buildings, she was in there once, and I feel like it's run down and smelly and I would not put her there again. But either way, no matter what facility you place a loved one, family members have to be around and keep an eye on things and make sure the facilities are doing what they are supposed to be doing providing the care they should be for your loved one. I rate the independent living apartments (called Immanuel Gardens by the way) a 4. Donna is awesome. The skilled nursing area I give a 2.

I love it here but like every other nurse home there are some things that are in to fix like the wound care is very bad right now . At one time it was good here u had to get on a list to get in here but right now it's 75% they have 1 unit for stores, the extra stuff in . The thing that's is not right at this time is cna there is the thing that need to be fixed fast .

I have lived at Immanuel Gardens for a year now. Apparently a new management company now operates here, than the one that has managed it for last 10 years. Rent has recently been increased. No place is perfect, but this place has come pretty close, they have met my needs.I have been able to have a little dog, and I appreciate my rent includes a maid to clean once a month.

My son has been here for 2 years. The nurses are attentive, cheerful and always willing to answer any questions I have. After a bad decision by the insurance company the management went out of their way to make my sons new room in the new unit better than I could have ever expected. This is a nursing facility not a resort hotel. I come to visit every week and the facility is always clean as is my son.
