This was my first day for clinicals as a CNA. The nursing staff is amazing, they are super busy and still took the time to help my team. The CNA J was super fun to work with. The patients on our floor were a true blessing. Cant wait to see them all tomorrow.

Almost 10 years ago, Gidget Kerlin, Director of Independent Living, assured our family that if our 86 years old, mother, who had just moved from Ohio, decided to become a resident at Springdale Village, she would be able to age in place, receiving a continuation of care, without ever experiencing a need to leave their campus. Our mother was able to live independently, for years before requiring additional assistance in their Assisted Living facility. She received compassionate care from Ronald, Med. Tech. and the other members of the Assisted Living facility staff. As her health declined, through the support and direction of Felicia RN, DON, our mother was moved into the Long Term Care Unit and then into the Skilled Nursing Unit, where she received Hospice Care until her passing. In every way, Springdale Village has lived up to their mission: Making A Difference for you and your family Makes All the Difference to Us.

My #1 priority was the best comprehensive health care for my mother. She had lived in Springdale for over five years when she fell and broke her hip. After rehab else where she wanted to return home! She raves at how good the food is! Tells me the PT staff is so kind! The DON in the long term care building is available to talk whenever my mom and I have questions. My ONLY issue regarding my moms care is one that is found at ALL nursing homes and that is the one of compassion! One unkind aide can ruin the entire experience! Although I did talk with the DON and the issue did seem to subside. My Mom is happy and that is all I care is that she has what she needs!!!!!

I loved this place when I was recovering from ankle surgery. They made me feel like family and really cared that I was happy and getting stronger. Worst thing was the mattress on my bed. It was worn out and needed replacing. Bariatric mattresses take a beating.

My sister stayed at Springdale in the skilled nursing - B unit for over 3 months. We were very impressed with the whole staff, cleanliness and activities. The only negative was the food, but that improved the last few weeks. Very caring, competent and hard-working nursing/ aide staff and OTs and PTs.

I love this facility everyone is welcoming from the front desk person to the cna's . It is very clean and always smells good. I would put my family member there without a second thought. They have a Variety of activities going on there ,and the food always looks and smells amazing. Five stars from me.

I have been to many care facilities! For what I have seen and experienced so far Springdale Village is one of the best keep up facilities I have seen. The patient I go and visit is always clean and has no complaints. The stuff really seems to be on top of thing's!

Springdale Village physical, occupational and speech therapy are state of the art for a nursing facility When my husband left Banner Baywood acute rehab after a major stroke, he was unable to walk, transfer, feed himself, dress himself, brush his teeth and comprehend most language spoken to him. In a little more than two weeks the therapists at Springdale Village have him transferring, walking, feeding himself, brushing his teeth, helping himself to get dressed etc. They work with him everyday on motor skills, along with speech therapy and he is thriving. The nurses and aids are kind, caring and very professional. The therapists, nurses, and aids do a great job. I highly recommend the care at Springdale Village.

I am so delighted to see how my father-in-law has adjusted to his new home. We knew my mother-in-law would love it but had to wait for his reaction. He has adjusted so well and is happy in his new place. They moved in the day after Thanksgiving and we could not have found a better place for them. Everyone is so friendly and caring. It is truly a community. They celebrated their 54th anniversary with a private dinner which was wonderful. I would highly recommend this residence. Kudos to the staff. I couldn't be more pleased with the way we were supported during some trying times before the move. Thank-you from the bottom of my heart!!

I would highly recommend Southview to anyone looking for a loving, caring home for their loved one. It is such a hard decision to make. My Mother-in law moved to the Memory Care unit there July 2013. We had looked around for awhile, but once we saw Southview, we knew that was the perfect place for her. The complex is so clean and beautiful. Each resident has their own apartment, and can bring in their own furniture, which really does make it like home. I cannot say enough good things about the Administrators and Caregivers. They were so loving and caring to Mom. Every time we walked in there, we were greeted by name from someone, we felt like family there also. We could not have asked for a better home for Mom for the last year of her life. Thanks again, Amy, Jamie, Jo Ann, Lisa, nurse Jamie, Katrina, Christine, and all the other staff and Caregivers.

My father was a resident here for eight years. Sadly,he passed away this past October. This facility meant what they promised. His care was stellar and he and our family felt true compassion and gentle kindness when his time on this earth was finished. He was promised care until the end of his life.........even if the money"ran out". That promise was fulfilled by the circle of care fund, as he did outlive his wealth. Everyone at the Collingswood campus was wonderful to him and to me as his power of attorney. He was frightened to give up his home and financial independence as anyone would be. I was anxious also assuming the role of power of attorney. With much prayer and contemplation, it turned out to be the best decision ever made. My father's wonderful quality of life was a joy and an honor to witness in his latter years. Thank you,each and every one of you for becoming part of his and our family.
