Clearwater Agritopia has been amazing for my parents. My dad was there two months before he passed from cancer. During that time, the staff was absolutely wonderful to him. So kind and caring. My mom entered the facility with my dad after she had a stroke. Her experience has been lovely as well. She benefits from all the activities (sit and be fit, lecture series, excursions, movies, etc.). The on-sight PT, OT, and speech therapy have been wonderful as well. The food is very good, and the facilities are beautiful. The administration has been wonderful and accommodating for our family's various needs. It has been a relief to know our parents have gotten the care they need in a loving place. We love Clearwater Agritopia!

Clearwater Agritopia truly made this past Mother’s Day magical for our family. After our amazing mom suffered a hemorrhagic stroke on April 14th, she spent time in the hospital and then a rehabilitation facility. Following her release, both of our parents moved into Clearwater Agritopia Assisted Living. Our large family has always come together to celebrate Mother’s Day at our parents’ home, so this year we were unsure how we’d honor that tradition. Clearwater Agritopia stepped in with incredible kindness and extra effort. Despite already hosting a large and elegant Mother's Day brunch for their residents, they graciously agreed to accommodate our entire family. Brian, the Culinary Director, extended the brunch hours and ensured there was enough delicious food for our group of 25. The food was phenomenal”from the prime rib to the Marry Me Chicken, garlic lemon parmesan broccoli, candied carrots, mascarpone mashed potatoes, and a wide array of desserts. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. As someone with celiac disease, I was especially grateful that Brian took extra steps to make sure I could safely enjoy almost everything on the buffet. That kind of care and consideration meant the world to me. For our event, we were given a large, beautifully arranged private dining room, allowing our entire family to sit together and honor our mother’s strength and her ongoing recovery. It was a truly special moment for all of us, made possible by the extraordinary team at Clearwater. I feel also need to add here that the Clearwater experience goes beyond just one day. In the weeks since my parents moved in, I’ve spoken with many residents, and every single one has shared how much they love living at Clearwater. Now, I understand why. Every staff member we’ve encountered”whether from dining, culinary, maintenance, housekeeping, healthcare, or administration”has been exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. The amenities are outstanding: restaurant-style dining, a movie theater, art studio, gym, cozy gathering spaces, and regular social activities. Most importantly, my parents are supported and safe, with consistent management of their medications and help available at the touch of a button. Clearwater Agritopia has given our family peace of mind and a sense of home. They’ve created a warm, welcoming, and joyful environment where our parents can thrive”and for that, we are truly grateful.

This is a beautiful facility with a very caring staff. My mother loved living here and enjoyed visiting the nearby gardens and restaurants on her scooter. She made many friends in the facility, including many members of the staff. The professional management truly cares about their residents and the residents' families. They went the extra mile so many times for my mother and my family, making my mom's transition from her home comfortable and easy.

Wow! This place is amazing. Beautiful environment, the people are super nice and the food is great. I would have never guessed that there was an assisted living here. It's in such a cool spot too. So much going on around this amazing area. The therapy team is super nice as well. If you ever need it, you've got it right on site.

It is a beautiful, active community in a great neighborhood. It is full of committed, kind & caring employees who work very hard every day to make a difference. My dad just moved in here. He loves it and the facilities are beautiful. His apartment is large and luxurious. He said the food is very good. I had exceptionally good interactions with staff. They are both caring and professional. We looked at several places before choosing Liv Generations Agritopia. Very happy with our choice.

I’m Mary, my husband Jack moved into this community in 2015. His care and therapy was excellent. The culture was such that Jack and I quickly made friends with the Generations Family. Since Jack’s passing I have moved into an independent apartment and love it! The team is always available whenever I need something. I love the Agritopia community, I love the feeling of family, and the various activities and entertainment. I just love that big tall guy that is our chef! Agritopia has a wonderful feeling about it!

My mother is an assisted living resident of Generations and she is very happy. Her meals are wonderful and everyone is friendly, kind and very considerate. She has plenty of things to do and feels safe. Everyone is nice and smiles all the time. It's a happy place for sure.

I can not say enough good things about Generations. Our mom was a resident on the independent side when they first opened and again in the assisted living side once her health began to fail. She loved everything about Generations. She made wonderful friends with the other residents, enjoyed walking through the community gardens and neighborhood, enjoyed the activities, and felt very much at home here. The staff at Generations are wonderful! Not only did they care for mom with her basic needs, they truly loved her. I will recommend Generations to anyone.

My mom was immediately at home here. The staff and residents are amazing. She found comfort with being with her dog and she loved the deserts! Generations was a perfect place for her. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a warm, kind, and loving environment!

I had a very nice visit with my grandma at the memory care center. She seemed to be happy and comfortable in the surroundings and we had a nice, tasty lunch together. I think the facility is doing a very good job.

Generations at Agritopia has been open for just over a year and I've noticed improvements over the past year. The food in the independent living area is first rate, but it has also improved in the assisted living/memory care area. In fact, more of the menu options are being offered all the time. What I appreciate about Generations is the teamwork. The management and staff are willing to work with families to continually improve the experience for everyone. I find that the more involved we are as a family, the better it is for our family member, the staff and everyone, including other residents. We are very happy with our experience.

I do independent reviews and recommend care for family members so my review is only based on walk throughs and talking to family members. The place is beautiful, no doubt and the concept is great but they need to improve with their long term care. Not up to par. Food at the assisted living is excellent but very poor for those in memory care. Seems like they have little or no activities there too. Management has more work to do. I gave it a two star because I was not at all satisfied with their memory care, seems it wasnt thought through.

Our mother moved to Generations in July 2014. The staff is very nice. The residents are kind and outgoing. The accommodations are spectacular. Activities are engaging and stimulating. Food - outstanding. The two meals a day are too much food for older folks, but they taste so good!. (friends and families can eat in the restaurant for a nominal fee). A bit pricey, but worth it for us because mom's grand-kids visit daily (they go to school next door).
