This is my 2nd year living at Oasis and my first experience with "senior living". Moving here was a very good decision. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. My 2-bedroom apartment is bright and airy. Housekeeping makes it sparkle. There are many activities if you want to join. The dining room provides good food and socialization. Would strongly recommend to anyone considering senior living.

Really liked this place. Very homey. Rooms were very nice, lots of flowers, trees, not at all "institutional" looking like other places I visited. Seemed warm and friendly.

This is truly a warm and welcoming retirement facility. Jeremy and his staff made our mom feel like one of the family and they always treated us with professionalism and kindness. We hit the jackpot when choosing Oasis Mesa Palms as our mom's new Arizona home.

I just moved in a week ago and have been made to feel at home. Everyone I have met is friendly and the staff rocks it. Activities are going to be something I look forward to. The dining room is pleasant and the staff is making me feel at home. So far everything I've eaten has been very good I especially like the apple pie.

Where do I even begin? First of all, a company called "A Place for Mom" recommended this place for my mom. I realized pretty quickly that there were places that were way more money, but not as nice. My mom was so happy here for years, and when she started to decline the staff here tried so hard to help her stay as long as possible by doing extra little things for her that would not be expected in an independent living facility. Jeremy was more than fair, the staff was so helpful. The day we dropped in for a tour unannounced, Phyllis took time out if her busy day to show us around, and helped ny mom out quite a bit when she started to decline. We will forever be grateful to this place for providing a wonderful place for my mom to live!

I would like to share our experience with my mom being at the Oasis for almost 8 years. When looking for a place for her to be, we toured several independent living places. After our tour at the Oasis, she knew this was where she wanted to be and we agreed. We loved the size of her apartment, that it had a washer and dryer, the food and the dining room, the activities(she has played bingo and pokeno for years) and loves Nicole, the social director and for how clean and pretty the landscaping and common areas are. Mom loved the servers in the dining room, the maintenance workers, who did everything from changing light bulbs and filters to air conditioning problems or whatever timely. A huge plus for us was that The Oasis at Mesa Palms is independently owned vs corporate. Jeremy, the owner, has been a pleasure to work with and is very patience and has a great attitude. Mom was at The Oasis all during covid and I was very impressed with the procedures that had in place to take care of all the residents there. Mom always felt proud of her "home" whenever any of her family and friends would come and visit her. Her grandchilden loved to have lunch or dinner with her there because of the desserts and it seemed a little fancy. When comparing pricing, the Oasis was very fair. My mom is now 92 and her health has made us make the decision to have to end her time at The Oasis, but what a great almost 8 years it has been Thanks again to everyone for taking such great care of her and for all the joy she had there. I have been associated with Oasis at Mesa Palms for over 10 years. The staff feels like a extended family. Residents often go in to talk to the owner and staff to catch up and talk. The staff are caring and go out of there way to help others. Staff and residents both do well checks on neighbors when they haven't been seen. It's nice to be in a place that cares if your alright. I wonder about those that live in homes and have no one to check on them. It is a great place to be.

Moving to Oasis at Mesa Palms was the best decision I ever made. I am a writer and I crochet. My 2 bd apartment is beautiful. The staff is AWESOME. The food is great, and they can take you anywhere you need or want to go. People here call you by name, and we do fun things. The pool is wonderful, and there is always something to do. People here are so friendly, too.

Only problem is dining hours are all too early. Otherwise exceptional chefs and food choices. The apartments are well maintained and show well for their age. Coming from a larger home, size was a little disappointing, cupboard space especially. Kitchen needs more cupboards. Dining area is also too small. I can't have all my grandkids, here. For newcomers to the property, there needs to be a length orientation as activities, processes and dos and don't. I may have missed mine. And maybe a buddy system for the first month. Moving is a stressful time. And relieving that stress with information eliminates embarrassing situations.

Some things I like about this community are the cable package , transportation available , full-size appliances, including washer/dryer and dishwasher, low-entry shower, housekeeping and garbage valet service.

From the moment I walked into Oasis at Mesa Palms I was greeted with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. It remains so. The staff is great, so friendly and helpful, always doing what they can for you in any way. They always greet you by name. The entire community here is like an extended family. The amenities are great for simplified living. Dining is like dining in a nice restaurant. Oasis at Mesa Palms is definitely 5 star in my book!

If you are considering retirement, consider moving here. No need to cook. Your meals are prepared are served to you in the dining room by a staff of servers; your apartment is cleaned once a month; trash is taken from your door to the dumpster twice a week; the friendly staff and residents know by your first name; and there are lots of fun things to do. An Oasis in the desert.

Mesa's best kept secret! When touring independent senior living I often felt like I was entering a nursing home ... not at Oasis, it has a resort feeling. I was impressed on the tour, moved in 7 months ago and still impressed. Staff is friendly, apartments nice, ample activities. So many amenities and independently owned. Love it.

Wait...Stop! Don't make a final decision about retiring into a Senior Living Complex until you've visited the Oasis at Mesa Palms. Knowing we would eventually need to down-size, we began touring facilities about 3 years prior to our actual need to move. Almost didn't visit here because the price seemed way too low for a place we felt we could be comfortable living in. This compares favorably with far more expensive places. So make sure you visit the Oasis at Mesa Palms before making your final move. They say home is where the heart is and my heart is at the Oasis at Mesa Palms.

I moved in Aug.2021, and I really enjoy it here. The surroundings and care of the Community are lovely. The apartments are well maintained. My late husband was a chef, so I was really spoiled food wise. The cooks do a good job tho, and the wait staff is great. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I give the Community the highest rating of 4 1/2 stars because no place is perfect! Like every thing about 0asis, it is clean, laid out in a Spanish motif, staff is very personalable. The only bad thing is the food, it’s always cold and certainly could do a better job as far as cooking it.

Are a very reasonable place to live for the elderly. Lovely apartments with everything you need in the way of appliances. Full size refrigerator and stove, but most importantly a washer and dryer. Transportation services are also available, and there is a full-time activity director with things to do everyday.

Moving to the Oasis was one of the best decisions I have ever made! I looked at quite a few places when I started thinking about moving to a Retirement community, but the Oasis best fits my needs. The complex is beautiful; I feel like I am living in a Hotel! The Oasis gave me 6 floor plan choices. I wanted a large, open Kitchen because I still enjoy cooking. However, the food served here in the Dining Room is great! The staff is wonderful and very helpful. There are so many interesting activities for everyone to enjoy. The residents are very friendly. I have made many new friends already, since I moved here in December of 2017. I highly recommend the Oasis!
