For the past 4 years I have used Preferred Care caregivers in my home to help me care for my husband who had Lewy Body Dementia. They are a very professional company. The do a fabulous job in screening their caregivers and making sure there is a good fit for the client. Most of the time I used the same 2-3 caregivers and the company worked with me to provide requested caregivers for additional hours. The caregivers were trained to manage my husbands disease and were completely trustworthy and reliable. Rarely was a caregiver late or a no-show. And if that happened, the company was quick to call to offer a replacement if needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Linda Minde

Can not say enough good regarding Preferred Care. All the care givers were friendly and kind. When I brought my husband home from the care center, Michelle, from Preferred was there with me and stayed with us as support until we were settled. He is getting better, its just a long journey. I would and have recommended Preferred Care to others. Thank You.

We were very pleased with the excellent care and customer service from Preferred Care at Home. They took the time to understand our needs as we cared for my father-in-law during his final months. Furthermore, they adapted as those needs changed. We were given the freedom to ensure that the caregivers were a good fit for our family. I would highly recommend their services!

Preferred Care at Home of Phoenix-East Valley was referred to me by a friend when my Mom and Dad suddenly needed help at home as each of them went through various health related episodes. Michelle visited with my Mom and Dad and the family the same day I called and had someone there in less than 12 hours. Michelle was amazing with my folks during an extremely difficult time. The caregivers were equally amazing at taking care of them off and on over the following year as needed. Their hospital stays were reduced because we knew PCH was there to help at home. This was always a good thing. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for the wonderful people at PCH and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality care at home for your loved ones.

I used Preferred Care at Home East Valley for my aging mom in Mesa AZ from April 2019 – January 2020 (10 months). My mom is 90 years old, has limited vision, and needed extra support each day. Our caregivers provided one-on-one care for 9 hours a day. The caregivers would make coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, take my mom walking in the neighborhood, and take her up to her community gym to participate in some exercise. The caregivers would also perform lite house-work to ensure the cleanliness and safety of everyone in the home. I cant say enough good things about Preferred Care at Home East Valley and the owner Michelle Krzeminski. Michelle has a fantastic office staff, and reliable, caring, and skillful employees that supported my mom. Over the 10 months of employment, I only had 2 minor administrative issues, and those were quickly and professionally resolved within 24 hours. If a particular caregiver wasnt a good fit for my mom, Preferred Care at Home East Valley was quick to adjust and provide another caregiver. On the occasion where a caregiver called in sick, Preferred Care at Home East Valley called me to let me know, and provided a secondary caregiver as quickly as possible. This extra care and attention allowed my mom to stay in her own home longer than any of us expected, and my mom was happy throughout the process knowing that everyone was supporting her in her own environment. By comparison, I had used another in-home caregiver company from September 2018 through March 2019 (6 months), and it was a horrible, time-consuming experience. The care was sub-par, the administrative staff was unresponsive to several on-going billing and staffing issues. I spent an enormous amount of time managing this company, and would never recommend them to anyone. But, if you are looking for heart-felt, caring, professional, responsive, fantastic care for a family member, my recommendation is Preferred Care at Home East Valley.

Over the past two years we have had the best caregivers both day and night for my LO who has Lewy Body Dementia . They are dependable, honest and above all very caring. The agency also works hard to find help on short notice as we sometimes travel between our home and cabin in the mountains.

Love the people, was scared to put someone in charge of taking care of my relative but April made me feel like I was apart of the family. She puts care givers to clients based on need and personality. Thank you for making the tough times easy for all parties involved. Would recommend this service for anyone who needs help with a loved one
