I am looking for an Assisted Living Home for my dad. The Enclave is a wonderful community. I spent some time visiting with a couple residents there and watching many others. There is a very inviting warmth there. I can see my dad thriving in this environment. They have independent and assisted living and also memory care. So there would be less moving him from place to place for my dad. Their services are amazing and the apartments are very nice. Great layouts and safe. Enclave is in the top 2 in my search. Have toured 6 communities so far. Not done looking.

Place is beautiful, but additional info for family will be reviewed. Larry has dementia that requires his wandering habits at all hours of the evening. Found out per Ted, this would be taken care of.

Looking for a place for relative and tired the facility today. So impressed with the entire facility and professionalism of the director that gave us a tour. They are flexible and caring. We plan on moving family member to this facility.

I have been researching communities for a long time and I wanted to share my thoughts about my communication with Teddy. He is one of the best if not the best I have talked to about knowledge of the community he represents. He is very knowledgeable, transparent and understanding. I do have one constructive comment for the Spectrum model. They do need to offer a complimentary stay of at least one night if they are truly proud of what they offer.

We have been in independent living for 2 1/2 years and consider it perfect for our age (mid 80's) and health (slight mobility problems). The unit, a patio home is, for us, the right size and the provided amenities are exactly what we need. What little maintenance we have needed has been prompt and professional. We recently attended a Diamondback baseball game which and had great seats, transportation provided and at a reasonable price. I don't know a better recommendation beyond my son's in-laws needing Senior living recently and after visiting us, decided on another Enclave unit closer to their preferred locale.

Sibs and I checked out the Enclave last week. Initial impressions were quite favorable. Staff was friendly, residents seemed happy, facilities were clean, amenities were many, food was excellent. Tierra spent her entire afternoon giving us a personal guided tour and answering questions we didn't even know to ask. Looks like Mom and Dad have found their new home!

I have lived here comfortably for the last year, having lived alone, the five years previously. I love my apartment. It is home to me. I have met many people and shared many a laugh. I enjoy many of the activities that are available for all to enjoy. I find the staff to be very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Our chef, cooks and wait staff do a great job of accommodating us. We are a diverse group and have different likes and dislikes. We have a weekly menu that lists a special, but we also have a hard menu that we can order from if we prefer something else. You know the saying you can please some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all the time. It is a comfort to know Assisted Living is available if and when I need it. We also have in-home PT and OT I currently am doing both and have high praise for the therapists. The entire staff is very approachable, I cannot think of a single one I do not like or appreciate. Oh, there is a washer and dryer in every apartment, I don’t have to go down the hall to do laundry!!

Overall property from Exterior to Interior continues to Exceed our expectations. My mom loves the food and snacks. Here room is clean, bed is made, assistance is just a click away. I am A resident of the Enclave at Gilbert and have been here for two years. The residents and. the staff have come to be like family. The atmosphere is cheerful and welcoming. There are many activities, including bingo, card games like hand and foot, and chair volleyball. we also have exercises every day, including pool activities and yoga. There are trips to shopping, and different restaurants. I enjoy my life here at the Enclave; every day is something different and interesting.

Just when you think the food service can't get any worse, it does get worse. We waited l.5 hours for lunch and then the food was served without dressing. The staff apologizes about it but does nothing about it. Several people waited 2 hours and left. There are no refunds but should be.

Dining is a very unhappy experience. They run out of soup, salads and diet coke. If you go early, the dining room is very crowded and service wait is long. If you go late, you must deal with dirty tables and half eaten food and again a long wait for service. Help!

Shiny as heck on the outside and the sales people are super SALES people. Although there are a select few staff members who are amazing, they are woefully under staffed and/or under supervised in all areas. My mom has suffered theft on several occasions, the response times to her requests for help are slow and their accounting of it is shady at best, tonight she waited 2 hours for her meal. On two occasions when I've gone to have lunch with her they ran out of plates. On both occasions the server said she would "go back and wash some." And then proceeded to come back with "clean" plates (um health codes?). The beds aren't made as scheduled...so many other areas that could be discussed. There is a new director who is allegedly working to pull them out of the mess that The Enclave has become. There is nothing in this review that I have not shared directly with her.

When I first walked into the Enclave I knew it would be perfect for my parents. They move in this week into assisted living and I know they will be happy. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We hope it works out them.

I love living at The Enclave at Gilbert! I enjoy using the heated pool in the winter, it's great for exercise class. There are so many good food options in the dining room, I can't ever decide what to chose because it's all sooo good! I have met some really great friends while living here at the Enclave.

The only reason why I'm not giving the Enclave at Gilbert 5 stars is that it doesn't have a hot tub but, other than that I love living here. It became my home in September, of this year, after having spent almost 15 months at American Grove which has absolutely none of the amenities, in its apartments, that I have here and for a far more reasonable price. The Management team is absolutely wonderful as are the residents that I have come to know. Come join us!

