If this would let me place a zero rating. If you love your family members DO NOT LET THEM RESIDE HERE. The care is poor at best. There is not enough staff to adhere to safety measures, feed meals delivery of any care is hit and miss. This is the most expensive and worst facility in this town. Oh did I mention the physical abuse tactics I witnessed over and over ?

A special thanks to Sheri Granger for coming and sharing with the seniors center she shared with us she gave us a lot of information that we can use each to care for ourselves and if we needed anything just give her a call she would help the seniors to get what we needed she really give ideas to care for ourselves each day she had a question and answer so we could ask questions we thanks her for all the wonderful things she shared with us thanks for everything.

Pinnacle Place Memory Care was amazing with my mother-in-law. They helped us with paperwork, transitions, and everything we needed to have her in a safe, warm, friendly place for a few days. We appreciate all the staff for their care for her. Highly recommend them for memory care!

My parents moved in to Pinnacle Place a couple of months ago after living in and being evicted from an"assisted living/memory care" facility in Little Rock after 7 months for behavioral issues associated with dementia/alzheimers, which anyone who has a loved one with dementia knpws this is laughable. The transformation in 2 months has been astounding and positively emotional. The level of care is phenomenal! There have been so many staff who have already made a difference in our experience: Nick and Lexi (activities), nursing and care staff (Diana, Caitlin, Maya, Angie, April, Jasmine to name a few), administrators (Rene, Sherri, Tamela) and reception (Nicole and Ms. Venita) The staff is specifically trained in memory care and takes time to reach out to the residents personally. Once a month they have a family meeting to discuss recommendations or concerns, AND THEY ACTUALLY RESPOND AND ACT. I highly recommend Pinnacle Place for your loved one. PS: it is under new management. Come see for yourself!

My mom has been here since April 2023. Everyone here has been so wonderful. Everyone that works here has been so great to mom. The entire staff is engaging and so sweet to her. They are all very patient. What I like about it is the place is specific to memory care and their staff is specially trained in dementia and Alzheimer's. They are patient and caring. I also love the fact that they are constantly posting to their Facebook page. Not being with my mom 24/7 I like to know what's going on and keeping up with her in posts and pictures is so wonderful. Other places I've seen on Facebook barely post anything and so it leaves me to wonder why they don't or what they don't want you to see. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a memory unit for their loved one!

I’ve been aware of Avenir Memory Care for about a year now, knowing some people who work there personally, I am aware that they can’t keep staff including managers. They recently got rid of the sales manager JoEllyn Cooper and it was the worst decision they ever made. She made the community so welcoming and took care of the residents when she didn’t have to and the family members when no one else would. Was that in her job description? No. They have a new sales manager now and I’ve met her on different occasions and she’s awful. Super fake and demeaning to the other managers. She will push her ways on families to “get the sale”. She clearly only cares about herself and her opinions.

The team members here are absolutely fantastic. I have seen first hand the level of care and compassion provided to the residents. When families arrive here for the first time their are so many thoughts of uncertainty. I highly recommend talking with Lindsey Spears or Jeff, the Director they will be open and honest with you about the level of care Avenier provides.

Absolutely the most amazing place! The facility is wonderful, and the staff is fantastic! Highly recommend this facility for anyone who has a loved one with dementia or Alzheimers. They cater to their patients needs first, and take care of their disease like it should be taken care of. They group the patients according to their needs, and not grouped all together. The patients are all in communities - neighborhoods according to their needs. They are allowed to bring their own furniture to make them feel at home, and the staff do not dress in scrubs so it does not feel clinical. Best place in Little Rock to send your loved ones who need care for Alzheimers - Dementia.

June, Donna and Rene and Staff - Jeff and I can never thank you enough for the wonderful care Dad received while at Clarity. We knew he was at the best place for him and our minds were at ease that he was safe and well cared for. We were able to make more wonderful memories with him. I will never forget Thanksgiving dinner and dancing with my father for the very first time. Thank you.
