My parents were moved into Sunrise of Chandler unexpectedly following a health issue and sadly, my father passed away a couple of years ago. In the past four years, the staff has been caring, compassionate and very accommodating to our family. My mother has since moved to another room where she continues to living at Sunrise of Chandler. There are lots of activities and lovely outdoor areas for walking or enjoying the weather.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Sunrise of Chandler and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff members who were more than happy to assist me and answer any questions I had. One of the things that stood out to me the most was the level of care and attention given to each resident. The staff members I interacted with were genuinely compassionate and it was clear that they truly cared about the well-being of the residents. It was evident that they went above and beyond to ensure that each individual received personalized care.

The staff has been excellent, especially after my Mom passed and my father's cognitive acuity declined rapidly. They have been very accommodating and have shown genuine compassion and caring. I visit just about every weekend and see that residents are treated very well, overall. Is Sunrise of Chandler perfect? No. But is any place? Going into this, my family approached the Assisted Living Facility concept with the understanding that it is neither a hospital nor a hotel. If there is ever something critical that is needed, staff contacts me and makes recommendations. Communication in general is frequent concerning his care, which I greatly appreciate. Most importantly, my Dad is happy (as happy as he can be without my Mom). He recently talked about a concert that was put on there that he loved. He enjoys the food (raves about the chocolate ice cream) and certainly is enamored with the staff dogs - Hero and Nugget - who bring joy to everyone they encounter. I'm glad he's at Sunrise of Chandler and certainly feel like he's in the right place. Pam, Karen, Jackie, Kristal and quite a few others are all big contributors to my peace of mind.

There are so many wonderful attributes about Sunrise of Chandler. To summarize, they are concerned with the most import area's of our mother's well-being: her comfort, cleanliness, and consistent/constant attentiveness to her care.

Very expensive here. Staff could not care less about what they are doing to your budget. Once you run out of money you have to leave as they do not accept or keep state medical care programs. Facility looks nice and the working staff tries hard but the front office is just in it for the money.

There are so many emotions connected with the idea of putting your Mom in a home. But, above all others, Sunrise is truly a place she would want to call Home. A place where she can focus on enjoying her remaining years. A place where WE can feel confident that we have offered her an opportunity to live out those years in truly caring comfort. Sunrise Senior Living in Chandler has been a blessing to myself as well as my parents. It is difficult to make the decision to transition to assisted living, however the staff at Sunrise made the transition less stressful. My parents have been at Sunrise for about a year and a half now and feel secure, cared for, and have made many new friends and family in the staff and residents.
