My dad felt truly at home here for the past 5 years. The staff at Fountain View Village were friendly, caring, and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to make him feel special. My dad loved going on the outings, playing cards, listening to music, dancing, and socializing with the residents. The village is conveniently placed close to stores, the post office, town hall, library, and restaurants. I highly recommend this location.

I gave a bad review several months ago that I need to retract. It applied to basically 2 people and not the company itself. I humbly ask forgiveness and highly recommend Fountain View Village.

I have visited many care facilities and Fountain View Village is by far one of the nicest. It offers a variety of activities for the the residents. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Food is good. Very clean. A good place to spend your elderly years.

This place is awesome. The staff is terrific. We moved my in-laws in Fountain View Village and it took very little time for them to feel that this was the right move. They enjoy all the events and the community living. They never complain about anything and we know now they are very comfortable with the move. The staff is always willing to assist the residents and everyone is always friendly and happy. We looked at other Assisted Living communities for my in-laws to move and Fountain View Village was always on top of the list for every amenity. I cant express how great this community is for my family to live. Fountain View Village is now part of our family.

My mom started in Independent Living in 2011 and moved through the different levels until her death last week. The care she received in the memory care section on the third floor and in Oasis was outstanding. The staff is the best! They took a genuine interest in mom as well as took good care of her. They kept me informed of any issues that arose, answered any questions I had, and addressed concerns that I had. Lisa Clark, Director of Memory Care and Oasis, is the best! She got to know my mom as a person, not just a resident. She responded to my calls and emails, advocated for mom, and generally looked after her. Other staff members (MaryAnn, Mimi, Susan, Teri, Trina, and more) were just as involved and caring, making mom's final years happy, safe, and enjoyable. Thank you all!

Believing in god has given me the opportunity to recognize my blessings. And fountain view village has been one of the biggest blessings that god has given me, the people in the skilled nursing, all the people here are angels because the job is not easy. They take care of the people with such a love and care. I can return home with my husband in confidence that these people are here for us. The cook is excellence, the nurses make you feel like youre in a 5-star resort. There is so much care, the facility is 5-star, the bathrooms are clean and spotless. My husband has a condition that makes him very unstable and he cant talk, but yet the nurses are able to communicate with him and understand his needs. Speech therapy has given him so many tools to communicate. Physical therapy has given him so much confidence to be able to walk. A while ago he was walking very little, but now he is walking with a walker. The therapists are so loving and caring that they are actually coming out to my home to make sure that my house is set up safely for him. The administrator here takes the worry out of my life and allows me to focus on what I need to do at home while my husband is here. I will be needing respite stays for my husband in the future and they are able to take him in even for a short term and when I am out I know my husband is in a good place. The cleaning lady is such a sweet lady, they make everything spotless. Thank you everyone.

You have to catch this place post all the employees having there coffee and getting enough rest the night before, unless your well funded. Than you have nothing to worry about. Tiny theater, hair stylist, full service dining for the resident's, stella facility service, in the past that i can speak on, just to mention some of the pleasurable things at Fountian View Village. I dare not even attempt to take photo's inside. Check it out for yourself, I am looking into other reviews right now, that i think of it. Enjoy..Ok I just read some other reviews on Fountain View Village and it saddens me that it is clear to me that i got my review of the place correct. My observations in other reviews are disturbing that the owner only reaches out to positive remarks and it seems to be an auto response. I would react to the negative effects of my business of caring for the elderly even more to discover how I can make an impact of positively to aderess all concerns not just the pluses.?

I had the pleasure of being at Fountain View Village this past week for a meeting and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The community leadership and care staff are warm and friendly, and clearly enjoy caring for people. It's a welcoming environment and the residents are very active and involved. The dining experience in the Bistro was delightful and the food delicious. I can't wait to go back for another visit!

My 95 yr old Mom required skilled nursing after a short hospital stay. This facility is heads and tails better than Scottsdale Life care on 96th and Shea.Tara,Carol, Wendy , Brian-just a few of the ppl that made a wonderful difference. Honestly, choose this place over Scottsdale. You can bring your pet. The food is very well prepared and served in a lovely dining room. The rooms are clean warm and nicely appointed. The staff Very attentive. Our stay was less than a week but everydaywas,perfect. Good Job to all!

Since my husband got there he is doing so much better and therapy the other facility did absolutely nothing for him he just laid in the bed he gets up moves around I really seriously love this place people come in and see him and talk to him the other place they never did he said nobody except his own family I personally think this is a wonderful wonderful place for anybody that needs to get any therapy or just to stay you will be totally satisfied
