I rate the Haven of Camp Verde with 5 stars. I could rate it higher but that is the highest it goes. Everyone here works so hard and they are constantly asking if I needed anything else. They are friendly. The food is really good. My compliments to the chef. I have eaten food here that I didn't like before but I have learned to try new food and it was delicious. Anytime of the day of night if you need anything. Just ask. I want to thank all the staff for helping me get stronger so I can go home. Heroes work here!!! I would recommend here to anyone. My dad spent the last nine months of his life in the hands of the capable, caring and professional staff at the Haven of Camp Verde. He was happy and always shared stories about how friendly the staff were (especially EK and Shelby). The staff treated him so kindly and took exemplary care of him. We especially appreciated the excellent precautions they took during Covid. I highly recommend the Haven should you have a relative in need of skilled nursing care or assisted living.

A thank you just seems to fall short in expressing my gratitude to this staff of caring professionals. You made my father feel a part of a larger family these last three years in a facility that felt like home to him. Thank you Amanda for your exceptional loving care and always staying in contact with me. Dad loved you like a daughter. Special thank you to his buddy and friend Ecclesia who made him laugh and feel safely cared for. Always taking time to patiently listening to all of dads stories. Thats dedication and compassion which he has in abundance! My heart felt thank you to Lucia, Jayda and Jarred to name a few that he trusted to care for him. He was picky about that. The facility feels spacious with wide hallways and good sized rooms. A happy vibe overall. My suggestion to the Corporate headquarters would be to develop a green space with flowers and a tree or two in the courtyard on the assisted living side. Its small and would be a welcome addition. So grateful we finally found this place, after two others this was home.

My father-in-law was in the Haven in Camp Verde for nine plus weeks while he was there my husband and I came several times a day. The whole staff was amazing, caring and showed so much love and concern for their residents. I would highly recommend this home, I have an Uncle who will be doing rehab theafter he also visited the facility. Very clean facility too. Thank you Haven for your awesome staff.

I have been at the haven for 3 weeks for knee replacement surgery. My room was clean and cleaned every single day. The therapy is excellent and helped me a great deal. I had excellent care from the nursing staff as well. The only thing extremely bad about the facility is the food. When you finally do get food its not only nasty but ice cold too. You dont get breakfast until 9 to 9:30 every morning which doesnt give you much time to digest before therapy at 10:00. Lunch is served at 1 to 1:30 and once again is terrible and cold. Same thing for dinner. Its next to impossible to get ice for any drink, youd think ice was made of gold. And they never get water for you, Ive been drinking water from the bathroom faucet since I arrived. I was fortunate enough to have family close by that could bring me most of my lunches and dinners and drinks.

Loved this place. They took such good care of my dad at the end of his life. The staff was top notch and very caring. Facilities were clean. My Dad was there for 9+ weeks and couldnt have been better cared for. Thanks Haven of Camp Verde.

As someone who grew up here and remembers what this building used to be like, I can say it is like being in a completely different building. Its clean, the food is good, therapists are well liked by the residents, and there is a great activities program to keep residents busy in their down time. The staff really cares.
