I would HIGHLY recommend Madeira Villa to anyone seeking a facility that truly goes above and beyond for their residents. There is so much to say about this amazing senior care home. It was difficult as a Daughter choosing a facility for Mom, but I made the right choice. I am so thankful for the unwavering commitment and dedication that Patti and her staff displayed from the time my Mom arrived there until her passing. They were always very courteous, professional and helpful. During the last year and a half of my Mom's life, they were such a great support as I watched her enter into the sad reality of her Alzheimer's. They were like a second family, not only to my Mom, but to me and my family as well. Patti is an amazingly compassionate individual who is almost always at the facility and can often be found in the midst of the busiest area. She has become a dear friend, whom I will always be grateful for. The level of care and compassion my Mom received was truly unmatched. The facility is bright, cheery and clean and simply a wonderful place. I am so thankful and grateful to know she received such excellent care…thank you for all you did for my Mom —. I will always be grateful

Patti is amazing in the way that she runs her home and cares for the residents. My father lived here when we decided he needed more help than we could give. This place is amazing! I went to visit my mother there right after she moved in and I felt so welcome and the whole house felt so inviting like one big happy family! Patti is the best at taking care of every little need that any of her residents have including their family members. Her staff is also amazing as well. Not only is she an amazing and a great caregiver, she is so helpful with all kinds of information and needs that you may have along tgecway and communicates constantly. The Facebook Messenger that she has hooked up in every residence room allows you to talk to your loved ones at all times face-to-face. Each individual call button for her residence has a different ring and she answers them directly saying their name when they push it letting them know she is on the way. We couldn't have found a better place for my mom to be!

Like most, I did not know what to expect when our family found the need to find assisting living services for our mother. I assumed the basics would be provide, but, with respect to Madeira Villa, I pleasantly found my assumption to be wrong. Patti took the laboring oar without stepping on anyone's toes. Patti answered the questions we had before we knew we had them. The level of comfort this provided to family was immeasurable. Madeira Villa helped us help our mother, and at the end of the day that is what every daughter or son wants to do. Thank you Patti.

Patti, Tammy, Ofelia- Madeira Villa Where do we begin? The day we moved in the entertainment played music that was relevant to where my dad grew up, he loved it! He received wonderful and compassionate care every single day. We never have to worry because all the caregivers were fabulous. Patti would take a drive to the ASU campus, go to the visit horses, bring her sweet dogs to visit him. Pops was challenged with a daily routine for his fitness to keep his strength. Our "Pops" totally enjoyed the entertainment he especially liked the karaoke, Ofelia would always give dad the mic, he would say come on Shirley join in. The day my pops passed, Tammy came to visit at the end of her shift, my dad was so excited to see her. Patti called the hospital and told my dad how much she loved him. You can't find a more caring home.

I feel blessed to have a family friend that sent me Pattis info when my father needed a lot of help with daily living activities. My dad was given amazing care from Patti and her caregivers. They did everything they could to make the best of a tough time. He enjoyed terrific meals and the comforts of a lovely and cozy home. She was on top of his changing medical condition and was very attentive to his needs. I highly recommend Madeira Villa for your loved ones!

Where do I begin? Maderia Villa, Patti the owner, Ofelia and other caretakers are truly gifts from God! They dont just provide an assisted living house that cares for those unable to take care of themselves - no, they provide so much more. Its a warm and cozy home where my dad was treated as one of the family, with love, respect and dignity. A home that anyone would feel comfortable in. Great food, cleanliness, laughter, entertainment, togetherness, activities, festive holidays and most importantly of all - quality of life not spent living alone. I am completely honest when I say that Patti and Ofelia are and forever will be a treasured part of our family. My dad passed away the end of August 2019 and I have comfort knowing that his remaining years, although not how he would have dreamed them to be were as close to his own home at Madeira Villa. Thank you Patti and Ofelia for caring so much, for loving others as God loves you and for giving of yourselves beyond the call of duty.

