They have a robust resident activity schedule and a wonderful culinary program. There is something for everyone at Inspira. It is a true community with a wonderful and present long standing team. They work together well to serve their residents and their families so that their residents can live their life to the fullest. Their apartments have great layouts and their memory care is top notch. I have been going into Inspira Arrowhead since they opened and I get to see the community when they aren’t putting on a pretty face’. It doesn’t matter when I go in, the residents are out & about, they are laughing & smiling! The staff also are interacting with the residents in fun and engaging ways! Inspira is an amazing senior community!! I want to live there when I need to be in senior living!!

I’m impressed by the caliber of care and community in Inspira Arrowhead. As a mobile occupational therapist I am out and about seeing lots of independent living, assisted living and memory care communities. Inspira Arrowhead is on the top of my list. From the cheerful greeting at the door to the well prepared meals by a fabulous chef and engaging activities, this is truly a 5 star community.

My parents moved in to Inspira approximately 9 months ago. It was their 4th move in 3 months. They Hated the other assisted living centers, so we were becoming increasingly concerned. When i toured Inspira i knew I'd found their new home.They love it. Their apartment is the Only one I've personally seen that looks and feels like an actual apartment. It has a complete kitchen, a full size refrigerator, an actual oven/stove... It even has a little balcony for them to enjoy, along with outdoor storage. My father was extremely critical of the management and day to day operations of all 3 previous places, but he's genuinely happy here. I deeply appreciate that each time I sign in no matter who's manning the desk, they recognize my father's name and know his room number by heart. Additionally, their memory care center appears top notch and gets the same amount of attention that their assisted living center does. This was important to us as my mother has dementia. Very pleased and highly recommend

I loved having our father at Inspira. He wanted for nothing, was always taken care, fed gourmet meals, participated in all of their activities and loved it there. I am so glad we chose Inspira for his care and apartment living.His apartment was always spotless and he felt independent in his "assisted" living situation. This community is absolutely beautiful but I came here to write this because of Ty. I call on lots of communities throughout the day with my job. It is rare to hear someone smiling through the phone. Inspira has proven to be an excellent choice for me. My family and I looked at several possibilities. I moved in almost a year ago and it has proven to be a wonderful choice . The apartments are lovely. I couldn't be happier. It looks more like a hotel than a senior residence. It is cheerful and welcoming. The restaurant is lovely. Many others looked more like cafeterias.

We visit Inspira regularly, and the staff is always so kind and helpful. They take very good care of my dad. The food in the dining room has always been delicious and we enjoy seeing the staff who are consistently warm and friendly.

Johnny is an incredible person. He has made this extremely difficult transition, tolerable, and actually fun at times. He checks in with all of the residents and makes sure that they are doing OK. He loves to joke and play around and he definitely lightens the mood. And he’s an excellent salesman But not sales-y. I really enjoy knowing Johnny. He is an asset to INSPIRA and all of the residents.

Johnny is one of those individuals that makes you feel as though you’ve been friends forever. He genuinely cares about the residents at Inspira. He’s a big reason that we chose to move my mother here. As I’m sure it is with all families, this was a really difficult decision and time in our lives and he made it as pleasant as it possibly could be. My mom even danced her way in, which I will always treasure.

I have enjoyed one year here at Inspira of Arrowhead! No complaints , just accolades! I really enjoy the exercise classes which I feel are so important for my balance! Fun events always offered! Grandkids and great grandchildren can come and play ping pong, shuffleboard or pool and not confined to my apartment! By the way my apartment is awesome with full kitchen and laundry!

