Just when you think the food service can't get any worse, it does get worse. We waited l.5 hours for lunch and then the food was served without dressing. The staff apologizes about it but does nothing about it. Several people waited 2 hours and left. There are no refunds but should be.

Dining is a very unhappy experience. They run out of soup, salads and diet coke. If you go early, the dining room is very crowded and service wait is long. If you go late, you must deal with dirty tables and half eaten food and again a long wait for service. Help!

Shiny as heck on the outside and the sales people are super SALES people. Although there are a select few staff members who are amazing, they are woefully under staffed and/or under supervised in all areas. My mom has suffered theft on several occasions, the response times to her requests for help are slow and their accounting of it is shady at best, tonight she waited 2 hours for her meal. On two occasions when I've gone to have lunch with her they ran out of plates. On both occasions the server said she would "go back and wash some." And then proceeded to come back with "clean" plates (um health codes?). The beds aren't made as scheduled...so many other areas that could be discussed. There is a new director who is allegedly working to pull them out of the mess that The Enclave has become. There is nothing in this review that I have not shared directly with her.

I love living at The Enclave at Gilbert! I enjoy using the heated pool in the winter, it's great for exercise class. There are so many good food options in the dining room, I can't ever decide what to chose because it's all sooo good! I have met some really great friends while living here at the Enclave.

Words can't describe how appreciative I am for the excellent care my grandmother received while residing in assisted living at The Enclave. When we first brought her to The Enclave, she was on hospice care, so we knew we didn't have too much time left with her. While my grandmother was only able to spend a couple of months at The Enclave before she peacefully passed, I am absolutely certain that she would have loved to have lived here on a permanent basis for years to come. The caregivers, dining staff, and administrative staff were all absolutely phenomenal and truly treated her like their family. It was such a heartwarming thing to have seen and helped us feel reassured that she was in excellent hands for those parts of the day when we weren't with her. I absolutely recommend this senior living facility.

The only reason why I'm not giving the Enclave at Gilbert 5 stars is that it doesn't have a hot tub but, other than that I love living here. It became my home in September, of this year, after having spent almost 15 months at American Grove which has absolutely none of the amenities, in its apartments, that I have here and for a far more reasonable price. The Management team is absolutely wonderful as are the residents that I have come to know. Come join us!

On 06/29/2022 around 2:40pm I walked into the facility to drop off some goodies for my friend on the second floor, I dropped off with the front desk receptionist who was extremely rude to a couple before me, who were previous residents. She asked who was visiting and that I could actually run up there to drop off my item's to her myself. Stated I couldn't do that and was in a rush and she continued to get snarky with me. As someone who has only been twice i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone because the way they treat current, past clients and their visitors

I know I'm only one person, but it has been my experience that if your loved one is reluctant about "a senior living community", The Enclave At Gilbert is a remarkable option. My mother came here under "needed circumstances", but really wanted to live with us. This was not possible (for a variety of reasons). We turned to The Enclave, looking first at "Independent Living" (IL). Although The Enclave has a thriving IL community, my Mom's needs were best suited to Assisted Living. From our initial tour, through intake, through setting up my Mom's beautiful apartment, we've been supported by The Enclave's amazing staff. The staff is truly the "kingpin" of The Enclave! My Mom has privacy when she wants it, an exhaustive list of FUN activities (on and off site), tremendous medical care (which comes to her door), loads of friends, security and happiness! IT TAKES TIME. Any one undergoing such a life change takes time to adjust. But my Mom has been living at The Enclave for about 5 months and she now thinks of it as home. We, her family, have felt supported and listened to. We all feel cared for. The folks at The Enclave show us all that every day.

As a former resident in Al, This place was the worse experience i ever had. not only was the food like garbage, medications were missing from medication management, room often not cleaned, long delays when requesting assistance just to name a few reasons not to recommend this place. also, all previous negative commemnts have been deleated.

I own a local moving company and we frequently go to this facility multiple times a month to move people in and out. So, we work with the staff and are in and out of the rooms moving people in or out. Their staff is very inviting and very friendly. They go above and beyond for their customers and the facility is always very clean and we enjoy going there because of how great the facility is. The customers that we move in and out say nothing but positive things about the facility and how helpful the staff is.

When COVID is under control, being able to ride the bus to Walmart. Get back to the horse racing and Bingo activity, Be able to have themed dinners again with entertainment. Would like to see more opportunities to use equipment in the Wellness Center.

The medical staff is top notch and practices some of the best technology in the field to keep their Residents healthy and happy. I spent the last week at The Enclave at Gilbert, and this is a beautiful community! The residents here are engaged, vibrant, and excited about what the community has to offer. The Executive Director, Mindy, as well as their Director of Nursing, Vanessa, were so welcoming. It is a pleasure to be in this community. My parents are currently residents and they are very happy with their apartment, activities, and the other residents. The food served in the dining area has greatly improved since they have been there. Our only concern would be that there have been about three directors in the past year and a half.

My wife Mary-Lou and I have lived at the Enclave for a year and have seen great improvement in the food area, especially the last 2 months. The attitude of the kitchen staff must be credited for this. Actually the attitude of the staff in all areas of the community should be commended and is a direct reflection of our Directress Diana. The number of activities and quality of activities is almost overwhelming at times. You will never say, there is nothing to do. After reviewing all the other similar communities in the area I can honestly say the Enclave offers the most amenities and truly feels like home.

I have worked for Spectrum Retirement for 3 years now and as a current employee I can stay that they care about the residents and their staff as for the leadership here at the Enclave at GILBERT I can say they are the best I have ever worked for I have worked at other senior companies and Spectrum has been the best one I have worked for not only do they respect the Decision of the resident and family but they care about their staff as well. I have never worked with a team were their Directors are willing to work along their team I am blessed to have and outstanding supervisors Rose and Daniela are always going the extra mile for the Assisted Living Team Thank you Ladies for being such an inspiration to all of us its an honor to work besides you.

My grandmother is a current resident there and I can personally validate the place is awesome. Her apartment was brand new, very clean and move in ready. I had breakfast with her (very minimal cost) and the food was good, nothing fancy but like a Dennys or IHOP. The employees at both the front desk and the restaurant are very polite and friendly. They offer physical therapy on-site which is convenient and the staff professional and experienced. A nurse practioner visits once per week and my grandma has the ability to be seen in the privacy of her own apartment and they bill medicare. She gets both her nails and hair done at a very affordable price at the on-site salon. Although my grandma doesnt participate in many of the on-siteoff-site activities, they offer transportationcoordinated trips to the mall, grocery store, churches, etc. They have themed parties and dinners with all the bells and whistles. Each time I visit her, I am continually impressed at how this place is run and maintained. I would highly recommend someone needing senior living to tour The Enclave as it would be a place I would want to live when I reach the age I can no longer live unsupervised andor want a little extra help with things like house cleaning, meals and transportation.

This is as close as you can get to being at home while living in a retirement center. The staff has been wonderful and every day is filled with surprises. Residents are universally interactive and friendly and scheduled activities make sure that life is interesting and fun.

My parents will be moving into The Enclave at Gilbert in August and we couldnt be more excited! They will have a nice apartment within walking distance to food, friends and fun! They have met some great people who will also be living and working there and our family is so happy that they will be in such a beautiful, comfortable and fun environment to enjoy their golden years.