On 06/29/2022 around 2:40pm I walked into the facility to drop off some goodies for my friend on the second floor, I dropped off with the front desk receptionist who was extremely rude to a couple before me, who were previous residents. She asked who was visiting and that I could actually run up there to drop off my item's to her myself. Stated I couldn't do that and was in a rush and she continued to get snarky with me. As someone who has only been twice i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because the way they treat current, past clients and their visitors

My parents are currently residents here. I notice that there is a big staff turnover as well as many residents leaving. The food service and food quality has been in decline for the past two years. There are not as many choices on the menu and there are long waits for food. I'm adding to this now on 6/27 to say yet another director is leaving. My Dad says the residents just sent a letter to the powers that be at Spectrum with a list of complaints. All the directors have been well liked and try to effect change from listening to residents. None seem to last long though.

I know I'm only one person, but it has been my experience that if your loved one is reluctant about "a senior living community", The Enclave At Gilbert is a remarkable option. My mother came here under "needed circumstances", but really wanted to live with us. This was not possible (for a variety of reasons). We turned to The Enclave, looking first at "Independent Living" (IL). Although The Enclave has a thriving IL community, my Mom's needs were best suited to Assisted Living. From our initial tour, through intake, through setting up my Mom's beautiful apartment, we've been supported by The Enclave's amazing staff. The staff is truly the "kingpin" of The Enclave! My Mom has privacy when she wants it, an exhaustive list of FUN activities (on and off site), tremendous medical care (which comes to her door), loads of friends, security and happiness! IT TAKES TIME. Any one undergoing such a life change takes time to adjust. But my Mom has been living at The Enclave for about 5 months and she now thinks of it as home. We, her family, have felt supported and listened to. We all feel cared for. The folks at The Enclave show us all that every day.

As a former resident in Al, This place was the worse experience i ever had. not only was the food like garbage, medications were missing from medication management, room often not cleaned, long delays when requesting assistance just to name a few reasons not to recommend this place. also, all previous negative commemnts have been deleated.

I own a local moving company and we frequently go to this facility multiple times a month to move people in and out. So, we work with the staff and are in and out of the rooms moving people in or out. Their staff is very inviting and very friendly. They go above and beyond for their customers and the facility is always very clean and we enjoy going there because of how great the facility is. The customers that we move in and out say nothing but positive things about the facility and how helpful the staff is.

When COVID is under control, being able to ride the bus to Walmart. Get back to the horse racing and Bingo activity, Be able to have themed dinners again with entertainment. Would like to see more opportunities to use equipment in the Wellness Center.

I spent the last week at The Enclave at Gilbert, and this is a beautiful community! The residents here are engaged, vibrant, and excited about what the community has to offer. The Executive Director, Mindy, as well as their Director of Nursing, Vanessa, were so welcoming. It is a pleasure to be in this community. My wife Mary-Lou and I have lived at the Enclave for a year and have seen great improvement in the food area, especially the last 2 months. The attitude of the kitchen staff must be credited for this. Actually the attitude of the staff in all areas of the community should be commended and is a direct reflection of our Directress Diana. The number of activities and quality of activities is almost overwhelming at times. You will never say, "there is nothing to do". After reviewing all the other similar communities in the area I can honestly say the Enclave offers the most amenities and truly feels like home.

My mother in-law moved into an apartment there about 2 months ago. The apartment is very nice. BUT the food is not good. It arrives cold, and the portions are ridiculously small. She is gluten intolerant and was told they would accomodate her allergy. But when pasta was served, she asked for something else and was never brought a substitute. I would not recommemnd the Enclave. They don' t even try to fix the problems in the kitchen.

My grandmother is a current resident there and I can personally validate the place is awesome. Her apartment was brand new, very clean and move in ready. I had breakfast with her (very minimal cost) and the food was good, nothing fancy but like a Denny's or IHOP. The employees at both the front desk and the restaurant are very polite and friendly. They offer physical therapy on-site which is convenient and the staff professional and experienced. A nurse practioner visits once per week and my grandma has the ability to be seen in the privacy of her own apartment and they bill medicare. She gets both her nails and hair done at a very affordable price at the on-site salon. Although my grandma doesn't participate in many of the on-site/off-site activities, they offer transportation/coordinated trips to the mall, grocery store, churches, etc. They have themed parties and dinners with all the bells and whistles. Each time I visit her, I am continually impressed at how this place is run and maintained. I would highly recommend someone needing senior living to tour The Enclave as it would be a place I would want to live when I reach the age I can no longer live unsupervised and/or want a little extra help with things like house cleaning, meals and transportation.

My parents will be moving into The Enclave at Gilbert in August and we couldn’t be more excited! They will have a nice apartment within walking distance to food, friends and fun! They have met some great people who will also be living and working there and our family is so happy that they will be in such a beautiful, comfortable and fun environment to enjoy their golden years.
