Touching Hearts has made my 90 year old Mom very happy. The aid in attendance (Kathy) was so caring when we came home that my Mom was so cheerful and happy. She asked when she was coming back. I hadn't seen my Mom so happy in a while. The follow-up after the first visit was nice, and they asked if we needed anything else. The second visit when we left, I felt at peace. This company is so wonderful I worked for them back in October of 2019 shortly after the passing of my husband and both supervisors-owners were soooo amazing and sweet I was sad when I had to leave I would recommend this service for any of the elderly the staff are friendly and the service is amazing I would go back to work for them in a heartbeat if only I had a car lol! I have worked with Touching Hearts for 3 years. After being a caregiver on and off for the last 40 years I can say with all certainty that this is the best home care company to work for. We have the best caregivers and clients, hands down. With regard to the owners, (who are 100% hands on) I will say that I have never met 2 women that care more or that are easier to work for. I had heard good things about this company and switched to them from a nationwide company. They were easier to work with, down to earth and were picky about their caregivers. I would recommend them. Its hard to put your trust in someone to care for a loved one but I trusted them from the start.

My father-in-law lived with us 3.5 years and we had 24 hour caregiving services for him. I used a few different firms to make sure we always had coverage. I can tell you the biggest difference in companies is the Customer Service they provide. Many of the caregivers work for multiple companies so when we started with Touching Hearts Jan and Debra really made the difference. I dont mean to say the caregivers were not excellent but it was Jan and Debra that set their company apart from the rest. They responded to concerns, always kept me up to date, provided us with quality caregivers. They kept their shifts filled and helped me out when others could not. I changed over to them exclusively and if you are looking for someone to help you with caregiving for a family member then start with Touching Hearts at Home, Goodyear.

I have been using this agency for over a year now for my father who has been slowly declining due to dementia. In an industry prone to a great deal of turnover, Jan and Debra have done a remarkable job of making sure we always have the help we need. They do a great job of accommodating our schedule and communicating about any issues that come up. I always get a prompt response to my concerns, no matter how big or small. The caregivers have all been great. Above all, you can tell they genuinely care about my dad and our challenging journey. I truly dont know how we would manage without them!!!

My sister lived with me for 11 months before her passing and Touching Hearts was the only home health provider we ever needed. Linda presented with many challenges. She was wheelchair - bed bound which required use of a Hoyer lift for transfers and she could only toilet with a bedpan. Her aides were phenomenal not only with Lindas care but in transporting her to her appointments (with Lindas wheelchair accessible van) and in assuring her laundry and soiled bedding was promptly washed. Linda referred to her daytime aide as the daughter she never had as this particular young lady was exceptionally loving and caring. I pray I never have another family member in need of such intensive care, but if I do, Touching Hearts will be my first call.

This place has been the most helpful and welcoming blessing! My father needed care after brain surgery and during his radiation treatments and they accommodated me right away. I live out of town and am the only family member but they made me feel like I wasnt doing this alone. The caregivers are empathetic, professional and made a real bond with my father.
