May 2023
When I asked my friend Maureen about who she used for home care she recommended PCaH. This is what she said (and I can't agree more): "Oh, I just have to gush about Preferred Care at Home of Southeast Valley! They're all so sweet and kind. The folks in the office truly care and will go out of their way to help with any questions. Our caregiver, bless her heart, feels like she's part of the family now. Even my grandkids and other relatives adore her! We've got just the one caregiver, and it's working out so well for us. They've been simply amazing, not a single complaint. Sure, they might be a tad pricey, but let me tell you, every penny is worth it for the peace of mind and love they bring to our family."

I can't recommend Preferred Care at Home of Southeast Valley enough! While they couldn't find a caregiver to match our schedule right away, their communication was top-notch. They kept us in the loop and even offered a backup plan as they continued their search. It was comforting to know we had options. When our first caregiver wasn't the perfect fit, they quickly found a replacement without any issues. Now, we have a full-time caregiver who's absolutely fantastic, and she's formed a great bond with my dad. We trust her completely. We're incredibly happy with the services provided by Preferred Care at Home! Cleanliness: 5/5, Meal Prep: 5/5, Care Services: 5/5, Staff: 5/5, Value for Cost: 5/5

After fighting for weeks with the mega insurance company for home care benefits, my father died two days before his care commenced. James and the entire team were there to assist us in this battle. Every barrier that was placed, they supported us with the documentation requested. We knew their hearts were in this for the right reason.
