I have enjoyed my stay here. They are very quick to get your work orders fixed. Love the activities, the smoke free living. The Manager is very nice and helpful in every way. Wonderful Community. The monthly luncheons give everyone a chance to get to know one another. The best part is Jamye. She is the best. She goes beyond to help the residents and make this property great. The grounds are kept so clean.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The manager is terrific. She's prompt with responding to any issue I've had. She was most helpful and eager to help me with the application process. About the property: It's maintained well and no trash in parking lot. I have a one bedroom that is spacious. There are also two bedrooms here as well. Each apartment has a stove, fridge, microwave AND a washer and dryer! They have activities for us like a luncheon every month. Bingo every Tuesday (small fee monthly) if you desire to play. We have a fitness center and a billiard room. It's a three story building, with an elevator. Your front door opens to the hall which I love. Each door has a peep lens so you can see who is knocking. The main entrance is code entrance only. Everyone I've encountered since moving here has been friendly. It's a 55 year old or older community. If you're looking for a decent place to live, call Jamye. She is so nice! I recommend Arbor Pointe! Hands down a great place!

I have really enjoyed moving here grounds are clean and neat, staff friendly and effecient other residents are nice and it is nice and quiet here. Would highly reccomend.

Been here now a year and a half and I love it! Friendly staff and neighbors. Clean and well kept. And quiet because it's mostly senior citizens. Don't believe any old negative reviews. Come and see for yourself. Me and my fur baby are very happy!
