Very friendly. Nice mix of activities offered. Dog friendly with scattered dog parks. Large percentage of year round residents. Beautiful, well maintained facilities. Ongoing issues with management to force them to maintain the facilities. New manager trying to keep park up.

My snowbird parents were here for a bit. Friendly community and many amenities. Google Maps did send me to the wrong entrance that didn't have the guard shack, so be mindful of that, but otherwise this seems like a great place for 55+

Very nice neighborhood. The guard at the gate was very thorough on checking who was coming in and gave great directions to where I was going. Residences are kept up well.

My husband and I lived here for 11 years it is a very pretty and nice Senior Living Park. However, many changes in management over the years in addition to the fact that managers are given bonuses depending on how well they do at keeping the budget low and not spending any money in the park.... Many amenities have disappeared over the years and the lot rent is horrendous.... We knew the minute we got close to hitting $1,000 a month we would get out of there which we did last year, we had 1.5 more years to go to hit that mark officially... We were on a "premium lot"...–

I got my pup here. But they're a high kill shelter. And they don't have the dogs on a consistent diet. They just feed them anything. Is like dog prison.