Our Mom moved into Assisted Living, Oct 1st 2024. We experienced 3 other Retirement communities, Memory Care, in the NW Valley, for our Dad, so we were very alert with how quickly CARE, friendliness and compassion can change, after move in, etc... Not the case with Inspira Arrowhead. Everyone is extremely helpful, kind & friendly. Inspira Arrowhead is UNIQUE to the fact that Independent/Assisted Living are combined. The resident doesn't have to move if they begin their journey in independent living and then transition to assisted, which was #1 reason for loving this community. Residents are friendly, feels like a true community, and friendly staff make all the difference. Lead /Supervisor Server in the Dining room is so kind to everyone and very good, weekday Concierges are compassionate, kind and friendly, John & Cindy assisted us many times with tours and questions. John has great energy and kindness! Providing our family with confidence and peace of mind during our Mom's move, provided peace with the decision to select Inspira Arrowhead. The only piece of feedback I'd provide would be, provide the new Resident and Family transitional reminders/information and "welcoming", during the move AND after. We experienced this issue at previous Retirement communities with our Dad, as well. This is a overwhelming, new & stressful transition for our loved one's and the family. Once the resident/family signs the contract and makes the decision to proceed, continue the same energy and attention & assistance. This goes for our experiences at each community we selected for our Dad as well. So it seems to be the only area that "lacks" from our personal experiences. January 2025: We moved a dear family member into Inspira at Arrowhead about 8 months ago. The facility is well managed, exceptionally clean, cheery, and bright. The dining facility likewise is exceptionally clean. The food is prepared nicely with multiple food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Non-residents, for and addional cost, can eat in the dining facility. All the staff goes out of their way to smile, be friendly, and say hello. As compared to another Senior Care Facility we were previously at in downtown Phoenix, Inspira has them best by 100%. Yes! Inspira is actually that much better. There are an unbelievable amount of activities for the residents to be involved in at their choosing.. bingo, church, arts & crafts, exercise classes, etc. If a senior living facility is something you are searching for, check these guys out first to set the benchmark for excellence. They love to give tours and may provide you with a complimentary lunch to sample how good the food is. Lastly, Inspira is close to Loop 101 and 75th Ave for easy Freeway access. Yet, inside the doors of Inspira, there is zero road or traffic noise. Indicative of how well the structure was built.

The glitz the glam and the switch bait tactic are what sums up this place. Taken on a tour with 2 other family members and we all heard the same thing. Then at move in it was totally different. Day one level of care went from 2 to 4 and they did the assessment themselves at freedom Plaza. Nothing we could do as we were in a pinch so we agreed to go from being able to pay this bill to geez we need more resources. The time it took to RESPOND to my father's call for help was 29 minutes yet they tout thier neck pendants on being able to respond. It took my sister calling the front desk as I kept my father on his alexa device calm. Food seems good but then again we were told diet restrictions would be followed yet his low sodium diet turned into a high sodium diet and a hospital visit. This is a retirement home for the young and vibrant and then transition into more care not someone like my father who was past the live life with a tad of assistance. Our bad but really look into what is said and what is delivered. I know I will get blow back on this post but so be it. Can't say all good and can't say all bad. Just be cautious on what is told to you and what you really get..

I dont write a lot of reviews but our experience over the past week at Inspira/Glendale deserves a mention. We were looking for an Asst Living facility for my Dad....after visiting other places we walked into Inspira and met with Johnny Borrero....after 30 minutes with Johnny, we knew we had found a new home for Dad. First off, Johnny is the gold standard as an ambassador for the services at Inspira.....additionally, he knows every resident by name as we were walking around the facility (without looking at name tags!!). Johnny has fantastic customer service skills, knows the answer to everything we asked and earned our trust immediately. Chris at the Concierge desk is very caring, helpful and sincere.The next day we met with Trish and Bethany....both lived up to the high standards set by our experience with Johnny. Additionally we had lunch at the Inspira restaurant and were very impressed with the service and the menu. Bottom line, we are only a few days into our Dad living at Inspira but so far they have surpassed our high expectations and we feel relief that we have found such a great place for Dad to live. Thank you to everyone at Inspira/Glendale!!!

Such a great place! Our mother moved to Inspira memory care a couple of months ago. In such a difficult transition, and in the middle of a pandemic, the Inspira staff has been nothing short of amazing. The whole facility is aesthetically beautiful, but that is only matched by the people! Pasca (sales) was so helpful making us feel comfortable in our decision followed by Robin who helped us with the actual move-in. Cheryl (Memory Care Director), Anna (Executive Director), and Brandee (Memory Care Manager) are truly amazing! Their communication, knowledge and empathy are so comforting. Elizabeth (Activity Director) keeps the residents occupied and entertained with such a great spirit and kindness. Unfortunately, with the Covid restrictions, we have not yet been able to get to know the caregivers - but no-doubt they're the unsung heroes here. We can say that mom relates that she feels cared-for. We're are so grateful to all the staff at Inspira and look forward to getting to know them further as the state gradually reopens!

My Mother has been living at Inspira for almost a year and moving here has been one of the best decisions she has made. The staff and friendly residents she has met have created a loving and happy environment. The food, staff, facility, and programs have been outstanding. The care my Mother has received has been above and beyond what we were expecting. They always answer her call button and treat her like family. Was at their grand opening and was blown away by this place. Beautiful interiors and common areas. Great food and very inviting pool. There's a cool little pet park for residents with dogs. Feels like an upscale hotel on the inside. The home theatre is so good, you might never want to go to cinema again. Very impressed.
