Very disappointing…toxic work environment…lots of cliques & gossipers & if you’re not on their side kissing butt you’re peculiar & the talk of the facility…Under impression every worker was here for the residents & teamwork Good works was evident with residents happy to receive compassion & not being rushed…was told my husband & I changed AVANTI around for the greater good…We fulfilled our good everlasting works 2 blessed 2 be stressed💯The culture, the display…hostile work environment…never!

This evenings charcuterie board class was both intimate and exciting!!! Avanti Senior Living knows how to take care of people, which is really what it's about. The Executive Director Kyle Caswell is found actively in his community. Cheryl Markel and Elizabeth Novak are really the brains of the operation though as they support Kyle in completing their goal of helping as many families as possible. Thank you for this.

Avanti Senior Living is an extremely nice facility. Our family member has been there from the November 2020 beginning. There have been challenges over time but the longer Kyle Caswell runs the facility, the more stars it earns. In the time Kyle has been the Executive Director the improvements have been apparent and continuing. His dedication, leadership and willingness to communicate are the basis for betterment of the facility. I believe if Kyle stays I have no doubt that Avanti will continue to elevate.

I toured entirely too many facilities, before landing here. I had a wonderful experience with the executive director, Kyle Caswell, right from the get-go. He thoroughly explained the details of the facility, room, etc and introduced us to the staff, which were absolutely amazing. No doubt In our mind, this was the right choice! It's never an easy decision but do not hesitate, visit Avanti, when needed & make the choice for yourself.

I moved my 107 year old mother into Avanti assisted living in October of 2022 and in November of 2022 she was moved into Avanti’s memory care. I interfaced mostly with Kyle Caswell, Avanti’s Executive Director. Kyle and his entire staff have been excellent in the care provided to my mother. Nothing or no facility is always perfect and when we requested help with minor changes in mom’s care, Kyle was alway extremely helpful and willing to effect positive change to solve any inconsistencies we observed. Kyle is a hands-on type of person and is willing to roll up his sleeves to get the job done, no matter how big or small when needed. Kyle was assigned to manage Avanti soon after the time mom was admitted and he immediately implemented changes that resulted in better focused care and developed a sense of family among the staff at Avanti that didn’t seem to be present prior to his arrival. In summary, I would recommend Avanti to anyone with assisted living care needs for their family.

A HUGE shout out to Avanti's Executive Director, Kyle Caswell. He has a positive attitude towarda the staff and the residents. He really listens when you have a question or concern. Avanti is lucky to have Kyle. He has made some great changes, and there are more coming. Keep up the great work Kyle! My mother has been at Avanti for 6 months. Our family was afraid this would be a difficult transition for her, but the staff and residents welcomed her with love and kindness. They continue to do so. My Mom announced recently in Avanti's dining room that if she couldn't live at home, she very much wanted to live at Avanti. That made our family feel so good! We feel that Avanti is the best place for our Mom!

My mom is a resident at Avanti Senior Living. She tested positive for COVID on Thanksgiving weekend and two days before her 91st birthday. for my mom's birthday, Stephanie Campbell and the Avanti team had the residents gather on my mom's courtyard patio and sing "Happy Birthday" while holding up home-made cards. This made my mom's birthday very special even though she was in quarantine. Avanti also did not lock down during the COVID outbreak, but allowed the family members to visit their loved one so no one was isolated. The calm attitude and exceptional care for my mom helped her to a quick recovery from COVID. I love the way that Stephanie Campbell and Avanti team make my mom feel like family. I don't worry about her at all. I highly recommend this facility!

I was just in the beginning stage of looking for senior living for my mother, I walked in and met Krystal. Krystal is a angel, she really took the time to educate, get to know me and learn all about my mother and her needs. The community is gorgeous and I love the type of food they offer, everything is prepared fresh and my mom was worried about not having healthy choices, she certainly has many choices. You can tell Avanti truly cares about their residents and their residents' families, we highly recommend checking out this beautiful new community.

Avanti is a new beautiful community in Peoria, I was highly impressed with the director of the community Krystall Howell, my mom was very resistant going and touring a assisted living community, she thought it was a nursing home. From the moment Krystall met my mother she put my mom's guard completely down and educated her on how her life could improve and get back to doing the things she used to enjoy. My mother decided to secure a new home and we cannot wait to watch her blossom again. Communities like Avanti is nothing like a nursing home.

My Mom is so excited to move into Avanti. It's absolutely gorgeous, has the feel of a high end resort. She is most excited about the yoga classes and the dining experience. Being in this industry for 17 years, It is never the "place" that makes it great; but the people behind it that makes or breaks it. George the Executive Director here is a much needed breath of fresh air for the large scale facilities industry. With George you will not find arrogance, and a lack of empathy that you would expect; and unfortunately has become the norm. He has integrity and a heart for serving our seniors!Being in and out of Assisted Living facilities daily, this project came together beautifully and I can't wait to see the smiling faces of the lucky few who get to call this place home!If you've about had it with large scale facilities, I encourage you to give George a try and I assure you that you will not regret it!

I have worked with the Executive Director of Avanti at a different location in the past. He made sure that whatever he promised, he was able to deliver on. They are putting together a wonderful team of people to provide excellent care to anyone who moves in. This place has great rates, aesthetics, room sizes, and even an affordable memory care section. You won't find many places like this anywhere!
