I cannot say enough good things about the hospice care my long time friend, Gail, received during her stay at the Lund Home. Her stay was brief-only four days before her passing-but in that short time she received care from the entire staff that was loving, caring and very professional. Her doctor was outstanding and experienced in hospice care. The nursing staff was informative and diligent in making sure she was comfortable and at peace. The information I received from the staff social worker really helped me navigate her last hours. And, the CNA's and housekeeping folks did excellent work. My respects to all the good folks at Lund Home. Thank you for all you do for your guests and their families and friends.

Such a caring Home. My best friend was bathed and washed hair the moment she arrived. New meds given to finally ease her pain so she can sleep peacefully. They allow me to be with her day and night. The staff are great!

I lost my wife to cancer on August 21, 2022. She passed away peacefully in her sleep, thanks to the wonderful staff at The Lund Home. Everyone was caring, compassionate and professional. They couldn't do enough to make my wife pain free and comfortable; and they showed the same compassion for me. Nothing was too much to ask. Her final hours were a tranquil experience, she died surrounded by love and dignity.

Words can not express how we feel about our experience at the Lund Home! From the moment my mother arrived, she received the best of care. From nurses to housekeeping, the staff was very attentive and swift. My father and I were cared for as well. They kept us informed, comforted, and welcomed every step of the way. Their assistance and guidance took the stress and fear out of the equation and gave us the opportunity to focus on spending special moments with my mother. Also, the environment was clean, beautiful, calming, and welcoming. I will forever remember our experience there with fondness and gratitude. THANK YOU!

Even at the height of the Covid outbreak, my stepfather received excellent care at the end of his life. The staff were all very attentive and kind. We're very grateful for the services they provided.

They were all so awesome caring for my mother in her final days. They were all so compassionate and always che checked in with us making sure all was taken care of and that my mom was always kept comfortable and that we were all alright. They were right with us through the whole experience and we were all greatful for the kind caring nurses there and would recommend The Lund home to anyone needing hospice care for there loves ones.

My mother is passing away here. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and prompt to give care whether it is for meds, pain relief, food and beverages, cleaning and changing the soiled patient, and accommodating the family. I came straight from the airport at 10:30 pm and I was able to sleep in the room and hold my mother's hand all night. The staff here is top notch. Need a hug? They give them out freely. They have beverages and snacks, all on a very comfortable, safe , and clean environment.

Mom was transferred into Lund Home a couple days ago. She's been a tortured soul for the last 6 months and in constant pain from one thing to the next. After the nurses were able to control her pain, she finally seemed to be "at ease". I've read some of the negative notes about Nurse Deb and I have NOT experienced anything like they have said. She was my first contact with HOV and has treated me and my mom wonderfully. She's been helpful, kind and generously spent time on a semi-long call with me to guide me in the right direction. I seriously have nothing negative to say, even constructively.

It's hard to put into words how wonderful the Lund Home and its' staff are. I wanted to keep my husband with me at our home until the end. However, unknown to me, he had expressed a desire to "save me" from the memory of his passing in the place where I was going to continue living. God answered his wish in a big way. As it happened, he needed to be transported to a Hospice of the Valley care facility and the Lund Home had an opening. My husband and our family were cared for in every way humanly possible. The facility is beautiful and serene and the staff go above and beyond the call of duty to help families through a difficult time such as this. Thank you, thank you, thank you Lund Home Staff. The Bitzer family will never forget your kindness!!

I can not say enough about the kindness of every nurse (including nurse Deb) that took care of my dad in his last days. They were all so very kind to the family as well. There is also a gentleman that comes in on Thursdays to play his guitar and sing for the patients. He played my dad's favorite Hawaiian music (some that this man wrote himself) What a blessing this was for my dad! THANK YOU to all who took care of my dad and made this difficult time easier to get through! Their love and compassion was amazing. Highly recommended!!!

My experience has been totally positive. Greeted by a delightful receptionist named Barbara. What a caring warm sweet one she is so perfect to be the first to greet you. Then two nurses that I have personally worked with are Jennifer n Charlotte. They are so genuinely there to assist n care for the patients needs n your concerns. Thanks to "all" of the staff for their devotion. Being here has truly been a blessing.

They were absolutely lovely. We took my mom here before she passed because of the welcoming and home-like atmosphere. It was also really nice that they had a family area that could be shut off from the rooms where the patients were staying.

Lund House was my first experience with hospice care, and even though my dad wasn't there for a long period of time, I was so happy with the nurse's caring, thoughtfulness, and concern. They made sure my dad wasn't suffering or in any pain. The facility was very nice and the staff was wonderful.