If there were 10 starts, Madeira Villa would get that rating. I have nothing but great things to say about Madeira Villa Assisted Living, LLC. It is not only a home for my mom, its a new family for her as well as us. Patti, the owner, and all of her staff are beyond caring and attentive; they ensure each of the residents have a superior-level of comfort, care, safety and overall happiness. Patti leaves nothing unfinished—from the tastefully decorated rooms for each resident to the ambience she provides throughout the home; she puts a bit of her own love into everything she does. This is by far the best assisted living community! My mom moved there almost a year ago, after a year-long stay at a larger facility. Since she has been at Madeira Villa, shes actually become more social and has a much happier and positive demeanor, and she always looks well cared for. Patti puts so much care into this facility and its residence; she treats them all like part of her own family. There is no doubt your loved one will definitely get the best care and be very happy there getting great food, superior cleanliness, limitless care, and a whole lot of love. Madeira Villa is such a friendly, peaceful, and safe environment for my mom; I have not worried at all about her level of care nor her safety, since moving her here. They provide an assortment of activities ranging from crafting, exercise, and games to regular entertainment and outings. I absolutely, 100%, recommend Madeira Villa Assisted Living, LLC to other families that are looking for the perfect place for their loved one. My dearest friend, Miss Martha, is happily residing there under her care. I have gotten to know the wonderful staff and marvel at the individual attention each of the residents receives. Something is always cooking there, not just the tasty meals, but a range of activities including games, outings, exercise seasons, holiday celebrations. This is a joyful home! If youre looking for a place that allows you to set your worries aside when it comes to your loved one youve found the place. The staff are attentive and caring and Patti is a God send. As my grandfather got to the point where he could no longer live on his own my mom searched for a while to find somewhere loving who would be able to handle him (he was wonderful but INCREDIBLY stubborn). My grandfather ended up living at Madeira for a number of years and passed peacefully a few months back. From the time he moved in to the time he passed, my family and I came to consider the staff and Patti dear friends and cherished the love, care and dignity they gave my grandfather. Their devotion to the aging population shows in their day to day work and reminded us of the respect everyone deserves regardless of your stage in life.

My father, who had severe dementia, was a resident here for 6-1-2 years, right up to his death in January 2019. We were so incredibly blessed to find this place - such a comfortable home environment with one-on-one loving attention from each and every member of the staff, under the guidance of the amazing Patricia Rushing, who I just cant say enough good things about. There were always wonderful home-cooked meals, a beautiful yard to enjoy, great decorations for every holiday, and often entertainment brought in for the residents to enjoy on a special occasion. The level of care is absolutely stellar. I highly recommend Madeira Villa.

As a home health nurse I visit many assisted living houses in the valley everyday and interact with so many caregivers from different back grounds, but what initiated my 5 stars review are the love and passion toward the residents I see from the staff their. The owner Patti is a very caring person that you can see clearly from what she does to her patient. She treat her resident as family and stand by them and for them when a medical issue rises on one of them . She personally communicate with treating doctors and keep the home health nurses updated of her residents health status, even she calls mobile services her self to set up X-ray and blood test when order is made by the treating doctors. The staff there are familiar with each resident medical history and medical needs from the type of food each resident need to the physical activities required. Personally I wont hesitate sending a loved one to Madeira at be cared for.

We have unfortunately had to have 2 relatives live there and while you never want to have to do that for your loved ones, I can assure you they will get nothing short of amazing, nurturing care. They are loved there and cared for like family. We are so blessed to have found them. We were referred by several close friends that had also had family members live there and Madeira Villa came highly recommended. My Grandma has finally found HOME at Madeira. The home is full of love with excellent care! She has all her needs met by the care givers in the home. Every individual in the home has a regular routine in place which meets their every need! The home is very clean and well maintained. The meals are delicious and healthy for all. Finding this home was a blessing after her being in two other facilities that left her sleeping in her chair at night. She is so happy to be sleeping in her bed and getting a good nights sleep. I visited Madeira from Manchester, England, in 2008 when my dear Aunt was in the latter stages of life. My brother and her son, my cousin Kevin, enjoyed celebrating her 89th birthday with her. Patsy was so welcoming, and it was very evident that my Aunt Hilda Cooper was very happy and content there, and that she was being so well looked after, Being so far away from her during her final days some months later was hard for us (although Kevin was there). But Patsy sent a really nice Email to us outlining how she had assisted Hilda into her next phase of being, emonstrating her personal love and care for her residents. Shes a top lady and others should be confident that their loved ones will be cared for with compassion at Madeira Villa.

There are not enough stars for my review. Words cannot express my gratitude for everyone at Madeira Villa that has cared for my great grandmother and now my grandfather suffering from Alzheimers. The love and care they show their residents is like no other care home I have visited - and Ive seen many. Not only is the environment clean and welcoming, it always puts a smile on my face when I would see my Nana and now my grandfather so well cared for. This is not just a care home. It is a home filled with love and the staff pays careful attention to what each resident needs. They pay attention to the music they like so they can listen to it when their eyes dont work very well. They pay attention to the movies they like and will turn on old movies so they have the things that make them happy and bring them comfort. Knowing that my family members – the people I love and hold so dear – are at Madeira Villa, I have so much peace in knowing they are well cared for by people who love them. We are so fortunate to have found such a special place.
