Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. The staff is some of the best in Lake Havasu City, they're always available to help with any level of services our residents need. We can assist with medical reminders to designing exercise programs and scheduling entertainment events. We designed the dining area at The Views at Lake Havasu to be a cozy, home style setting for our residents and family members. Our specialty is customized menus that provide delicious, home cooked meals that meet the needs of all residents.

I've lived here now for almost 3 years. What a dream come true, after having maintained a home. Now no chores and stress free living. Washer/Dryer in the unit, and weakly house cleaning. Food is more than plentiful and good variey, partly due to week-day specials. I just couldn't be happier with my choice. Rates haven't changed since opening.

They are falsely advertising as a 55+ facility. They have college students living in the facility and also have additional college students eating in their dining room. My 97 year old step dad just ended up in the hospital with COVID. They had very few issues during the epidemic, but today have a number of residents quarantined due to COVID. This was an incredible facility that has continuously downgraded the food while raising prices. They have resorted to underhandedly adding teens to their residency and food service. This is a very dangerous move for a facility that has residents in their late 60's to 90's.

Posh but comfortable.We helped our mom move in a short while ago. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and there when she needs something. They make suggestions to make the residents life more enjoyable. There are ample activities, and plenty of comfortable nooks to get privacy too.

What an incredible place. Its rental with Everything included...utilities, food, drinks...everything. It is a great place for the 55 plus active crowd.

Cant wait to wrap up this first of its kind active senior community for Lake Havasu City and the 40+ residents that have already signed up. Less than 2 months from completion and we couldnt be happier with how its finishing out. Its going to surprise a lot of folks that think its not for them. Between happy hour, organized trips, fitness and friends, its not what most are thinking when they hear 55 and older. If you have friends or family that live in, or around Lake Havasu, give The Views a call, its worth the tour.
