Great place. Good people nice residents. Including myself now for about 3 tears. Competitive rent pricing with all bills paid. Still under great ownership and management along with an accomplished maintenance team and future plans for a big makeover make Sterling Crest an excellent home for the starter family, the retiree, or seasonal traveler with RV lots available.

We have lived here for a month , and honestly we have no complaints . James the apartment manager has been wonderful , the neighbors are great . Our local public transportation had a stop right in front of the complex , the area is quite and pet friendly. The apartments are spacious I honestly have nothing to complain about . 10/10 would recommend. We live I one of the back units and have had no issues with flooding .

I know a lot of people live here. They have been getting flooded the apartments in the back. The creek behind there has actually come over and flooded apartments in back. Yet told they still want same rent money no discounts. And drug related crimes there and around there in neighborhood. They do not keep the security gate closed now. So for the price I'm told they charge.....I would not recommend it......on a positive note.....they are pretty spacious apartments.

I live here now. It's a nice quite place. People are friendly. James, the manager is awesome. He nice and so friendly anything you need help with he's the man. Not seen a bed bug one. Its a really nice place to live.

Love this exclusive private community. Neighbors are the best, I have known them for years! Great management and owner! Honest, upfront, and are willing to work with you there. Looking for an apartment or somehow a place to park your R.V. ? James is the man you are looking for.

Great place, Owner and Manager are working very hard to upgrade and keep updated. Kudos for all the hard work you put into a great time. Seems that the same is not true today, seems like the drive toward integrity and greatness has gotten a couple of flat tires and nobody's willing to fix them... One could find much better very easily.

I just met the manager James today. First impression, super nice man , accomadating and helpful. The couple of tenants I met were very friendly and seemed to enjoy living there. I hope to make it my new home.
