As a family man and a new dad, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I moved in a little over a year ago, but I’ve been very happy to call this place home. It truly has everything that makes an apartment community great ” an affordable apartment for the price, a convenient laundry area, and a clean, well-maintained pool. What really sets this place apart is the management. Elena Martinez is absolutely wonderful. Whenever I stop by the office with even a small concern, she treats it like a priority. I never feel like a bother, which makes a huge difference. It’s reassuring to know that any issue will always be taken care of.

I know there are some negative reviews out there, but that hasn’t been my experience. From the beginning, the office staff made my move-in process easy and stress-free. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and Elena in particular stood out. She was professional, approachable, and made sure everything went smoothly. One thing I really appreciate is how reassuring the office staff is. I know that if I ever have any issues, the office will take care of it. They communicate clearly and stay on top of things, including sending notices when there are cleanliness concerns so the community stays well-kept. Since living here, it’s been quiet and peaceful, and it truly feels like a calm place to come home to. I’m glad I chose to live here and wanted to share my positive experience.

I enjoyed living at Ventana, the manager Elena would respond immediately to any repairs. She would confirm with me to verify entrance if I was at work. I felt safe. I had to move in ASAP and the manager expedited the process, stress free!

The office hours on the website are not accurate. The office is locked where to get money put on the laundry card.Its a major inconvenience to the elderly who have difficulty walking to go to the office multiple times and is not open. Residents are not informed of any office closings in writing or otherwise. The sign on the office door says open, however the office manager won’t answer the door.Celtic property should include customer service attributes when considering employees for a position in working with the public and be culturally deversided.

It's your basic one to two bedroom apartments. Nothing fancy. Went to the pool a few weeks ago when it was still real hot during the day and it was freezing. Also looked like there was some "questionable" biological looking material floating around. That's the only reason for the 3 stars. Seems like they live and let live around there. Which I think this day in age in America, that's a great thing. Where a free country is actually free. Not where someone tells you what you can and can't do on your own personally paid for place of residence.

This complex has had a recent management change and I am hopeful some good will come from it. Kids run around after 9pm unsupervised, dog waste not being picked up, elevators not cleaned and people pissing in them. Animals off leash and cats let out free to roam. Grounds keeping sketchy and the pool rarely open and clean during summer. I hope things improve, but I haven’t seen or heard any important improvements. I know people are dealing with roaches and bed bugs. Most neighbors are quite nice.

Wouldike to share my experience with apt and management. The apt are cozy. Well cared for by great management team. Joe and Dawn. These are great managers. They do their jobs with passion, detail and consideration to the ventana community. Everything is not always so black and white . Their expertise skill with understanding tenants needs and or complication is like not seen in these days anymore because of our fast and furious world we now live in. They are experts at their job. With the human touch. So many organizations lack this. The ventana group LLC are blessed with them as employees. I appreciate them .thank you Susan.

Has 2 pools, nice landscaping, 2 elevators, plenty of parking, has senior bldgs, family bldgs, clubhouse with activities, playground, carports for prkng, 2 maintenance men, plenty dumpsters, hv 1,2,3, nice size bedrooms, w/walk-in closet, Xtra big bathrooms, decks with doors in each bedroom, storage area on decks, hv 3 floors, grills n picnic tables, 2 laundry rooms, 9 bldgs, 2 doggie areas w/feces containers n bags, dishwashers, small kitchens, dining area, free pest control 1x a month,, fire alarms in most rooms n fire extinguisher, blinds in all windows, screen doors on some apts, carpet or wood floors, covered walkways, friendly people n staff, vending machines, reasonable income-based apts, accessible for handicapped. All in all a very nice place to live with lots of amenities

When I moved in here over 5 years ago, it was a very nice place to live. They had one side for families that offers 3 bedrooms and the other side was for seniors and the disabled with 2 elevators. It's still kind of a nice place to live, if you keep to yourself mainly. They do offer bingo and other activities in the clubhouse that are fun. Having a pool on each side is also nice. We finally have a manager who takes the time to listen to what issues you may have and get them fixed!!! The downside is the last manager let alot of people move in, that are either dealing drugs or doing them, also quite a few are from halfway houses. Some of these people are quite nice, but a few aren't. That's my main issue with this place since I moved in here, now don't get me wrong, I wouldn't move for anything!! I have quite a few friends that live here also and we love to get together and do things at the clubhouse!!! There are alot of nice people who live here!!!

I've lived here for almost 2yrs now and have usually had an ok time. People around the F building can get a little loud but the children on skateboards or something riding them around and yelling is kinda louder. But kids will be kids. I love the size and look of the apartment. The management is very friendly and nice. The thing is that I got a notice for noise complaints that was stupid because I wasn't making a noise. The neighbor below me complained of stomping and things dropping. When you live on the second floor like I do, people below you are going to hear you moving around and doing stuff. I hear it all the time upstairs. I'm not stomping nor am I dropping things all the time. The maintinece man gets very busy and there is only one of him so it takes him a long time to get to me but will take care of all your work orders at the same time. He's really nice and helpful too.

Place is nice, neighbors are mostly friendly. The front office and staff running the place are a nightmare that i hope they keep up so i end up with a nice lawsuit settlement..... beware... these folks are despicable, disgusting people.
